Financial development,economic growth and convergence clubs

To study the role of financial development in economic growth, we apply an array of convergence tests designed to capture nonlinear transitional dynamics to real outputs per capita. Strong evidence of multiple convergence clubs is observed, implying that the clubs are formed based on the initial level of real output per capita and average growth rate. Our empirical results show that the stage of economic growth of each country plays an important role for the composition of the convergence clubs. Furthermore, financial development emerges to be a significant determinant, albeit plays differently in the economic growth of each convergence club.

我国地区经济增长收敛的动态变化:1978—2017年

改革开放40年来，我国地区经济增长收敛现象较为明显。地区人均GDP增长不仅持续上升，而且水平差距也在不断缩小，存在条件收敛现象，并且东部和沿海地区经济增长的"俱乐部收敛"现象显著。进入20世纪90年代后，增长收敛趋势愈发突出，2008年国际金融危机也未影响增长收敛的发展态势。未来要继续坚持改革开放，补上各地制度和要素的短板，积极培育和发展有利于地区人均GDP增长收敛现象产生的一系列基础性因素，以实现区域更加协调发展。     

The emergence of convergent price clusters in China

This paper reports new evidence on the existence of both large and small price divergent clusters for China's energy markets, 2000–2009. The largest convergent price clusters suggest that the coal and gasoline markets are well integrated, however, small convergent price clusters suggest that electricity and diesel markets are proving harder to integrate. The paper argues that the traditional approach to price convergence analysis should be applied with caution, especially in a transitional economy such as China where questions to be asked should relate to the ‘degree of market‐orientation’ and not simply whether it is a market‐based economy or not.     

The synchronization club: classification of global economic groups by inequality

We find that, from 1970 to 2006, the GDPs of 181 countries are described by a log-normal with a power law tail before 1992, but by a kinked power law distribution after 1992. In the 15 years from 1992 to 2006, there are two obvious scale-free zones for annual GDPs, ranked from the largest to smallest. If the countries in each scaling region are regarded as a group, the world is divided into two groups, each with a roughly stable number of members. The power exponents of the two groups are different and hence lead to different inequalities. Therefore, the basis for classification is the macro-consistent inequality within each group. The wealth grows in a synchronous nonlinear manner within groups that have a stable wealth distribution and rank structure. If each group is considered as a club, we name it a ‘synchronization club’.     

“仁政”:生存政府保障论——战国、秦官社经济体制下的农民道德政治经济学及赋税原理研究之二

战国、秦官社农民道德政治经济学的核心要求是生存政府保障论。也就是说,民之生存应由政府来保障,亦即政府的职责应是以保障民之生存、规避风险为重要指归。农民对政府的评价体系是生存第一。能保障社民生存,使之脱离生存困境的就是好政府。因此,孟子"仁政"的价值标准就是道德经济观。

农民专业合作社在产品(和服务)的供给上是具有"自我决策—自我筹资—自我提供"特征的自愿供给。从需求发现、供给决策、服务提供、绩效评价与监督激励、信息反馈等五个密切联系、相互呼应的环节分析农民专业合作社的自愿供给机制,发现因其具有简洁有效的需求发现机制、公开民主的决策机制、公平有效的提供机制、直接有效的绩效评价与监督激励机制、及时有效的信息反馈机制,在及时有效地满足社员的公共需求上具有独特优势,能够更迅捷、准确地了解农民的需求,实现供需均衡。     

长三角地区县域经济发展差异及其动态收敛研究

文章以长三角地区60个县（不包括区）1998—2009年间的人均GDP数据为基础,首先采用标准差系数和锡尔系数分析该地区内县域经济发展差异水平现状,然后根据经济增长收敛理论进一步对其动态收敛趋势进行实证分析。研究结果表明,长三角地区县域经济差异在1998—2009年间逐渐增大,并且基本不存在动态收敛的趋势,仅部分地区内县域经济存在俱乐部收敛。根据研究结果提出了初步的政策建议。     

旅行社与汽车俱乐部经营自驾车旅游的比较研究

在国内自驾车旅游快速发展的今天,旅行社和汽车俱乐部作为该领域中两大类主要经营实体,在组织自驾车旅游时,凭借着各自的优势正在发挥着越来越大的作用.但是,由于它们所属行业特点等原因,二者在许多方面尚存在问题.本文从不同角度,将旅行社与汽车俱乐部所经营的自驾车旅游进行了比较研究,因此对相关企业、行业乃至政府相关部门的决策都是十分有意义的.     

民间借贷的组织化效率：山东省首家市级民间融资登记服务中心案例

本文通过对山东省首家市级民间融资登记服务中心的分析后认为，由政府主导的俱乐部性质的组织化管理安排，能够制定有效的外部规则，实现政府与市场的合理互动。其成功的运作，能够提高自发、无序发展的小额民间资本融资对接效率，促进民间融资市场规范化、阳光化发展。在当前民间融资风险频发背景下，具有较强的现实指导意义。
