人才强国,关键在于培养和使用好人才

我国是一个人口大国，如何将我国的人口负担转化为人才资源优势，这是党和国家建设事业的关键问题。笔者认为人才强国战略的实施，关键在于培养和使用好人才，在于快出人才，多出人才和出好人才。为此，文章提出了一些人才使用的策略。     

Probability theory in fuzzy sample spaces

This paper tries to develop a neat and comprehensive probability theory for sample spaces where the events are fuzzy subsets of The investigations are focussed on the discussion how to equip those sample spaces with suitable -algebras and metrics. In the end we can point out a unified concept of random elements in the sample spaces under consideration which is linked with compatible metrics to express random errors. The result is supported by presenting a strong law of large numbers, a central limit theorem and a Glivenko-Cantelli theorem for these kinds of random elements, formulated simultaneously w.r.t. the selected metrics. As a by-product the line of reasoning, which is followed within the paper, enables us to generalize as well as to bring together already known results and concepts from literature.Acknowledgement. 河北省金融业发展之对策分析

目前河北省金融业发展水平较低，要建设沿海经济社会发展强省，河北省必须首先成为一个金融强省。河北省金融业定位于围绕京津两个金融中心的区域性产业金融，即立足河北省区域，服务于“三农”、京津冀梯度转移产业、港口产业和海洋产业。应制定金融产业发展规划，采取优化金融生态环境，调整金融产业结构，整合金融资源，开放金融市场等措施来推动金融产业的发展。     

大断面强流变软岩硐室加固技术相似模拟试验研究

针对鹤煤九矿井下硐室出现浆皮开裂、底臌等类似现象,采用相似模拟的方法,以鹤煤九矿31采区避难硐室临近硐室群实际地质资料为基础,研究分析了给定应力环境下不同支护方式时硐室围岩的变形破坏情况、失稳过程。作者认为,随着顶部压力的逐渐改变,顶板裂隙逐渐增加,裂隙深度和宽度逐步增加,巷道出现离层、底鼓,进而呈现大面积破坏。该结果对区段巷道布置与加固方案优化有一定的参考价值。     

论实现世界旅游强国的人才建设

目前,我国旅游人才建设仍存在总量不足、分布不合理、结构不理想、急需人才缺乏、人才外流严重等问题,为此,需要在确立积极的人才资源开发目标和工作思路,实施人才队伍建设工程,创新用人机制,优化人才环境等方面作出积极的探索。     

Identifying Worldviews on Corporate Sustainability: A Content Analysis of Corporate Sustainability Reports

Companies commonly issue sustainability or corporate social responsibility (CSR) reports. This study seeks to understand worldviews of corporate sustainability, or the corporate message conveyed regarding what sustainability or CSR is and how to enact it. Content analysis of corporate sustainability reports is used to position each company report within stages of corporate sustainability. Results reveal that there are multiple coexisting worldviews of corporate sustainability, but the most dominant worldview is focused on the business case for sustainability, a position anchored in the weak sustainability paradigm. We contend that the business case and weak sustainability advanced in corporate sustainability reports and by the Global Reporting Initiative are poor representations of sustainability. Ecological embeddedness, or a locally responsive strategy that is sensitive to local ecosystems, may hold the key to improved ecological sensemaking, which in turn could lead to more mature levels of corporate sustainability worldviews that support strong sustainability and are rooted in environmental science. 国际城市需要品牌,品牌造就国际城市,品牌需要国际城市的依托,而国际城市要凭借品牌的点缀.我们应该有条件进口一部分国际品牌,满足新生富裕阶层的需要,但只有输出品牌和服务,才标志着跨进强国的行列.在品牌经营上要实施差异化经营,这是对购物中心定位、大型百货店发展提出的要求,要扩大品牌在经营中的比例,同时,中国经营品牌化是一种趋势,要求品牌引进有重点,以完善小康型社会对商品需求为主体,采取多种形式使广大消费者认识品牌的价值,重视品牌的宣传和推介,提高和增强广大消费者的品牌意识.品牌体现的是商品价值,需要通过服务和营销才能把商品卖出去,需要相适应的精致服务和配套服务.要创建服务品牌,提高服务品牌的质量,提供与品牌商品相适应的服务方式和服务形式.     

强反凸模糊集与反凸模糊集、严格反凸模糊集间的关系研究

给出了强反凸模糊集的定义,讨论了强反凸模糊集与反凸模糊集、严格反凸模糊集间的关系,并得到了两个等价条件。     

加快壮大广东县域经济 全面建设小康社会

本文通过分析广东县域经济发展现状并与其他强省比较,提出了广东县域经济发展对策。其对策应是强县扩权,发展地方特色经济,调整和优化产业结构,大力发展民营经济,稳步推进小城镇建设。     

Advertising and Deep Autonomy

Concerns about advertising take one of two forms. Some people are worried that advertising threatens autonomous choice. Others are worried not about autonomy but about the values spread by advertising as a powerful institution. I suggest that this bifurcation stems from misunderstanding autonomy. When one turns from autonomous choice to autonomy of persons, or what is often glossed as self-rule, then one has reason to think that advertising poses a moral problem of a sort so far unrecognized. I diagnose this problem using Charles Taylor's work on "strong evaluation". This problem turns out to have political ramifications that have been only dimly recognized in business ethics circles.
