我国大豆种植户持续种植意愿的影响因素——基于山东省农户的调查问卷

基于2010年对山东省334户大豆种植户的调研问卷数据,采用Logit模型,分析了在有限耕地面积的约束下影响大豆种植户持续种植意愿的因素。结果表明:大豆播种面积、农业收入占家庭收入的比重、每亩物质投入成本、是否有2年及2年以上大豆种植经验、从事农业劳动力的人数、大豆商品率这6项指标显著影响个体农户持续种植大豆的行为。

夫妻共同遗嘱的效力及其立法建议

夫妻共同遗嘱在本质上属于共同法律行为。立法应有条件地承认共同遗嘱的效力,从法律上确认夫妻共同遗嘱的法律地位,并明确规定共同遗嘱的适用范围、适用主体、遗产范围、生效和失效、法律效力、变更与撤销以及执行等,从主体和内容两方面对夫妻共同遗嘱的适用和操作进行必要的规范。     

规制和公众意愿双重约束下的企业合法性管理

改革开放以来,企业行为不仅受到政府规制的约束,还受到日益增长的公众意愿的影响。尤其律随着信息技术而发展起来的网络传播机制的形成,公众意愿的影响力日益增强,其通过影响政府主管部门决策阈接对企业施加影响的现象也越来越普遍。文章在回顾企业合法性理论的基础上,针对企业在规钢或公众意愿上的单一类型的合法性具备、不具备和不明确三种情况,分别给出了利用或加强、减弱或改变、掩饰或建构共计6种策略。把规制和公众意愿双重制度要素约束下的企业合法性状态分为9种共6大类,并针对性地提出了6大类组合型合法性管理策略。     

Are Social Costs the Outcome of Struggles over Truth?

Abstract:

This article critically examines the institutional economics theory of social costs by way of reviewing The Dark Places of Business Enterprise: Reinstating Social Costs in Institutional-Economics (2019). In particular, the article assesses the proposal to re-root institutional economics in the theoretical synthesis of “Veblen-Kapp-Mirowski” to better understand the social costs of neoliberalism. One of the findings is that while such a synthesis seems justified on the grounds of significant commonalities and the merits of deeper insights, it nevertheless runs into difficulties due to divergent philosophical foundations. One of the conclusions is that further philosophic clarification is needed on how an alternative economy would understand the relationship between “social costs” and Truth.     

林改中农户参与林地流转意愿与影响因素分析——以云南省麻栗坡县为例

论述了麻栗坡县集体林权改革和林地流转的现状和特点,分别用描述性分析和统计学相关分析的方法对林农参与林地流转意愿的影响因素进行实证分析,得出了林农的受教育程度、对林地流转的认识程度、家庭林地和农地面积、农户家庭的林业收入、林地流转的容易程度及对森林资产评估的满意程度等因素影响林农参与林地流转的意愿,提出了实现林地流转必须要提高教育水平,建立并完善林地流转体系、林业服务体系及森林资产评估体系,并搭建林地流转平台,健全法制等对策与建议。     

内蒙古草原生态补偿意愿的实证研究

草原生态补偿意愿是确定草原生态补偿标准的重要参考,理论上补偿意愿包括补偿主体的支付意愿和补偿对象的受偿意愿。利用条件价值评估法(CVM)研究补偿主体的支付意愿和补偿对象的受偿意愿。通过采用SPSS软件中的皮尔逊相关分析法得出如下结论:内蒙古地区居民对草原生态补偿的支付意愿是23.10元/hm2.年;内蒙古草原牧区牧民的受偿意愿是1 944.75/hm2.年。影响支付意愿的因素主要是被访者的受教育程度(即学历水平)、对草原生态环境的认知程度和家庭人口;影响受偿意愿的因素主要是牲畜饲养方式和牧民居住地距离旗政府所在地的距离。

Challenges to employment at will: A survey of the natural gas transmission industry

The natural gas transmission industry, once paternalistic towards its employees, is feeling the effects of challenges to the doctrine of employment at will, and is responding with policies that will increase managerial prerogatives. This article approaches the issue from the points of view both of law and of economics, and includes a survey of pipeline managers who must develop viable work rules in an environment of increasing expectations of employee rights and tightening market competition.     

The politics of HRM: waiting for Godot in the Moroccan civil service

This study illustrates the fundamental importance of a political understanding in order to improve HRM in both public and private organizations. It complements studies that have found a statistical relationship between public staff management and economic growth by presenting a case study of Morocco, using the strategic human resource management (SHRM) model as a framework.

There are several reasons why HRM in the Moroccan civil service has stagnated, notably unfamiliarity with HRM models and the French administrative heritage. But the fundamental reason is Morocco's political system, where real power resides in the Palace, and where political actors are reluctant to take bold initiatives. Thus a focus on the management level is currently misplaced, and fundamental political action harnessing the authority of the Palace without disempowering other political actors is needed.

The study implies that a political analysis is sometimes a prerequisite for improving HRM in both public and private organizations.
