出口和对外直接投资是一国企业进入国外市场的两种重要模式,本文通过建立一个简单的理论模型来分析企业对这两种进入模式的选择问题。本文将企业异质性引入模型分析,同时将企业的R&D活动作为内生变量来进行研究。在理论分析的基础上,本文结合中国出口和对外直接投资发展的实际情况提出了相关政策建议。  相似文献

This paper offers an empirical analysis of the relationship between income sharing rules and physician heterogeneity in medical group practices.The economies to group formation associated with risk–sharing, mutual monitoring,and internal referral are served by sharing at least a portion of group income equally. Sharing group income equally is problematic, however, when group members differ in their contribution to group income. Member contributions to group income may differ because of differences in ability, effort, or the price of services across specialty fields. The analysis below is addressed to the question of how income sharing rules in physician groups are affected by variation in member contributions. The analysis finds evidence that heterogeneity in member contributions to group income limits the use of equal income sharing rules in multispecialty groups relative to single specialty groups, and large groups relative to small groups. Nevertheless, 65% of all groups in the survey share at least a pn of group income equally, which broadly suggests that the joint surplus enhancement from risk sharing, mutual monitoring, and internal referral are sufficient to overcome the incentive problems of such rules  相似文献

This paper argues that heterogeneity of agents’ characteristics plays a fundamental role in the economy and should do so in economic models. Three aspects are considered. Firstly the notion that assuming heterogeneity was a solution to the problem posed by the results of Sonnenschein Mantel and Debreu is considered and it is suggested that the more pragmatic approach adopted by Hildenbrand is likely to be more productive. Next the role of adaptation and evolution which necessarily involve variety or heterogeneity is examined. It is suggested that heterogeneity will persist since agents will only slowly learn to adapt and that in the meantime the environment will change. Lastly the role of heterogeneity in financial markets is examined. It is suggested that heterogeneous and varying expectations may account for many of the stylised facts which do not seem to be consistent with the standard financial markets model.“Variety is the spice of life”  相似文献

孔子的"仁者,人也"思想,为儒学的发展奠定了基本价值旨向。由血缘所形成的家庭是个人走向社会的过渡环节,家庭既有社会性的因素又有个人的形成内容,因此便具有外部社会和内在个体的双重特点。而基于家庭与社会所具有的"同构性"使得由个人所形成的内在道德品质不但在以血缘为基础的家庭中起着重要的作用,而且更为复杂和扩大的社会视域中具有同样的作用;另一方面,个人与社会所具有的"异质性",使得在儒家道德伦理体系中,存在着固有的矛盾即"修己"与"安人";"内圣"与"外王"之间的矛盾。  相似文献

金融业的一个重要特征是金融集聚。本文基于2010-2020年我国31个省的面板数据,通过计算全国金融业的莫兰指数来确定金融三大产业银行业、保险业和证券业集聚的空间依赖性,运用空间杜宾模型研究金融集聚对收入增长溢出效应的区域异质性。结果表明,银行业集聚对三大区域收入增长的空间溢出效应显著为正;保险业集聚存在对东部地区与中部地区正向的收入溢出效应,对西部地区的溢出效应显著为负;证券业集聚存在对东部与西部地区负向的收入溢出效应,对中部地区的溢出效应为正但不显著。因此,差异化的政策引导与区域间协调的金融资源配置对区域收入稳定增长意义重大。  相似文献

本文以公共物品的私人供给为例对集体行动的实现从忠诚的角度进行了分析.忠诚有利于集体行动的实现,并且这种实现是通过策略互动表现出来的.每个个体对自身组织的忠诚程度普遍较低有可能导致这个组织的集体行动的失败;反过来,每个个体对自身组织的忠诚程度普遍较高则有可能导致这个组织的集体行动的成功.即使异质性个体具有同样的忠诚程度,同样的忠诚程度也未必发挥同样的作用.  相似文献

在异质性企业贸易理论提出以后,生产率就被看作是决定企业出口的重要因素,只有生产率高的企业才有能力选择出口.不过对中国企业的经验研究发现,中国出口企业的生产率的均值要低于非出口企业,即存在“生产率悖论”.本文使用2007年中国制造业企业样本,运用两种方法,其一是计算比较生产率法,其二是运用统计方法检验出口企业与非出口企业的生产率差异.为了结论的准确性,我们分行业、分地区、分企业注册类型、分企业规模检验.最后检验出口企业的生产率与其出口规模的相关性.结论认为:出口企业生产率均值在大部分情况下低于非出口企业;出口企业的生产率在很多时候显著低于非出口企业或者与非出口企业无差异;出口企业的生产率与出口规模正相关,但是在控制其它可能影响出口的因素后,则变为负相关.这些都是中国出口企业存在“生产率悖论”的证据.  相似文献

Increased attention has been paid to travel behaviour in circumstances of extreme weather conditions that are expected with climate change, and the analyses usually address intra-city travel. There is lack of assessments on inter-city travel which has less redundancy and is more exposed to extreme weather threats. In addition, much of the research has been carried out in developed countries. This paper provides new perspectives by investigating how people adapt their inter-city travel behaviour to flooding impacts in Bangladesh. With an orthogonal design of three flooding scenarios, questionnaire data were collected in 14 coastal and inland areas. Results of the statistical analyses identify the significant impacts of flooding on people’s inter-city travel and reveal significant differences in attitudes and responses to flooding and extreme weather in coastal compared to inland locations. The main factors significantly affecting travel behaviour choice are road disruption, isolation by flood water, and flood frequency. These factors are felt differently in coastal and inland locations. The most common responses are cancelling trips or changing destinations. It is recommended that when making flooding adaptation decisions, it is important to protect road infrastructure and guarantee accessible routes in coastal areas, while offering more flood adaptation education to the inland people.  相似文献

Using a nationwide representative sample of the Chinese population, we examine the effect of physical appearance on the hourly wage. Our theoretical framework that connects physical appearance and the hourly wage has two predictions. First, the beauty premium is larger for high-skilled workers than for low-skilled workers. Second, this statistical-based discrimination arises from the hiring manager’s belief that beauty contributes to productivity through non-cognitive skills. Empirical results confirm both predictions. Good-looking individuals earn roughly 5.4% more than the rest, and bad-looking individuals earn roughly 3.3% less than the rest. Moreover, quantile estimates show that the effect of physical appearance at the 0.75 quantile is more than twice as the one at the 0.25 quantile. Finally, social skills, communication skills, and self-confidence are three transmission channels through which physical appearance can positively affect one’s hourly wage in our sample. Our findings imply that the beauty premium is widespread in the labor market and relevant anti-discrimination regulations are needed.  相似文献

基于高阶梯队等理论,从高层管理团队异质性等要素整合分析视角切入,在探讨高层管理团队驱动企业绿色绩效作用机制的基础上,尝试构建差异化CEO领导风格调节下高管团队(TMT)异质性、团队冲突与企业绿色绩效的理论模型;通过层次回归分析、Bootstrap等方法实证检验异质性高层管理团队的作用机理和边界。研究结果显示:①TMT异质性、任务冲突能显著提升企业绿色绩效,且任务冲突在TMT异质性与企业绿色绩效的关系中起部分中介效应,而关系冲突显著降低企业绿色绩效。多元化构成的高层管理团队拥有更多差异化思想,这些观点通过高层管理团队成员不断分析整合后作用于绿色绩效,而成员间“对人不对事”的关系冲突会弱化该过程,进而对绿色绩效产生负向影响;②变革型CEO领导风格负向调节任务冲突与企业绿色绩效的关系,表明CEO适度简政放权,指导、关怀和保障高管团队成员充分表达观点非常重要。交易型CEO领导风格负向调节关系冲突与企业绿色绩效的关系,说明CEO通过奖惩激励,降低高层管理团队情绪冲突,提升团队凝聚,是推动绿色转型的重要举措。  相似文献
