根据工程力学课程的特点，从力学的基本概念、教学方法和教学模式上对工程力学的教学体系进行了分析，以充分调动学生的学习积极性，进一步提高学生的逻辑思维能力和综合解决问题能力，增强学生的创新意识和创新能力。     

Model-based control charts in phase 1 statistical process control

In this paper, a general method of constructing control charts for preliminary analysis of individual observations is presented, which is based on recursive score residuals. A simulation study shows that certain implementations of these charts are highly effective in detecting assignable causes.     

Modeling society with statistical mechanics: an application to cultural contact and immigration

We introduce a general modeling framework to predict the outcomes, at the population level, of individual psychology and behavior. The framework prescribes that researchers build a cost function that embodies knowledge of what trait values (opinions, behaviors, etc.) are favored by individual interactions under given social conditions. Predictions at the population level are then drawn using methods from statistical mechanics, a branch of theoretical physics born to link the microscopic and macroscopic behavior of physical systems. We demonstrate our approach building a model of cultural contact between two cultures (e.g., immigration), showing that it is possible to make predictions about how contact changes the two cultures.     

A New Approach to Random Utility Modeling using the Dirichlet Multinomial Distribution

In this paper we introduce a new econometricapproach to analyzing recreational site choicedata, the Dirichlet multinomial model. Thismodel, which nests the standard conditionalmultinomial logit model, can accommodateover-dispersed data and may provide moreefficient estimators of coefficients andconsequent welfare measures than the standardconditional logit model, which is so widelyused in the Random Utility Model approach torecreation demand. We illustrate thisDirichlet approach using a data set of rockclimbers in Scotland, and study the impacts onper-trip consumers surplus of alternativemanagement strategies for popular rock climbingsites. Results show that the Dirichletmultinomial approach produces coefficient andwelfare estimates having smaller samplingvariability in this case. We also compareclassical welfare measures with their posteriorequivalents, which allow for welfare changes tobe dis-aggregated.     

用PERT法求解不确定网络中活动时间参数的改进研究

基于计划评审技术(PERT)中β分布的假设,阐述了常规三时估计方法的不足,提出了相应解决对策,即采用限定概率三时估计法分别建立了β分布和Gamma分布拟合方差最小模型,用微粒群算法求解模型,并且将求解结果与常规三时估计方法进行了对比研究。实例证实,对于不同类型的活动,可以选择合理的分布类型并利用限定概率三时估计法,对各个活动的持续时间服从的分布密度函数进行拟合,从而提高PERT的精度和效率。     

企业核心刚性进化机制研究:基于CAS视角

根据复杂自适应系统理论，本文对组织的性质进行了再认识。在此基础上，提出企业核心刚性进化的动力和条件分别是企业系统中合法系统与影子系统之间的相互作用．以及运行区域的五个控制参数，即信息流动速率、焦虑抑制水平、成员多样性程度、联系水平、权力差异程度。进一步，分析了随着控制参数的变化，企业进入不同的运行区域，核心刚性如何实现螺旋式进化的机制。     

不同加载方式下岩石力学特性及能量演化规律

本文以东荣二矿南二下采区16煤层五工作面回风下山巷道围岩为研究对象,进行了不同加载方式的岩石力学试验,分析岩石在加载过程中力学特性和能量演化规律.为巷道围岩能量分布、变形破坏机理及巷道围岩稳定性控制研究提供基础数据.
