利用闪存芯片作存储器的单片机应用系统

在测量及测试应用系统中,为使现场采集的数据在突发性的掉电过程中不被丢失,且能长时间的保持,可采用32M位闪存芯片KM29N32000TS作为存储器。本文以AT89S51单片机为例介绍它在单片机系统中的硬件连接和软件编程方法。     

A decision method for supplier selection in multi-service outsourcing

Although supplier selection in multi-service outsourcing is a very important decision problem, research concerning this issue is still relatively scarce. This paper proposes a decision method for selecting a pool of suppliers for the provision of different service process/product elements. It pioneers the use of collaborative utility between partner firms for supplier selection. A multi-objective model is built to select desired suppliers. This model is proved to be NP-hard, so we develop a multi-objective algorithm based on Tabu search for solving it. We then use an example to show the applicability of the proposed model and algorithm. Extensive computational experiments are also conducted to further test the performance of the proposed algorithm.     

话说汽车工业质量体系

国际标准化组织（ISO）于2002年3月公布了一项行业性的质量体系要求，它的全名是“质量管理体系——汽车行业生产件与相关服条件的组织实施ISO9001：2000的特殊要求”，英文为ISO／TS16949。本文系统地阐述了该质量管理体系的背景与内容。     

有源CIELAB颜色空间的建立与应用

建立有源CIELAB颜色空间,使用颜色感知色相角h、感知饱和度C＊和感知亮度L＊,观察RGB颜色和油墨颜色的特性。研究表明,利用有源CIELAB颜色空间,可以看到以256阶调RGB三原色表述的颜色,在绿-青-蓝色相角区间会缺少对可见光足够的表现力;在饱和度和亮度较低区域,颜色会缺失很多。如果增加新的青原色,可以有效扩大颜色空间;增加原色的阶调级数在10倍以上,可以有效增加颜色饱和度和阶调的平滑度。使用简约12位RGB颜色,可以将颜色数有效控制在7560万种以内,仅比8位RGB颜色数增加4倍多。油墨颜色不应再延续使用网点面积百分率整数表示,阶调级数应达到256以上。     

Comparison of Benchmarking Methods with and without a Survey Error Model

For a target socio-economic variable, two sources of data with different precisions and collecting frequencies may be available. Typically, the less frequent data (e.g., annual report or census) are more reliable and are considered as benchmarks. The process of using them to adjust the more frequent and less reliable data (e.g., repeated monthly surveys) is called benchmarking.
In this paper, we show the relationship among three types of benchmarking methods in the literature, namely the Denton (original and modified), the regression, and the signal-extraction methods. A new method called "quasi-linear regression" is proposed under the multiplicative assumption. The numerical Denton method is currently widely used. The aim of this paper is to promote the other two methods which are statistically model-based; the model for the survey error is assumed to be known. Assuming the survey-error series follows an autoregressive model of order 1, by simulation, we investigate the impact of misspecification of the model on the benchmarking prediction according to the criterion of minimizing the root-mean-squared error of prediction. It is concluded that both statistical methods have great advantages over the Denton method and they are robust to misspecification of the survey-error model. The problem of how to obtain a survey-error model is also mentioned.     

企业应用ISO／TS16949特殊要求的研究

ISO／TS16949是在ISO9001标准的丛础上,结合汽车行业的特殊要求所形成的技术规范。大多数汽车行业配套企业都是在ISO9001质量体系的基础上升级至TS16949体系,然而TS16949增加的特殊要求有近百项之多,如何有效地升级是企业需要面对的问题。为此,本文对这些特殊要求进行了系统分类,提出了建立“以过程为单位的管控体系”、“多角度的审核体系”、“五大工具应用体系”3个系统的升级思路。     

汽车零部件生产行业如何实施产品审核

实施产品审核是TS16949:2002技术规范的要求.本文结合标准条款及笔者所在公司的具体作法,围绕着审核的系统性、独立性的特点进行阐述,从而进一步明确了产品审核的目的、对象、评判依据等问题.

分析了我国散客旅游市场现状和迅速发展的原因,在此基础上提出了旅行社在散客旅游市场开发中包括产品设计、产品定价、市场开拓、委托代理、咨询服务等方面的转变,指出旅行社应从“引导游客消费”的角色向“辅助游客消费”的角色转变。
