对铁路行包房经营配送业务的探讨

经合现代物流的发展特点，对铁路行包房经营配送业务的可行性进行了分析，提出在铁路行包房建立配送中心经营配送业务，并具体阐明了基本思路和应该注意的问题，对于促进铁路行包运输物流化将起到推动作用。     

Small Luggage,Big Diplomacy

Luggage is always something very ordinary in the daily life,but sometimes,maybe you don't believe,it plays unusual role in the diplomatic affairs. Sponsored by Beijing Oriental Sunshine Public Relations and Shanghai Diplomats Group,the"Diplomat Luggage Series Party and Product Introduction"was held on July 12th 2007 at Beijing Duty Free Shop for diplomatic missions and promoting the"Diplomat"brand.This activity attracted diplomats from Bulgaria, Belarus,Kuwait,etc. The diplomats gave high praises to the party,and the luggage exhibited as well.Some diplomats bought the luggage,some others got a luck draw.They said the China-made luggage would accompany them to travel across the world.The activity was in a leisure,happy and exciting atmosphere. Defining airline compatible luggage

The airline and luggage industries hold widely different views about which party should bear responsibility for checked luggage (baggage) damaged during transport. The problem is compounded by the fact that there currently is no uniformly accepted definition of or standards for airline compatible luggage. While much attention has been given to the carry-on baggage issue, many feel that the problems surrounding checked baggage are at the heart of the matter. This case study outlines the attempts of both industries to address the issue of performance standards for airline compatible luggage.

应用改进重力模型法预测铁路行包OD运量的研究

对铁路行包OD运量的预测提出一种基于重力模型的改进方法。针对不完整的OD调查数据,运用综合阻抗的概念,首先在样本值的范围内进行模型标定,然后扩大样本值,运用标定好的重力模型重新预测并调整,最后得到完整的OD数据。实证结果表明,采用改进的重力模型比传统的重力模型预测结果更接近实际,可用于铁路行包运输OD运量预测。     

统计分析法调整铁路行包办理站的方案研究

根据全路铁路行包办理站办理量及旅客列车加挂行李车编挂方案,按照始发终到、中途及中转车站作业情况,采用统计分析的方法给出了行包办理站设置的原则,并在此基础上得出未来行包办理站的调整方案。     

机场行李提取中行李箱图像识别与旋转仿真

为了减少机场旅客提取行李的时间,缓解机场拥挤问题,设计了一种行李箱自动识别和旋转系统。该系统主要包括行李箱图像预处理和角度计算与旋转两大部分。图像预处理对行李箱图像进行灰度处理、运用中值滤波对行李箱图像进行降噪、对行李箱图像进行二值化处理;然后对图像中有效轮廓进行截取;最后计算行李箱旋转角度并进行旋转。通过应用Matlab仿真验证了本文所提出的图像识别、处理和角度计算等的有效性和适用性。将行李箱把手旋转到靠近旅客的一侧可达到缩短旅客提取行李箱的时间,促进机场高效运行的目标,符合机场运营的需要,能够提高机场的运营和管理水平。     

CAE分析在某车型座椅满足行李位移乘客防护强度改进中的应用

通过使用Hypermesh软件构建座椅骨架的有限元分析模型，根据GB15083--2006中行李位移乘客防护的要求，对某车型后排座椅进行行李位移乘客防护试验仿真分析。仿真分析结果展示了座椅结构的应力集中位置，以及座椅结构中容易导致试验失效的薄弱环节。通过优化设计，改进了产品的结构，降低了零件开发成本及采购成本，并使改进后的座椅结构成功应用在新车型上。     

A new model of luggage storage time while boarding an airplane: An experimental test

The boarding process is on the critical path of the turn-around. Reduction in boarding time can benefit airline carriers and airports and improve passenger satisfaction. However, aisle interference caused by passengers placing their luggage during boarding is a key factor leading to cabin congestion and low boarding efficiency. Therefore, the storage time for the carry-on luggage and its influencing factors is analyzed in this study. An experiment was conducted in a B737-800 model (1/3 size) to explore the factors effecting the time of luggage storage, and a new effective model of luggage storage time is proposed through a significance test and data fitting. The results show that the age of passengers, the type and quantity of luggage, and the existing luggage in the luggage bin have a significant impact on the luggage storage time; the rule of the variation in luggage placing time is similar between young adult passengers and middle aged passengers; the impact of the existing luggage in the overhead bin on the luggage storage time shows a stable trend in the initial period, but with the quantity of the luggage increasing to a certain point, the luggage storage time begins to increase sharply, which is known as a “jump”; and the luggage type has a great influence on the threshold value of jump. The results of the study can provide a reference for airlines to manage cabin luggage to improve boarding efficiency and improve passenger experience.
