全国绝大部分省份在始于2003年新一轮农村信用社改革中均选择了省联社模式,但这一政企合一的管理模式存在所有者缺位、法人治理虚化和脱节等制度瑕疵,导致农村信用社面临"内部人控制"和"外部人干预"的双重风险。为此,建议对省联社模式分步推行二次改革予以矫正。  相似文献

When academic researchers, business commentators, and boards of directors have debated the merits of hiring new CEOs from outside the firm, the implicit or explicit assumption typically made is that outsider CEOs will provide an advantage in achieving strategic change. In this study, we challenge this assumption by employing a duality perspective on stability/change, and we provide an original conceptual framework to posit that it is the presence of corporate stability (ordinary succession, a long‐tenured predecessor CEO, and good firm performance) that allows outsider CEOs to generate a greater degree of post‐succession strategic change. We use extensive longitudinal data from US airline and chemical industries between 1972 and 2010 to test our hypotheses, and we discuss how our supportive findings challenge long‐standing assumptions regarding the outsider succession–strategic change relationship, and we advocate embracing the non‐intiutive notion that stable (unstable) conditions can be enablers (barriers) of strategic change for outsider CEOs.  相似文献

This paper examines the effect of productivity on wages for Spanish industrial sectors by developing a model that captures effects from both sector‐specific and aggregate variables. The results show that a dual behaviour can be inferred, at the sector level, in the wage‐setting mechanism. It is also found that the linkage between wages and productivity varies over time. Some explanations for the increase in wage dispersion are provided, focusing on the increasing decentralisation in wage bargaining after 1986. Finally, we cast some light on the theoretical structure underlying the labour market.  相似文献

The effects of firm‐specific shocks on the gain from writing state‐contingent wage contracts are examine in an extension of the model in Gottfries (1992) . It is shown that the introduction of firm‐specific uncertainty increases the gain from indexation to prices only moderately. Moreover, nominal wage contracts should be more prevalent when unemployment benefits are high or unemployment spells are short.  相似文献

This paper extends the connections model of network formation by allowing for players who are heterogeneous with respect to values as well as the costs of forming links. We have two goals in this paper. The first is to draw lessons from the privatization experiences in Eastern Europe so far, in particular with respect to the relation between alternative privatization methods, the evolution of ownership after privatization and restructuring. The second is to draw from these lessons to suggest ways in which remaining privatization programmes might be designed or improved, when political constraints and economic realities are taken into account.  相似文献

This paper extends the standard matching model by introducing a gap in separation costs between entrant and incumbent workers. We show that when this gap is omitted from the model, these costs do not improve the labor market volatility without introducing unrealistic unemployment responses to unemployment benefits.  相似文献
