人才派遣是一种全新的人才资源市场配置方式，它为企业人力资源管理创新提供了舞台。文章从用人单位的角度，分析了人才派遣的特点、运作机理；提出了在人才派遣方式下的四种人力资源管理创新方式；并就人力资源管理创新问题提出了看法。     

应用电法新装置勘探二维与三维地电体

本文通过对新装置条件下位场特征的分析,应用边界单元法及解析法的计算结果,发现当二维或三维电性不均匀体与测量电极位于背景场同一等位面时,视电阻率异常反映最明显。从而提出了圆弧交会法确定二维或三维地电体中心理深的方法,并给出了若干计算实例。结果表明,此方法简便有效且精度较高。     

西部物流资源的优化配置研究

对西部物流资源的特点进行了分析，提出了西部物流资源优化配置的思路，研究了促进西部物流资源配置的重点措施，并用一些实例进行了说明。     

人力资源专员的素质要求

本文选择北方某区域型中心城市5个月的相关平面招聘广告，采用非介入性研究的方法进行内容分析和数据统计，从而发掘当前人力资源专员素质要求的实质。最后，构建创建与变革时期人力资源专员的素质模型，并对该期人力资源专员的素质要求提出若干建议。     

现代制造系统环境下的质量信息技术

企业为了确保在激烈的市场竞争中取胜，必须运用信息技术、计算机技术等先进技术提高企业质量管理的水平，增强质量保证和质量控制的有效性。现代制造技术系统CIMS的质量保证系统是在网络数据库的支持下，从产品设计、开发，到售后服务全生命周期中对质量有关的数据进行有效的采集、处理、评价和决策，对质量管理、质量保证、质量控制活动进行有效的管理，实现企业质量管理的整体优化．以达到全面满足顾客要求，提高市场竞争能力的目的。     

MNE competence‐creating subsidiary mandates

The determinants of R&D intensity differ between subsidiaries in a multinational enterprise (MNE). Previous literature suggests that whether a subsidiary achieves a competence‐creating output mandate depends on the qualities of its location. R&D strategies in competence‐creating subsidiaries are supply‐driven while those in purely competence‐exploiting subsidiaries are demand‐driven. Using data on U.K. subsidiaries of non‐U.K. MNEs, we find that the level of subsidiary R&D depends on MNE group‐level and subsidiary‐level characteristics as well as locational factors. The R&D of mandated subsidiaries rises with acquisition, but for non‐mandated subsidiaries R&D falls upon acquisition. MNEs that grow through acquisition have more inter‐subsidiary R&D diversity. Evolutionary Characteristics of China＇s Intermediate Manufactures

China's economic development is characterized by progressive integration with international production chains as an assembly producer. Japan and South Korea are the major partners providing intermediate products to China. The present paper analyzes the Chinese intermediate sector's present condition and evolutionary characteristics revealed in bilateral trade with Japan and South Korea. The analysis uses the framework of new trade theory represented by “intra‐industry trade”. Trade statistics from 1997 to 2004 are analyzed using the database published by the OECD. Results show that China's inter‐industrial evolution is characterized by its expanding positioning in the manner of the flying geese development paradigm of Asian countries. Furthermore, intra‐industrial evolution is characterized by a concentration on price competitiveness. The framework and results of the industrial analysis presented in this paper assist in the understanding of China's manufacturing evolution and of the policy‐making decisions taken in the process.

文章阐述了汽车开发中零件的外观认可流程,主要包括皮纹前认可、皮纹后认可、外观质量评审及整车外观一致性评审在汽车行业中的应用,并介绍了各阶段外观认可的交样要求和评价方法。     

安全自动装置在高压失稳电网中的配置方案研究

高压电网发生功角稳定、过载等问题时,会严重影响到电网的安全稳定运行,若不及时采取相应措施,轻者会导致元件受损或烧毁,重者甚至会导致整个或局部电网失稳、解列。本文以西北某省330、110kV区域电网为算例,针对高压电网中几种最为常见的安全稳定问题,提出了简单、可靠的解决措施和相应的安全自动装置配置方案。具有较强的实用性和较高的典型性。
