Strategic knowledge sharing in Bayesian games

This paper provides a model for the study of direct, public and strategic knowledge sharing in Bayesian games. We propose an equilibrium concept which takes into account communication possibilities of exogenously certifiable statements and in which beliefs off the equilibrium path are explicitly deduced from consistent possibility correspondences, without making reference to perturbed games. Properties of such an equilibrium and of revised knowledge are examined. In particular, it is shown that our equilibrium is always a sequential equilibrium of the associated extensive form game with communication. Finally, sufficient conditions for the existence of perfectly revealing or non-revealing equilibria are characterized in some classes of games. Several examples and economic applications are investigated.

党中央提出构建社会主义和谐社会．而政府保持清正廉洁是构建和谐社会的重要因素。美国政府已经基本形成一个相对完整的政府行政伦理体系，而其体系的建设则经过了上百年的历程，是由他律转变为自律的过程。美国政府道德规范体系的构建经验对我国有一定的借鉴意义。     

Pricing, learning, and strategic behavior in a single-sale model

Summary. We analyze an infinite horizon model where a seller who owns an indivisible unit of a good for sale has incomplete information about the state of the world that determines not only the demand she faces but also her own valuation for the good. Over time, she randomly meets potential buyers who may have incentives to manipulate her learning process strategically. We show that i) the seller's incentives to post a high price and to experiment are not necessarily monotonic in the information conveyed by a buyer's rejection; and ii) as the discount factors tend to one, there are equilibria where the seller always ends up selling the good at an ex-post individually rational price. Characterization of a class of moral-hazard, adverse selection games

Studying a principal-agent game in which the agent alone observes the state of the world and reports it, but the moral hazard is not reducible, shows that, if the principal uses all signals, then no solution exists, i.e. there is no contract that elicits truth-telling and motivates the agent to exert effort. When the principal does not use signals on the state of the world that seem irrelevant, a solution exists in which some of the ex post signals on outcome are not used, even though they obey the informativeness condition of Holmstrom (Bell Journal of Economics, 1979, 10, 74–91).

遗产旅游研究进展

近年来,遗产旅游受到旅游业界和学界的广泛关注,起初阶段的遗产旅游研究起源于对遗产资源的开发利用,而近几年的研究更多的是出于遗产开发过程中出现的遗产保护与开发的冲突。国外有关遗产旅游理论和实践的研究成果已经相当丰富,而我国在这方面的研究还相对薄弱,本文从遗产旅游的概念体系、真实性与完整性、保护与开发、遗产解说几个方面对国内外的研究进行综述,以给我国的遗产旅游研究和发展一些启示。     

广东产业升级的经验与启示

改革开放以来,由于外资大规模进入和加工贸易高速增长,广东经济率先崛起。但是,受资源和环境的约束,传统的增长模式对广东产业结构升级的局限性也越来越明显。本文着重分析了近年来广东产业结构因全面落实科学发展观所发生的变化,并归纳、得出广东在推进产业升级中的若干经验与启示,并对广东实践进行了进一步的理论思考。

通过对国外几个典型的创新型产业集群进行研究分析,发现虽然不同的产业集群在不同背景下,会有不同的发展道路,但这些集群内的企业都能够比其他地区的企业具有更高的生产效率并取得成本领先优势;具有更快的创新速度并获得技术水平和质量水平的提高;具有更低的产业进入壁垒使小企业不断涌现,充满活力,从而发现我国产业集群缺乏自由创新能力,提出了大力发展高新技术产业群,强化技术创新,推进柔性生产,实施产业集群品牌工程的对策.     

丰田召回门事件对我国企业构建诚信机制的启示

2010年新年伊始,全球最大的汽车制造商之一日本丰田汽车公司因大规模召回汽车在业界掀起巨澜。透过丰田车召回事件,我们可以领略到汽车制造业在召回制度上的发展进程以及特点,同时也让我们从全新的视角对我国企业诚信机制的构建产生一些启示。

以有关资料文献为基础,对伦敦新城规划建设进行研究,总结其成功经验包括人本主义思想与实践、较为科学合理的规划设计理念与方法、高效的立法与较为灵活的经营机制;着重指出伦敦新城建设的教训和不足,包括新城思想、规划手段、管理体系、区域协调和社会规划都存在问题。可为当今北京的新城建设提出有益启示。
