WebGIS技术在物流配送系统中的应用

万维网地理信息系统（WebGIS)是Internet技术和地理信息系统技术相结合的产物。在分析WebGIS实现技术的基础上，探讨了基于WebGIS的物流配送系统设计，提出了一个以SuperMap IS平台为基础，基于组件和Java Applet技术，利用ASP来实现界面的显示和交互，体现Brower/Serser三层体系结构的系统解决方案。     

ERP系统的使用者满意研究

ERP系统越来越成为企业获取竞争优势的必备基础，但国内外ERP系统的实施效果往往不尽如人意。ERP系统实施是个复杂的系统工程，涉及到企业的各个层面，如何测度其实施效果一直是业内热点话题。ERP系统就其本质是将管理思想固化其内的信息系统。因此本文在回顾国外对复杂信息系统实施测度研究的基础上，提出可借鉴使用者满意来测度ERP系统实施效果，并为今后实证研究奠定基础。     

The labour share and the dynamics of output

We derive a new Keynesian IS curve that is augmented to capture the direct effects of the labour share on output. Our derivation shows that the direct effect of the labour share on output is ambiguous. Furthermore, theory suggests that the expected labour share negatively affects output. Empirically, we find that the labour share plays a significant role in driving output dynamics. However contrary to theoretical expectation, the expected labour share positively affects output in some cases, a finding we call the ‘labour share puzzle’. We also find that over time, there seems to be a general shift in aggregate demand dynamics towards being profit-led, i.e. rising labour share decreases output. We conclude that policymakers should not ignore the labour share in their decisions.     

ISO9000标准贸易效应的实证研究

尽管至今已有大量文献研究了国际标准的贸易效应,但我们对实际情况仍然了解甚少。以ISO9000标准为代表对国际质量标准的贸易效应进行了实证研究,研究借鉴了引力模型,将各国ISO9001：2000／2008标准认证企业数量作为贸易条件参数。实证结果表明,出口国和进口国ISO9000标准认证的增加都有利于促进出口增长,这在发展中国家对发达国家的出口中表现的最为明显。这意味着,对我国出口企业而言,ISO9000标准在缓解信息不对称方面的正面作用远远超过了认证成本增加带来的负面影响。     

Toward a more practical approach to evaluating programs: The Multi‐Objective Realization approach

Emerging trends indicate that programs are being used to deliver benefits that may not be fully harnessed from single sets of uncoordinated projects. To support this movement, it is essential to have suitable measurement frameworks to assess the contribution of these activities and supply decision makers with valuable data on whether their objectives are being realized. This paper introduces the Multi‐Objective Realization Method (MORE) to help measure the strategic contributions of programs. The main principles of MORE underline the importance of a formal strategy to elicit and develop program objectives and to frame those objectives within defined measurement dimensions.     

基于Web GIS的旅游地旅游信息系统设计

本文分析了Web GIS的理论基础及实现方法。结合旅游地需要,基于面向对象的分析设计思想,通过UML进行了系统需求分析,设计了该系统的总体设计框架和具体功能模块,选用SuperMap IS.NET进行了系统的实现。从GIS系统的角度,设计旅游信息系统,为旅游地旅游信息系统的建立提供了优化选择。     

基于ERM的企业IS内部控制要素构建及思考

传统企业内部控制已经不适应信息时代的要求,现代内部控制已从封闭走向开放,从僵化走向灵活、动态。及时识别与评估IT过程的相关风险,分析其产生的原因,完善信息系统内部控制体系,是IS内部控制的关键。本文拟通过ERM框架与COBIT框架的比较,将ERM理念灌输到IT管理实践,以实现标准之间的融合与对接。     

社会责任国际标准制定进展

IS026000社会责任国际标准的制定工作已开展近三年，文章就IS026000的进展情况、工作特点作了介绍和分析，内容包括：与众不同的五项ISO之最、体现全球化特点的IS026000（工作草案稿）、充满利益博弈的制定过程、复杂的工作组织结构及已有成果和未来计划等。     

Model Analysis of the Relationship Between Strategic Organization Knowledge and the Use of Information Systems in Firm Performance in Brazil

Information Technology （IT） consolidates as an essential element to support the business strategies to survive and rapidly adapts to changes in the competitive environment. This paper examines the impact of the use of information systems （IS） and strategic organization knowledge （SOK） on firm performance in 150 Brazilian companies. The study uses partial least squares structural equation modeling （PLS-SEM） and establishes models to express the relationship among the constructs examined. The study identifies that the direct influence of 1S use on performance is moderately significant. However, when mediated by orientation strategy, the total effect of IS use on firm performance is demonstrated to be highly significant. The model explains 54% of the variability of firm performance and confirms IS use as a fundamental resource to support strategic business processes.     

企业质量管理体系有效性评价研究

企业需要一种简便易行的质量管理体系有效性定量评价方法。本文从质量管理体系设计有效性和质量管理体系运行有效性两个方面提出了质量管理体系有效性评价指标体系,一级指标包括方针目标设计、过程设计、质量目标实现、产品质量、顾客满意和质量成本等方面。运用层次分析法设计了指标权重,提出了属性指标值的评分规则和计算方法。
