绘本随着计算机软硬件的发展和无线网络技术的进步，正由纸质图书形式向数字化屏式过渡，其自身可以根据故事的画面与技术手段相结合，从而产生新的绘本形态---互动绘本。在这种应用背景的推动下，指出纸质绘本的优缺点，调查分析IOS移动平台互动绘本发展的前景与优势，从研究互动绘本的设计特征着手，探讨互动绘本设计在数字技术支撑下的设计要素与设计方法，可对互动绘本的设计与发展有所借鉴，并实现其艺术价值与市场应用价值。     

Strategies of Korean firms in china's high‐tech market: Striving for a new and sustainable business model

China has become a strategically important market for Korean companies. While cooperating with China is obviously important for their success and survival, a more difficult question lies in finding a new and sustainable business model applicable to China. This paper studies the current challenges and strategies of Korean Small and Medium‐sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the high‐tech market such as the mobile handset and online game industries that are trying to extend their business to China. It focuses on the issue that Korean firms face in order to find a way to survive and integrate with a rising China. By conducting an in‐depth firm level analysis, it examines their successes and failures in terms of what parts of the value chain they specialize in and how they establish a division of labor with China.     

营销渠道跨组织信息系统的开发与使用:基于软件工程的框架

文章提出一个基于软件工程的,专门针对渠道管理活动的IOS系统开发与使用框架。该框架分为系统设计、系统实现和系统运行三个阶段。这三个阶段按照文章提出的快速开发和迭代开发的混合模型可以首尾相连成为一个圈。通过该框架,不但利于IOS开发人员理解渠道管理活动,开发出真正适合渠道管理的IOS,而且也利于市场人员真正能使用IOS提高渠道管理效率。     

供应链采用跨组织信息系统的博弈分析

跨组织信息系统(IOS)对于供应链至关重要。它跨越组织边界,牵扯供应链上各成员利益,建立IOS受多方面因素影响。从博弈的角度分析供应链成员实施IOS的行为,并给出了有益的启示。     

Co-operatively re-engineering a financial services information supply chain: A case study

This paper presents a case study of the co-operative design, development, and implementation of an XBRL-enabled interorganizational system (IOS) by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, the Reserve Bank of Australia (central bank), and the Australian Bureau of Statistics to revolutionize reporting by financial institutions in Australia. The findings illustrate that the complexity of data consumption patterns drove increased interdependence within the financial information supply chain requiring the co-operative development of context sensitive data exchanges and commodity-like IT infrastructures. The paper concludes that the co-operative model to IOS development exhibited here is likely to be more suited to the development of systems for financial information supply chains than the hub and spoke model characteristic of IOS in other sectors. 本文阐述了一个客户关系管理系统的总体框架,包括接触层、功能层和数据库层,客户、工作人员可以通过接触层的短信接口发送和接收销售信息、订单、库存、产品价格和客户信息等,以提高促销效果和客户关怀度。本系统的短信模式是终端方式,所借助的设备是TC35i手机模块。     

股权结构对我国上市公司股利支付的影响——基于IOS视角的研究

采用我国沪深1014家上市公司2006-2009年共4年的财务及相关数据,基于IOS的视角研究了股权结构对我国上市公司股利支付的影响。研究结果表明:股权集中度越高,我国上市公司股利支付率越高;股权集中度一定时,IOS高的公司能够比IOS低的公司容忍更低的现金股利支付;控股股东持股比例越高,上市公司的现金股利支付概率和支付水平越高;当上市公司存在制衡股东时,控股股东的机会主义行为受到一定的约束,IOS低的公司比IOS高的公司有更高的现金股利支付。

提出了一种按照GSMPhase2 技术规范实现的GSM移动通信手机射频收发子系统的硬件方法。该系统采用了当今较为流行的DCR方案,并且支持GPRS应用,可工作在EGSM900和DCS1800双频段上。文中介绍了射频收发子系统的构成和基本原理,描述了系统设计实现的具体过程,为系统设计提供了必要的分析和计算。     

Solving the futures challenge - all you need is a 3LA

In this article, the author responds to a number of claims regarding the Integral Operating System, Causal Layered Analysis and the field of Futures. In particular, the author takes aim at those who claim that the reason the futures field has been lacking in influencing change towards more positive world is the result of not having an effective tool kit. To the contrary, the author suggests that the Futures community's failure at changing the existing ‘market driven paradigm’ has more to do with “… an unwillingness to get our hands dirty and to play in the same sandbox as our clients.” To that end the author targets in particular, a piece suggesting that making the Causal Layered Analysis more complex, exclusionary and ‘new and improved’ is the best way to make inroads into the economic liberalism model now in control. In counterpoint the author suggests that not only is this a flawed approach, it is unlikely to assist those with greatest need - the wider Futures Community.
