我国物流业转型升级研究综述

中国经济已经到了只有转型升级才能持续健康发展的关键阶段,产业转型升级在国家政策文件和研究文献中出现的词频较高。文章以我国物流业为研究对象,从现有涉及到物流业转型升级方面的文献挖掘有效信息,梳理我国物流业转型升级研究的历史脉络,从供应链与价值链、产业集群、现代科学技术应用和产业联动四个视角对现有的物流业转型升级文献进行了总结和归纳,并从物流业转型升级的动力研究、阶段性划分研究和演进规律研究三个方面指出了现有文献的研究不足和以后可能的研究方向。其中,供应链与价值链视角侧重于物流企业的纵向角度,产业集群视角侧重于物流企业的横向角度。文章对于物流企业战略设计、政府政策的制定和理论研究具有一定的参考作用。     

上市公司非公允关联交易治理研究

非公允关联交易在我国上市公司中普遍存在,并对上市公司的业绩产生着重大影响。本文在分析上市公司非公允关联交易产生原因的基础上,从完善立法、首发审核、治理结构、信息披露、定价方法、独立审计等方面探讨了非公允关联交易的治理对策。     

格莱明银行模式:基于关联博弈的分析

从关联博弈角度对格莱明银行模式进行了分析,认为格莱明银行小组贷款模式实现了贷款博弈与社会资本博弈的紧密结合,正是这种紧密关联博弈克服了成员贷款中的 "搭便车"行为.由于重复博弈的存在,社会资本成为一种可置信的威胁,保证了贷款协议的执行,成功克服了合约中产生的代理问题.格莱明银行模式对我国小额信贷激励机制的建立具有重要的参考价值.     

Memory recall errors in retrospective surveys: A reverse record check study

This paper reports on a study to compare self-reports during an interview with staff who attended a University health centre in Turkey, with the records of visits to the same health centre over the previous 12 months. Design of the study reflects the effects of importance of the event, duration since the event, frequency of the occurrence of the event, measurement scale of the event, and bounded and unbounded recalling. In order to assess the extent of recall error, responses to retrospective questions on health centre visits are compared with administrative records. Statistical models are proposed for short and long term human memory recall error effects on responses.     

基于投入产出与解释结构建模法相结合的产业关联及层次识别建模

将投入产出方法与解释结构建模相结合,取长补短,提出了基于这两种方法相结合的产业关联层次识别的分析方法,并呈现了该方法的算法步骤、识别层次结果的基本特性以及其与以往产业关联分析方法的比较优势.最后以经统一调整的1997及2002年投入产出表为基础,对我国国民经济产业关联的层次识别进行实证分析,经对识别结果的跨期对比分析,证明该识别方法的解释效果良好.     

The Stock Price-Volume Linkage on the Toronto Stock Exchange: Before and After Automation

This paper investigates the information content of trading volume on the Toronto Stock Exchange before and after the move towards fully electronic trading. It is argued that if price discovery improves under electronic trading, the predictive power of volume should be less significant. The empirical analysis supports more accurate price discovery under electronic trading. Results from both the structural and vector autoregression models indicate that the predictive power of volume for price variability disappears after full automation.     

Analysis of interregional industry linkage and economic distance in China: evidence from the mining industry

The mining industry is an important sector of the national economy, which provides essential support for energy and other resources for economic development. Industrial linkage and economic distance are two different concepts in measuring the correlationship of different industries, in this article, we apply the model that combines both of them to analyse the industries significantly influence the mining industry. We find that electricity and heating industry, and the mining industry itself from forward linkages have greatly influenced the mining industry, and the industries from backward linkages affect mining industry are changing with industrial economic transformation. We also find resources can flow across several regions only after 2007, which means the role of geographical factors limiting long-range transportation of resources is weakening after 2007. And we explain how resources flow among various regions during 1997 ~ 2007. Based on the findings above, policy implications from the empirical results obtained are discussed.     

Does foreign investment benefit the exporting activities of Vietnamese firms?

Using firm-level data, this paper examines the effects of foreign investment on the exporting behaviour of domestic firms in the Vietnamese manufacturing and service sectors. Applying the Heckman selection model on panel data and following the Wooldridge approach, we find that investment by foreign firms has a significant positive effect on the decision of domestic firms in the same and upstream sectors to export. The proportion of exports of domestic firms declines through horizontal and forward linkages, but increases through backward linkages in the manufacturing sector. However, there is only weak evidence in support of export spillovers on domestic firms in the service sector. We also find that the presence of foreign firms has differing effects on the exporting activities of low- versus high-tech firms in the manufacturing sector.     

全球化：前景、潜力与问题

本文扼要阐述了经济全球化发展的前景和潜力,并运用李嘉图模型对全球化可能导致的经济损害作出论证分析进而说明,尽管经济学家在极大程度上趋向于将全球化视为基本良性的现象,但全球化仍然对某些国家（包括发达国家）带来经济损害,及对部分人群可能造成极其痛苦的后果。不过,源自于全球化的不断增长的竞争压力,会加强创新和增长,从长远来看,的确对每个国家有利。     

基于时变Copula的我国股票市场联动性研究

通过运用Copula技术,构建4种Copula-GARCH模型,讨论金融市场的相关模式问题得出的结论是Joe-ClaytonCopula比正态Copula好,动态模型比静态模型要好。表明沪港股市确实存在非对称的相关变化规律。同时表明沪、港股票市场股市相关程度较小,两个市场联动性较弱,上海股市的波动具有相对的独立性,通过组合上海股市和香港股市的方式可以较好的降低投资风险。
