衡阳市农产品加工业现状与对策研究

文章通过调查衡阳市的农产品加工业现状,结合政府相关部门提供的资料,分析了衡阳市龙头企业在经济发展中的作用及农产品加工业现状形成的原因,并提出解决问题的对策。     

网络环境下对会计信息失真的全新认识

网络技术的发展将会对会计信息的生产模式带来新的思考,传统会计的个体性生产模式,难以适应网络技术的发展和社会化的会计信息需求。本文从会计信息失真的现有观点谈起,论述了网络环境下会计信息失真的根源,进而重新构建了网络环境下会计信息的生产模式,这对于治理会计信息失真、提高经济效益、完善宏观调控,都具有重要的意义。     

Consumers’ willingness-to-pay for food safety labels in an emerging market: The case of fresh produce in Thailand

Food safety systems in emerging markets are currently facing a transformation period, becoming more stringent because of an increasing demand for safer food. Consequently, policy makers need to find strategies to increase food safety while giving the industry time to improve their performance. In Thailand, policy makers have adopted the strategy of upgrading food safety standards gradually. Government and private food safety brands and labels were introduced onto the market but little is known whether Thai consumers have preferences for them or not. This study is aimed at evaluating Thai consumers’ preferences for food safety labels and brands on fresh produce, using a surveyed based on discrete-choice experiments. A sample of 350 Thai consumers was surveyed in Bangkok and Nonthaburi in 2013. Quota sampling according to the shopping outlets and convenience sampling methods were adopted. Two hundred respondents were recruited at fresh-food markets and 150 respondents were recruited at supermarkets. We found that consumers are willing-to-pay more for both government led food safety label and private brands, but that there is high heterogeneity in their preferences. The high degree of social desirability for food safety labels confirms that food safety labelling policy should be supported. However, the provision of information and credibility are vital in order to mitigate the risk of consumer deception by self-claimed labels.     

我国农产品物流现状及对策分析

众所周知,目前我国的农业和农村经济都进入了一个全新的发展阶段,随着国民经济的高速发展,正式加入世界贸易组织、建立与周边国家和地区的自由贸易区以及深化改革粮棉等重要农产品的流通体制等等各种举措都使得我国农产品的市场化程度与贸易自由化程度得以快速的提高,自然而然,这也对现代农产品的物流提出了更高的要求。但由于受种种主客观因素的影响,现今我国的农产品物流还远远不能满足农业和农村经济快速发展的需要,因此,如何加快发展我国现代农产品物流成为了一个新的社会热点。     

跳水运动员的疲劳过程与恢复探讨

通过文献资料、调查访问等方法,对跳水运动员在日常训练和比赛中疲劳的产生原因及恢复进行探讨。调查发现,教练员和队医不仅需要用常规的恢复手段和物理治疗进行调整恢复,还应更多的对运动员进行一定的心理沟通,才能更好的达到最佳的恢复效果和状态。     

关于中国南方竹产区微观经济组织变革研究

本文借助新制度经济学的制度变迁理论,对改革开放以来中国南方竹产区微观经济组织的变迁与发展进行了制度经济学探析,进而揭示了目前中国南方竹产区发展与探索竹产业合作经济组织存在的主要问题,并对其提出了完善竹产业合作经济组织内部运行机制,建立合理的竹业行业管理制度等五项改进的政策建议。研究结果表明:改革开放以来的中国南方竹业化经营各微观经济组织的制度演变是以诱致性制度变迁为主导的,其大体包括农户家庭经济、乡镇企业、农村专业合作经济组织、社区集体经济组织等组织形式。     

Effects of scale economies and production seasonality on optimal hub locations: the case of regional fresh produce aggregation

Interest in supporting local and regional food systems is rising and food hubs have attracted considerable attention among Federal, State, and local policymakers. This study explores the problem of endogenous hub location in fresh produce value chains in the Northeastern United States. To overcome limitations in the literature, we incorporate the effects of economies of scale and production seasonality into our models. Three experimental models are designed to examine the effects of alternatively applying yearly, quarterly, and monthly data on model solutions. We explicitly assess how interactions of scale economies and seasonality influence the structure and spatial attributes of an optimal regional produce aggregation hub system. The three models generate marketed different solutions and in many respects they lead to different conclusions about developing local/regional supply chains. The monthly model allows for production seasonality and actual hub operation cycle frequency and thus leads to more efficient hub solution with rich policy implications.     

Decomposing Local: A Conjoint Analysis of Locally Produced Foods

Increasingly, foods are marketed as "locally grown." We use stated preference data from a choice-based conjoint instrument to address two issues surrounding consumer demand for locally produced goods: (1) what is the geographical extent of "local," and (2) is the value consumers place on "local" production distinct from other factors that are often confounded with locally produced foods such as farm size and product freshness? We find our subjects place similar value on products produced "in state" and "nearby" and that consumers' willingness to pay for local production is independent from values associated with product freshness and farm size.     

城市“农改超”制度创新与市场组织化的耦合分析

当社会经济环境发生变化，现存制度安排下存在无法获得的潜在利润，传统的市场形式不适应组织发展的目标要求，产生了农产品连锁超市经营替代传统城市农贸市场交易的制度创新过程。并且这一过程伴随着市场交易组织的生成和演进，市场组织化的努力和新的制度规则的确立都是通过交易组织的组织规则的确定和组织的绩效的改进实现的。因此，“农改超”的过程表现为制度创新和组织创新，是制度创新与市场组织化彼此耦合的发展过程，
