积分循环赛在学校篮球竞赛中的应用研究

为了在学校篮球竞赛中引入积分循环赛，文章针对棋类积分编排存在的三个方面问题，通过采用每轮比赛排名作为配对排序的条件，并对棋类积分编排方法进行了一定的简化移植，经过多次试验性编排，运用电子表格技术设计出了一整套篮球积分编排方法。这种方法可实际运用于篮球积分循环赛的手工编排，并能为实现计算机篮球积分编排提供理论依据。     

Asymptotically optimal estimation of smooth functionals for interval censoring, part 1

Estimation in the interval censoring model is considered. A class of smooth functionals is introduced, of which the mean is an example. The asymptotic information lower bound for such functionals can be represented as an inner product of two functions. In case 1, i.e. one observation time per unobservable event time, both functions can be given explicitly. We mainly consider case 2, with two observation times for each unobservable event time, in the situation that the observation times can not become arbitrarily close to each other. For case 2, one of the functions in the inner product can only be given implicitly as solution to a Fredholm integral equation. We study properties of this solution and, in a sequel to this paper, prove that the nonparametric maximum likelihood estimator of the functional asymptotically reaches the information lower bound.     

Polyhedral Combinatorics in Combinatorial Optimization

Polyhedral combinatorics is a subarea of combinatorial optimization of increasing practical importance. It deals with the application of the theory of linear systems and linear algebra to combinatorial problems. The paper is not intended as a survey on polyhedral combinatorics but it reviews some of the main concepts and proof techniques.     

中期财务报告准则的比较研究

为提高上市公司会计信息质量，更好地保护投资者利益，2001年11月，财政部发布了《企业会计准则——中期财务报告》。鉴于美国是实行中期报告制度最早的国家，其制度也相对完善，本文拟将我国中期财务报准则同美国的相关准则及国际会计准则IAS34作粗浅的比较分析。通过比较分析，借鉴国外准则之长处，有利于推动我国中期报告理论和实务的发展。

Measuring Inequalities without Linearity in Envy: Choquet Integrals for Symmetric Capacities

The (generalized) Gini indices rely on the social welfare function of a decision maker who behaves in accordance with Yaari's model, with a function f that transforms frequencies. This SWF can also be represented as the weighted sum of the welfare of all the possible coalitions in the society, where the welfare of a coalition is defined as the income of the worst-off member of that coalition. We provide a set of axioms (Ak) and prove that the three following statements are equivalent: (i) the decision maker respects (Ak), (ii) f is a polynomial of degree k, (iii) the weight of all coalitions with more than k members is equal to zero. 输电钢管杆稳定性分析的阶梯折算法

应用一维非均质体结构的阶梯折算法理论,建立了输电钢管杆的数值分析模型,推导了钢管杆的整体稳定计算方法,算法运用计算机易于实现,解决了荷载和刚度沿杆体变化的复杂杆结构整体稳定二阶计算问题,在电网工程建设和设计中有较好的实用价值。     

A non-additive multiple criteria analysis method for evaluation of airline service quality

Subjective preferences with interactive property are often involved in the evaluation of airline service quality. It may not be possible, however, to correctly evaluate service quality using conventional additive measures. The fuzzy measure, which is a non-additive measure, is more suitable for this situation. Given the presence of arduousness in current fuzzy measure identification and in the calculation of the comprehensive performance values of alternatives in terms of the Choquet integral, this paper proposes the λ_k fuzzy measure and introduces Marichal entropy of the λ_k fuzzy measure to reach a solution. This paper also presents the aggregator Choquet integral with respect to the λ_k fuzzy measure. To verify the method's effectiveness, an application study of the comprehensive performance of 15 US airlines was conducted, using data collected over a 10-year period. Our results show that the proposed method is a suitable multi-criteria analysis method, which can be used to evaluate the performance of airline service quality when man–made interaction phenomena are not existent.     

Varying Coefficient Regression Models: A Review and New Developments

Varying coefficient regression models are known to be very useful tools for analysing the relation between a response and a group of covariates. Their structure and interpretability are similar to those for the traditional linear regression model, but they are more flexible because of the infinite dimensionality of the corresponding parameter spaces. The aims of this paper are to give an overview on the existing methodological and theoretical developments for varying coefficient models and to discuss their extensions with some new developments. The new developments enable us to use different amount of smoothing for estimating different component functions in the models. They are for a flexible form of varying coefficient models that requires smoothing across different covariates' spaces and are based on the smooth backfitting technique that is admitted as a powerful technique for fitting structural regression models and is also known to free us from the curse of dimensionality.
