浅析建筑工程安全管理中存在的问题及解决方法

针对建筑市场招投标中的围标现象，分析了围标的类型、原因和危害，研究了投标人选择围标的机理，进而给出了围标的防范措施，为营造健康的建筑招投标环境提供了理论依据和对策。     

Integrating noncyclical preventive maintenance scheduling and production planning for a single machine

This paper deals with the problem of integrating noncyclical preventive maintenance and tactical production planning for a single machine. We are given a set of products that must be produced in lots during a specified finite planning horizon. The maintenance policy suggests possible preventive replacements at the beginning of each production planning period, and minimal repair at machine failure. The proposed model determines simultaneously the optimal production plan and the instants of preventive maintenance actions. The objective is to minimize the sum of preventive and corrective maintenance costs, setup costs, holding costs, backorder costs and production costs, while satisfying the demand for all products over the entire horizon. The problem is solved by comparing the results of several multi-product capacitated lot-sizing problems. The value of the integration and that of using noncyclical preventive maintenance when the demand varies from one period to another are illustrated through a numerical example and validated by a design of experiment. The later has shown that the integration of maintenance and production planning can reduce the total maintenance and production cost and the removal of periodicity constraint is directly affected by the demand fluctuation and can also reduce the total maintenance and production cost.     

Does preventive regulation reduce stock price synchronicity? Evidence from Chinese annual report comment letters

Based on a sample of Chinese A-share listed firms from 2015 to 2018, this paper studies the impact of annual report comment letters (ARCLs) on firm stock price synchronicity. We find that after firms receive ARCLs, their stock price synchronicity decreases. Moreover, the longer the ARCLs and the more negative the ARCLs’ tone, the lower the resulting stock price synchronicity. The mechanism test shows that after firms receive ARCLs, the firms’ information disclosure increases in quantity and quality, external media attention increases, and the firms’ governance improves, reducing their stock price synchronicity. Further research shows that this negative association is more significant in firms with higher information asymmetry. This paper shows that the ARCL, an innovative application of the capital market supervision philosophy, is conducive to improving the quality of listed firms and to the healthy development of the capital market.     

承兑信用证对进口商的潜在风险及其防范对策

文章通过剖析国内实际业务中发生的一则出口商利用虚假单据骗取开证行已承兑汇票,并将其有效转让给第三者的贴现“融资”案例,提醒进口商严防承兑信用证的潜在风险,以尽早制定防范对策。尤其在可能的情况下,进口商应该开出延期付款信用证,来取代承兑信用证的使用。     

Factors influencing customers’ dine out intention during COVID-19 reopening period: The moderating role of country-of-origin effect

COVID-19 pandemic negatively affected the restaurant industry and reopening provides restaurants an opportunity to survive this crisis. This study examined the interplay of perceived importance of preventive measures, dining involvement, brand trust, and customers’ intention to dine out at American Chinese restaurants during the reopening period. Additionally, the study investigated the moderating role of country-of-origin (COO) effect on these relationships. 296 U.S. restaurant customers recruited via a market research company completed the online survey. Structural equation modeling was used for data analyses. The results indicated that dining involvement had a direct positive effect on customers’ intention to dine out. Moreover, both perceived importance of preventive measures and dining involvement could enhance customers’ intention to dine out indirectly via brand trust. Positive COO effect moderated the relationship between perceived importance of preventive measures and brand trust. The study provided significant implications for restaurant operators in the U.S during the reopening period.

作为近年来大量涌起的一种保证形态-“担保圈”,其风险因担保过度的驱使,在经济逆向波动中表现出某种不可控的放大趋势,演化成一定程度上的区域性风险隐患。本文对担保圈的概念、成因及风险特征进行了深入剖析,总结了部分地区化解担保圈风险的经验。最后,从政府、银行、企业、金融管理部门等多方面入手,对如何有效防范和化解担保圈贷款风险提出了对策建议。

当前,国内很多企业存在非常高的财务风险,发展趋势令人担忧,预防和解决财务风险的任务日益紧迫.建立在对风险与风险管理的全面理解的基础之上,本文浅析了企业财务风险管理的影响因素,并对企业如何防范企业财政风险给出了相关建议.     

Simultaneous control of production, repair/replacement and preventive maintenance of deteriorating manufacturing systems

This paper presents a method to find the optimal production, repair/replacement and preventive maintenance policies for a degraded manufacturing system. The system is subject to random machine failures and repairs. The status of the system is deemed to degrade with repair activities. When a failure occurs, the machine is either repaired or replaced, and a replacement action renews the machine, while a repair action brings it to a degraded operational state, with the next repair time increasing as the number of repairs increases as well. A preventive maintenance action is considered in order to improve the reliability of the machine, thereby reducing the amount of disruptions caused by machine failures. The decision variables are the production rate, the preventive maintenance rate and the repair/replacement switching policy upon machine failure. The objective of the study is to find the decision variables that minimize the overall cost, including repair, replacement, preventive maintenance, inventory holding and backlog costs over an infinite planning horizon. The proposed model is based on a semi-Markov decision process, and the stochastic dynamic programming method is used to obtain the optimality conditions. A numerical example is given to illustrate the proposed model, and a sensitivity analysis is considered in order to confirm the structure of the control policy and to illustrate the usefulness of the proposed approach.
