浅谈高职院校学生的日常管理

大学生日常管理工作在高职院校中占有非常重要的地位,它是学校养成学生良好的学习、生活和行为习惯,使其成为高素质技能型人才的重要保障。笔者就目前大学生日常管理的现状和加强大学生日常管理的重要性、必要性,进行了分析,并就如何加强大学生日常管理的途径与方法进行了探讨。     

STRATEGIC ORIENTATION,CAPABILITIES, AND PERFORMANCE IN MANUFACTURER — 3PL RELATIONSHIPS

This study examines how two dimensions of strategic orientation (customer and competitor orientation) influence logistics and market performance. Two capabilities, operational flexibility and collaboration, are studied. Data were collected from manufacturers working with third party logistics providers. The findings suggest that customer and competitor orientations have different influences upon performance when leveraged through the capabilities. Competitor orientation, while having a detrimental direct effect on logistics performance, appears to be the better strategic approach, when supported with operational flexibility since it results in enhanced logistics (efficiency) and market (effectiveness) performance. Customer orientation, on the other hand, greatly improves logistics performance, i.e., internal efficiency.

新形势下,高校学生工作环境发生了巨大的变化,使学生工作面临新的挑战。新时期如何加强与改进高校学生思想政治工作已成为学校工作的当务之急。因此,研究加强与改进高校学生思想政治工作应当从分析学生工作面临的环境变化着手,更新教育观念,确立“以人为本”的思想观念,搞好校园文化建设,坚持与时俱进,开拓创新。     

论建国以来中国共产党的农业生产力发展观

建国以来,党的农业生产力发展观经历了探索、调整和完善的过程。第一代领导集体的农业生产力发展观偏重于农业制度的改革,进行了以集体组织下改革农业技术的实践,因忽视农民积极性和生产力系统的协调性,其实践效果差。第二、三代领导集体改变了党对农业的领导方式,高度重视农民积极性和生产力系统的协同性,形成了包括发挥农民积极性、现代工程和生物技术与传统农业技术相结合、市场农业和尊重自然规律为内容的农业生产力发展观。这是中国当代农业生产力发展的成功经验,也是党对传统农业重视天地人协调经验的继承。     

中美酒店管理专业实习生之比较研究

本文从研究中国和美国学生在金陵饭店因所受教育不同造成学生对实习项目的感知存在差距分析入手,比较了中美高校实习制度,通过研究笔者认为,实习项目的重视度和系统性的实习项目计划非常重要。为充分发挥实习生的作用,饭店对实习学生要持肯定和欢迎的态度,为学生开创一个有价值的实习项目计划;学校要帮助学生梳理心理状态,教导他们要努力将自己的期望值与现实的差距平衡。     

《国际物流管理》课程教学改革的研究

本文针对目前《国际物流管理》课程教学中存在的一些问题，本着以学生为中心的宗旨。运用教育学相关理论，对课程教材的建设和完善、教学形式的丰富、教学内容的调整、教辅手段的运用、学生课业的考核方法、试题库及资料库的建设、师资培养、教师绩效管理等方面进行了全方位的探索和研究。     

Party alternation,divided government,and fiscal performance within US States

The literature on US state government fiscal performance has examined the role of institutional factors such as budget rules and divided government, but has largely ignored the impact of party alternation. This paper primarily focuses on whether party alternation in the governor’s office affects fiscal performance. Our hypothesis is that frequent party changes create a political environment that impacts fiscal performance. To further assess the impact of party alternation on fiscal performance, we consider our primary hypothesis in conjunction with the degree of division that exists between the governor’s office and the legislature. Using panel data from 37 states between 1971 and 2000 we test the hypothesis that frequent party alternation can be expected to affect fiscal performance and find strong support for the hypothesis. 切实加强高校学生管理工作是关系到能否培养出社会需要的合格人才的关键,本文分析了当今高校和大学生中存在的若干问题,探索了解决问题的具体措施。
