论老年人力资源的开发与利用

随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快,我国空巢老人家庭发展迅速。老年人口已成为我国不可忽视的重要问题之一,如果不及早采取正确的和有效的措施,就会给社会经济发展带来不利的影响。开发和利用老年人力资源实现老有所为,是综合治理人口老龄化的积极对策与战略措施。本文阐述了人口老龄化对我国老年人力资源开发的机遇及挑战,特别论述了老年再就业的可能性和重要性以及因此而产生的社会效应,并对我国的老年人力资源开发工作提出一些建议。     

试析流动儿童与城市社会的融合困境

目前学界多认为流动儿童融入城市社会存在重重困难,但这些研究多停留在事实层面。依据南京某民工子弟学校的调查资料,借鉴戈登的族群融合理论和布劳的社会整合理论,从身份认同融合和结构性融合两维度探讨了形成融合困境的原因。     

Using partial identification methods to estimate the effect of violence against women on their children’s health outcomes

A growing literature in economics seeks to estimate the costs of violence against women by examining, for example, its impact on the health outcomes of their children. However, it is difficult to assign a causal interpretation to these nonexperimental studies due to the presence of unobservable characteristics affecting violence and health outcomes simultaneously. The lack of credible instrumental variables applicable in several countries further limits our knowledge. I address this gap by using new partial identification methods to estimate the relative size of the unobservables needed to eliminate the estimated effects in nonexperimental studies. I also expand the external validity of the analysis by using data from five standardized nationally representative household surveys in Latin America. Consistent with previous studies, cross-sectional estimates show large negative associations between violence against women and an array of child health outcomes. However, when accounting for omitted variable bias, at best, two-thirds of the estimates remain robust and they are concentrated on the outcomes with the largest cross-sectional estimated impacts.     

Effect of Parental Migration on the Academic Performance of Left‐behind Middle School Students in Rural China

China's rapid development and urbanization over the past 30 years have caused large numbers of rural residents to migrate to urban areas in search of work. This has created a generation of children who remain behind in rural areas when their parents migrate for work. Previous research has found mixed impacts of parental migration on the educational achievement of left‐behind children (LBC), perhaps because of methodological deficiencies and lack of recognition of the heterogeneity of this population of children. Our study attempts to examine the impact of six types of parental migration on the academic achievement of a rural junior high school sample. Our study uses a panel of 7148 junior high school students to implement a difference‐in‐difference analysis and finds that parental migration has a negative and significant impact on the academic achievement of junior high school students. Our study suggests that the Chinese Government should implement measures to dismantle barriers to the human capital accumulation of LBC to ensure sustainable economic growth and human capital development in China.

本文通过对青少年蹦床运动员训练内容进行分析与对比,寻找出训练方式的缺点和优势,加之对其做出了应对政策,其目的在于促成中国体育项目的可持续发展。     

学前儿童平板电脑导航按钮交互设计评价研究

学前儿童平板电脑导航按钮交互设计评价指标的建立,有利于交互设计在学前儿童平板电脑中的优化和改良.从学前儿童体验视角出发,创建平板电脑导航按钮交互设计的多维度多层次评价指标,该方法以创建多维度多层次评价指标为基础,根据D-S证据理论设计评价指标的决策矩阵,利用层次分析法确定评价指标权重.最后以优学派儿童平板电脑"童话故事"界面导航按钮8个优化设计方案对比分析与评价为例,验证了所提出方法的合理性与有效性.     

Marketing cereal to children: content analysis of messages on children's and adults' cereal packages

This study compares messages displayed on children's and adults' cereal boxes. In total, 127 cereal boxes were collected and content analysed. On the front panel, we found an interesting contradiction between health‐related textual and graphical messages. The nutrient claim appeared on more than half of cereals for children, which is significantly higher coverage compared with that of adult cereals. On the other hand, the representation of a bowl of cereal was far more likely to appear artificially coloured or sweetened on child‐targeted cereal boxes and contain less fruits and nuts compared with adult‐targeted cereals. Results on the back and side panels showed that messages targeting adults are mostly health related (e.g. well‐being, purity) while messaging to children focuses less on health‐related messages and more on games, toys and other entertaining topics. Nutritionally, child‐targeted cereals overall are less nutritious than adult‐targeted cereals and have higher rankings of sugar sources in the ingredients. This study calls for a critical consideration about not only on what is in the cereal box but also what is on the box.     

我国台湾地区儿童福利问题研究

儿童是社会的未来，是民族的希望。儿童福利是社会福利的重要组成部分，在经济高速发展的当今社会，福利体系的建设中儿童福利的发展与完善显得尤为迫切。笔者通过对儿童福利事业发展较为先进的台湾地区进行研究，从法律和政策、行政体系、发展趋势等几个方面进行剖析，最终分析台湾地区儿童福利发展对我国相关问题上的启发，以期对我国儿童福利体系建设起到积极作用。     

儿童绘本馆基于素质教育的产品创新研究

目前大多数儿童绘本馆在产品项目上只有借书和绘本活动,缺乏竞争力。把素质教育的理念融入到了儿童绘本馆的产品创新中,增强了竞争力的同时,为孩子素质教育作出了贡献。
