"治理变革"中的非营利组织治理研究评述

首先分析了非营利组织在“治理变革”中的角色定位，指出加强其自身治理的重要性，然后在对国内外非营利组织治理研究的文献回顾的基础上，提出了四个方面有关非营利组织治理研究未来方向的建议。     

Development and transformation of collaborative networks in events

This study examines the mechanisms by which and the reasons that leaders of non-profit organizations transform interorganizational collaborative networks through event attendance. Drawing from a two-wave survey, this study examines the interorganizational networks of 30 individuals who participated in both waves, along with the reported activities of 121 individuals who participated in the second wave of the survey. This mixed methods study found that events transformed participants’ weak ties into strong ties and promoted development of collaborative networks. Further, the study found that participants’ motivations for attending the event and following up with contacts afterward focused on sharing resources and deepening connections. Implications for understanding how events promote formation and transformation of collaborative networks are discussed.     

Benchmarking As a Learning Tool In Voluntary Non-Profit Organizations

This paper explores the benefits of benchmarking in voluntary non-profit organizations. The principal benefit is argued to be that of serving as a management tool to promote organizational learning. A case study illustrating some of the key issues associated with the adoption of benchmarking at the Royal Blind Society of New South Wales is presented to illustrate how the technique enhances organizational learning.     

NGO在我国发展所面临的问题及对策研究

在国际上,以非营利、非官方为特色的NGO组织在环保、卫生、慈善和公共事务方面日益发挥着重要的作用。然而,NGO在我国的出现还只有数年时间,在政策法规、管理模式和发展方向上不甚明确,还存在着诸多的问题。在本文中,通过回顾我国NGO组织的发展历程、现行状况,梳理我国NGO发展的典型模式。同时,对于NGO的发展壮大遇到的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决的方法。     

民办教育税收问题探讨

民办教育的税收待遇应综合考虑其公益性、营利性、非营利性而定。我国民办教育存在的税收问题有:民办教育与公办教育税收待遇差别较大、民办教育税收政策营利性与非营利性不分等。应从完善教育法制、对税收政策进行营利性与非营利性区分、加强教育税收管理等方面进行完善。     

非营利组织推动企业履行社会责任的作用机制研究

非营利组织与企业在社会责任建设领域存在一定的契合性，由于其战略目标和宗旨存在一致性和互补性，所以两者可以达成合作的目标。非营利组织可以成为企业履行社会责任的代理、监督、标准制定、环境创造等机构，其推动企业履行社会责任的作用机制呈现出一种金字塔式的结构特点。     

The Impact of Involvement,Perceived Moral Intensity,and Satisfaction upon Trust in Non-Profit Relational Contexts: Processes and Outcomes

ABSTRACT

This study applies the basic concepts of relationship marketing, including involvement, knowledge, moral intensity, satisfaction and trust in the non-profit environment, specifically in a university setting. These relational concepts are employed in the development of a relational model used in an exploratory investigation. Results indicate significant relationships between the constructs, emphasizing the importance of relationship management for non-profit and public sector entities. Results, managerial implications and research implications are included.     

非营利组织社会资本对其筹资的影响

解释了非营利组织的社会资本对其筹资的影响。首先介绍了非营利组织概念的产生和界定以及其组织分类及标准;然后对有关社会资本的概念产生过程和测量的研究文献进行了回顾,进而讨论了非营利组织社会资本的测量方法、影响变量;最后利用我国14家非营利组织的相关数据,实证分析了其社会资本对收入差异的影响。     

关于我国非营利部门若干问题的思考

非营利部门是随着政治、经济体制改革的深入进行而逐步兴起的 ,它作为社会第三部门 ,有效地利用了我国丰富的人力资源、物力资源和自然资源 ,解决了许多政府和市场不能、不愿或不便解决的许多社会问题 ,成为我国社会主义现代化建设的一支重要力量。但由于其出现时期很短 ,发展和研究不足 ,由此带来的实践问题不少 ,其应有的作用远未发挥出来。因此 ,进一步加强对非营利部门的研究 ,尽快完善有中国特色的非营利部门管理就成为当前管理层和理论分析人士的当务之急。     

我国非营利组织的财务管理

发展非营利组织对推进社会主义现代化建设有重要的现实意义。然而,目前我国非营利组织的财务管理存在许多的问题。非营利组织财务管理的这些问题不仅严重制约了自身的发展,而且增加了社会的不稳定因素。因此,要采取措施加强我国非营利组织的财务管理,进而营造一个良好的社会环境,使整个社会更加和谐安定。
