长江经济带作为“一带一路”国内沿线地理意义上的国内区域,涉及省(市)的产业梯度转移与产业转入地的产业承接活动频繁。但长期单向产业“高-低”转移使得区内省份间的产业趋同性严重,产业资源利用效率结构性失衡。借鉴距离协调度模型对效率模型进行合理改进,通过分析2006-2015年经济带内的面板数据,测算出区内各省(直辖市)产业承接效率,并探讨区域产业整体承接效率值与经济增长的门槛效应,进而分别以二、三产业增加值作为经济增长因变量考察门槛值变动状况。结果发现:长江经济带内各省(直辖市)产业承接效率整体不高,各省产业承接效率与自身经济发展不存在线性关系,总体呈现出衰退趋势。以二、三产业增加值为因变量的产业转移效率测算结果则表现出在各自阈值内分别加速转移和减速转移现象,即区内第二产业承接效率总体趋缓,第三产业承接效率总体加速。相对来说,两个直辖市的产业内生性较显著。  相似文献

Abstract

For many people during the early 20th century, leisure was not a voluntary expression of one’s spare time, but rather a consequence of mass, long‐term unemployment caused by a global economic recession. In the context of the British labour market, millions of workers in the 1930s were the hapless casualties of what was commonly described at the time as ‘enforced leisure’. For these people, the relatively recent advancements in disposable income, leisure and social facilities, and living standards were of little relevance, in that they were forced to spend much of their time on the periphery of what were for most people everyday social activities. Drawing on Foucauldian theories of governmentality and archival research, this paper examines the ways in which early broadcasting sought to police the problem of enforced leisure and its perceived effects by rendering the experience and behaviour of the unemployed more governable.  相似文献

In October 2010 the British and German broadcasting licence fees were settled. In the UK, the BBC's worst settlement in its history appears moderate compared with other cuts in public sector spending. However, whereas the near future of the Corporation and public service broadcasting (PSB) in the UK may lie in the provision of narrower services and competitive funding, in Germany the current change of the fee towards an excise duty make ARD and ZDF, the two key German PSB organisations, appear stronger than ever. The implementation of the new model will harm individual freedom, commercial broadcasting operators and the taxpayer.  相似文献

This paper analyses the ways in which a media organization implicated in a series of reputational scandals represents its own management in a comedy series. The organization in question is the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) and the comedy series is W1A, a mockumentary commissioned and screened by the BBC in 2014–17. Firstly, I discuss the ways in which W1A as a ‘text’ uses satirical devices to ridicule its own management as well as management fads and fashions. Secondly, I analyse W1A as the ‘intertext’, and consider the satirical representations of management in W1A against the backdrop of the BBC’s reputational scandals. I put forward an interpretation that the intertextual references in the comedy series break down the distance between ‘us’ and ‘the troubled organization’. I also argue that intertextual reading of the series (e.g. the analysis of allusions, cameo appearances, and parallels with the real BBC) throws an entirely different light on organizational wrongdoing, opening new possibilities for organizational reintegration and the repair of broken trust. Not only does the reading of W1A change when the audience considers what is happening in the real BBC, but also our interpretation of what is happening in the BBC may change when we watch W1A.  相似文献

新加坡将汇率作为货币政策的中介目标,其BBC制度又是中间形式汇率制度的一个典型,故研究其汇率的运行有重要的现实意义。2005年人民币汇改隐含BBC的逻辑,所以本研究对理解人民币汇率的决定机制也会有所参照。本文在多元线性回归的基础上引入外汇市场压力变量并采用了多结构改变模型(MSCM),通过对新加坡1999年以来的数据测算得到其BBC汇率制度的各组参数,包括汇率篮子的权重分配、权重调整的时点、新元对整个篮子的长期升值趋势和外汇市场干预程度。本文还对比了分析所得结果与新加坡金管局定期对外公布的货币政策立场,发现二者的匹配程度比较好。  相似文献

The development of cooking on television, and the associated rise in ‘celebrity chefs’ is often seen as a modern phenomenon involving cooks like Jamie Oliver and Nigella Lawson in Britain. Fanny Cradock (1909–1994) is from time to time credited as a pioneer in television cooking and Britain's ‘first celebrity chef’. However little detail of her career has been documented, despite working as a journalist, radio and television presenter, food demonstrator, writer of fiction, children's books and cookbooks spanning from 1942 until 1986. Cradock was prominent on television between 1955 and 1975, with her final appearance in 1985. Cradock is as often remembered for her colourful character as for the colourful food she presented and her name remains synonymous with elaborate cooking in ball gowns, using copious amounts of food colouring and aspic, and for berating her husband who assisted her on stage, on television, and in print. However, from Cradock's personal archive a far more substantive contribution to home cooking through the development of television cooking and cookbooks, looking at her undocumented ideas and innovations. Additional archive materials and collections of newspaper clippings collected between 1942 and 1982 by Cradock herself shed light on how she was perceived at the time, her role as an entrepreneur and her own ‘brand’ identity. From this documentary evidence, it is argued that Cradock deserves to be much better remembered for her contribution to British food culture.  相似文献
