基于软件无线电平台的1090ES扩容信号收发处理

随着空中交通的信息传输与新应用拓展需求不断增加,1090ES信号容量有限问题日益显现,对1090ES信号进行容量扩充是一种有效解决途径。针对一种基于脉内调相的1090ES信号扩容技术,给出了叠加调制的信号模型,研究了1090ES信号的解调解码算法;在GNU Radio+ USRP软件无线电平台上,实现了1090ES扩容信号的产生和接收处理,包括脉冲位置调制（Pulse Position Modulation,PPM）与8PSK叠加调制、低通滤波、报头检测、载波同步、PPM解码和相位解调等,并利用Matlab对实验的解码错误率和信号的频谱特性做了统计分析与仿真,结果表明了该扩容技术的可行性。     

Enterprise systems’ life cycle in pursuit of resilient smart factory for emerging aircraft industry: a synthesis of Critical Success Factors’(CSFs), theory,knowledge gaps,and implications

The research aims to investigate business value critical success factors (CSFs) of enterprise systems (ES) through their life cycle in pursuit of resilient smart factory for emerging aircraft industry. This article provides an extensive literature analysis of past 22 years based on conscientious criteria of authors: (i) who have published strategic content relevant to CSFs, (ii) received more than 300 citations and (iii) concurrently published two or more papers relevant to ES CSFs. The most cited strategic CSFs were termed as classical CSFs. The 22 CSFs were identified, validated and synthesised for better understanding of success across life cycle by aircraft industry experts. The top 10 empirically verified CSFs have numerous differences with past generic classical CSFs. This article canvases real insights of two distinct views: process and variance approaches of the ES CSFs. The process approach, which is a neglected research area, facilitates the researchers for identification of ES life cycle process coupled with a view of resource deployment when it is needed the most. While the variance approach facilitates practitioners and researchers in finding out which resource (CSF) is relatively more important. The significant findings for ES life cycle can help the practitioners and researchers to make rational decisions throughout the ES life cycle.

静态及动态风险度量模型的实证对比分析

选取上海证券交易所金融、工业指数的收盘价为观察对象,分别对静态及动态模型、上证金融及工业指数的风险程度以及不同置信水平下的度量准确性进行了比较研究,结果表明：动态风险度量模型对VaR、ES的度量比静态模拟更加准确;上证金融指数的风险程度要略高于上证工业指数的风险程度;置信度为99%时度量风险模型要比置信度为95%时更加精确。     

贷款行业集中度对商业银行系统性风险影响的实证研究——基于MES方法

金融危机爆发后,银行业系统性风险得到了广泛的关注。基于2007-2012年中国10家上市银行的相关数据,文章利用MES方法测算系统性风险贡献度,分析贷款行业集中度对商业银行系统性风险的影响。研究结果表明,贷款行业集中度对商业银行系统性风险存在正向影响。因此,商业银行在投放贷款过程中,应该防范贷款行业投向的过度集中,从而减少系统性风险爆发的可能性。该研究结论为我国商业银行合理配置信贷资源提供了有利的依据。     

项目进度绩效指标的改进及其动态性预测

传统的挣值方法中,进度指标的预测多表现单期、静态的特性,存在严重的局限性。为了改进和完善挣值管理方法中进度指标体系,在考虑时间序列的基础上,将统计方法引入挣值管理进度指标体系中,用更加科学的方法对项目进度指标进行描述,并在此基础上基于贝叶斯推断方法,加入专家意见,从统计学的角度提出了进度绩效指数的动态预测模型,因而,可以为项目管理者提供科学的据侧依据。     

Some antecedent factors that shape actors’ adoption of enterprise systems

This paper proposes a conceptual model based on technology-organization-environment (T-O-E) and institutional frameworks and examines how the traditional and isomorphic factors explain adoption of enterprise systems (ES) by service small and medium enterprise (SMEs) in Nigeria. The model extends the T-O-E framework by integrating environmental typology with institutional changes in order to recognize homologous behavior in the social systems. Logistic regression and Wald’s statistics were used to analyze the data from field survey questionnaire administered to a purposive and snow-ball sample of 262 executives. The results show that adoption of ES is significantly influenced by organizational, technological and isomorphic factors though normative and mimetic isomorphism had negative coefficients; a unit increase in the complexity of the two attracts less analogous modeling and mimicry or vice versa. The technical, economic and legitimated elements are critical adoption determinants; thus, managers make informed decisions that improve competitive advantage when they understand the institutional homogeneity that drives less efficiency in the social structure.

选取2006年1月3日至2010年12月24日波罗的海运价指数（BDI）数据进行实证分析,将基于GARCH计算的VaR和ES风险测度方法引入到BDI风险测度中,根据所得到的VaR和ES估计值定量的考察BDI的风险状况。
