我国农村金融风险的现状与对策

中国是一个具有典型“二元经济”特征的发展中农业大国,农村经济在国民经济中占有重要的地位,其发展离不开金融的有效支持。农村金融基于自身各种因素的影响,在我国农村金融领域也积聚了大量的风险因素,如果不对农村金融的风险进行及时有效地防范与化解,将会影响农村经济环境的稳定,从而危及到社会的稳定。本文结合我国农村经济与农村金融的实际,提出了一些控制我国农村金融风险的措施。     

多头滚刀在异形锥花键加工中的应用

花键滚刀是常用的花键加工方法之一。本文针对有异形截面齿形的锥花键,提出了一种采用有特殊结构的多头滚刀滚切的方法,很好地解决了异形锥花键滚切加工的技术难题。     

La oralidad y la escritura en el proceso de aprendizaje Aplicación del método aprende a escuchar,pensar y escribir

Research design is quasi-experimental, field, with four longitudinal assessments for two groups (one experimental and one control) of students with irregularity student. Intervention, learns listen-think-write (lltw) method. population, 488 students. With a sample conditioned (students with irregular registration) of 170 students from two university careers of accounting and administration, both manner, 24.3 years old. Material, Raven’s Progressive Matrices test and Learning strategies ACRA test. The impact obtained by the intervention (LLTW) was 23%, significant difference between follow-up evaluation 6 and 12 months. Regarding the improvement of learning skills in post-test measurement showed a general increase in average by 28%. Also it is necessary to say, the decline was failed subjects in the two groups evolving 12 months in control group was 3 to 4 and the experimental group was 1 to 2.     

Business Ethics in Spain

This article is an introduction to the selection of papers on "Business Ethics in Spain" included in this monographic issue of the Journal of Business Ethics. Specifically, this article is a survey of the development of the social, political, cultural and economic background of business in Spain since 1940, in order to show how the ethical values, attitudes and problems of the Spanish managers changed in these years. First, the global evolution of this background is explained, and then several relevant problems are discussed, namely those of the attitudes of business towards the State and the law (with an aside on the attitudes of society towards profit and wealth), corruption, and the grey economy, taxes, and irregular labour. The article concludes with a survey of the scientific developments of business ethics in Spain.

作者对我国现行增值税在重复征税、征收范围、小规模纳税人的划分标准及对其政策、抵税凭证和税率设计几方面存在的问题进行了分析。     

Does forced migration increase regional human rights commitment? The cases of Malaysia and Thailand in ASEAN

ABSTRACT

Why do non-democratic governments commit to human rights on a regional level? We argue that the negative externalities of political repression, operationalized as large amounts of transnational refugee flows, affect states’ willingness to commit to human rights. Neighbouring governments commit to human rights to send a signal to their repressive neighbours that repression will no longer be tolerated. We use official UNCHR data, a number of other secondary sources, as well as congruence analysis and process tracing to demonstrate the relevance of the theory for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and Malaysia and Thailand in particular.     

非常规战争与战争形态的演变

进入21世纪以来,非常规战争成为国际社会关注的焦点。在理论谱系上,学术界已经对非常规战争的内在本质、基本特征和行为模式进行了深入研究,提出了一些富有创见的理论。在这些研究的基础上,作者认为非常规战争所呈现出的形态及其战略战术与以往相比有了重要变化,凸显了克劳塞维茨式战争逻辑之外的一面,即战争中的弱者通过非常规方式增强自我力量、通过非常规方式向国家行为体施加成本来战胜强者的隐性逻辑。基于这种隐性逻辑,从非国家行为体的视角重新审视战争,可以发现非常规战争中的作战方式已经使得战争形态发生了四点巨大变化:战争的形态越来越不清晰、战争的胜负之分变得模糊、战争正变得越来越扁平化以及战争伦理受到侵蚀。当前的大国竞争并不会削弱非常规战争的地位,在某种程度上甚至会凸显其独特战略意义。因此,探究非常规战争的隐性逻辑,既有助于我们理解战争形态的变化,也有利于国家行为体据此调整相关战略战术。     

小额信贷、农民创业与收入增长——基于中介效应的实证研究

基于2009—2014年山东省17地市小额贷款公司的面板数据,运用固定效应模型、工具变量和中介效应等分析方法,从农民创业的中介效应视角实证检验小额信贷的农民增收效应。结果表明：小额信贷对农民收入具有显著的正向影响,但由于小额信贷规模仍相对较小,因此其对农民收入的正向影响程度仍相对较低。同时,利用中介效应分析方法,验证农民创业在小额信贷对农民收入的影响中存在显著的中介效应。所以,为了促进农民收入的提高,政府应进一步推动小额信贷的发展以及加大对农民创业的金融支持力度。     

不规则建筑结构地震反应分析与性能评估的研究

历次地震的震害经验表明,建筑结构的平面规则性对结构的抗震性能有重要影响。因此,对不规则建筑结构设计的抗震性能我们应该提出更高的要求。     

审计证据、审计风险及不规则关系研究\n——基于一个舞弊博弈模型的分析

在某些情形下,审计风险并非始终随着审计证据的引入而降低.管理层和审计师的舞弊博弈模型分析结果表明:重大错报风险与审计证据的不规则关系出现于管理层有强烈的舞弊激励、管理层的舞弊行为被揭露所遭受的惩罚不严厉以及审计师收集证据的信息含量较低或具有误导性等情形;在舞弊博弈中,检查风险始终随着审计证据的引入而增大的基本动因在于管理层和审计师博弈过程中战略的互相影响;审计师法律责任比率通过影响重大错报风险的大小来影响审计风险与审计证据之间的变动关系;在特定条件下职业谨慎对于重大错报风险、审计风险与审计证据之间的不规则关系具有"放大效应".
