A BOUNDARY INTEGRAL EQUATION AND ITS NUMERICAL SOLUTION OF POTENTIAL FLOW AROUND SURFACE-IRREGULA-RITIES

In this paper,using complex functional theory,the authors turn the potentialflow around the surface irregularities in a pressure conduit and semi-infinite platforms intoDirichlet problem.Based on Schwarz formula and by the application of Plemelj's formula,theauthors change the problem into the integration of a Cauchy boundary integral equation in theflow plane through the substitution of variables.Using numerical integration,the authors obtainthe velocity distribution and pressure coefficient along surface irregularities and platforms.Thephysical concept of this method is clear,the convergent speed is rapid and the computative effi-ciency is high.The calculated values agree well with the measured results.It is an effective andsimple method in solving potential flow.     

On the Formation ＆ Growth of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Strip

According to the essential features of urban economic strips, this paper is intended to point out that Chengdu-Chongqing strip has so far been an urban area in geographic or spatial sense, but not an urban economic strip in economic sense. On further basis of analyzing several problems existing in the developrnent of Chengdu-Chongqing economic strip, some countermeasures are correspondingly put forward hereafter.

基于可持续发展观的企业财务政策选择研究

企业的财务政策是企业根据其目标和理财环境以及本身的财务实力制定的财务方针和策略，它大量涉及企业理财的谋略和企业的商业秘密，所以必须根据企业内外客观情况的变化，对政策不断加以修改补充，甚至更新替代。然而，这种更新与替代却是很难的，一方面旧的财务政策由于其内部韧性作用而得以维持；另一方面，人们由于心理中的惰性因素而倾向于维护自己已经熟悉的政策。本文探讨如何把可持续发展观引入企业财务政策的选择过程，以解决以上的矛盾。

本文对美国、英国等国家的内部控制信息披露进行了梳理和比较,对中国内部控制信息的披露提出了政策建议。     

农村集体土地发展权的二元主体及其矛盾

本文讨论农村集体土地发展权的主体问题，提出了农村集体土地发展权具有二元主体——国家和农民——的新观点，并从理论与现实两个方面阐述了发展权主体二元性的原因。在此基础之上，本文以国家征地制度和农村集体土地流转为例，分析了国家和农民为了争夺农村土地发展权而引发的矛盾。最后，本文提出了一个解决矛盾的简要方案。     

刍议中小企业发展中的金融支持问题

本文从中小企业的融资特征出发，通过分析造成中小企业融资困难的两大因素(信息不对称和金融体系的结构)的解决方式，提出一个满足不同规模企业融资需求的多层级的金融市场体系，并且在中小企业这一层级的金融市场中，构筑多元化的金融体系，应是适合中小企业发展的有效的金融体系结构。在此基础上，对我国建立多层级多元化的中小企业金融支持体系进行了一些思考。     

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON ABSORPTION OF OIL BY SEDIMENT IN WATER

The absorption behaviour of emulsified oil by sediment (include loess) is studied by experiment. The absorption equation and the relations of absorption capacity with sediment concentration, grain size, salt concentration and temperature are analyzed. The absorbing reaction kinetics process is also studied. The absorption of emulsified oil by sediment in rivers is agreed with the Langmuir-Freundlich absorption equation. Experimental data shows that the larger the equilibrium oil concentration and the salt concentration , the more the absorption capacity. The absorption capacity increases immensely with grain size and temperature reduction.     

坡面产流模式的神经网络模拟

坡面产流是土壤本身特性与外界影响因素相互作用的结果，它们之间具有明显的非线性输入输出关系。在分析坡面产流和神经网络模型具有某些相似的基础上，利用径流站观测资料，建立了小流域坡面产流量的三层前向网络模型(BP算法)，并显示了具有较好的模拟预测效果。
