有色金属行业环境风险联动控制体系研究--基于“政府、社会、行业”三重视角的PSI博弈模式

有色金属行业在国民经济发展中占据着重要地位,但其高能耗、高污染的发展模式导致行业的环境风险持续加剧,加强对有色金属行业环境风险的管理尤为迫切。文章结合有色金属行业的发展实际,综合分析了在政府（P）、社会（S）和行业（I）三级因素影响下的有色金属行业环境风险的控制要素,利用博弈模型构建了基于PSI博弈模式的有色金属行业环境风险联动控制体系,并结合紫金矿业集团污染事故进行案例分析,提出了实行该联动控制体系的配套措施。     

Older adults’ parasocial interaction formation process in the context of travel websites: The moderating role of parent-child geographic proximity

This study aims to identify the effects of age identity and innovativeness on parasocial interaction (PSI), and the moderating effect of parent-children proximity between age identity and PSI, and to examine the causal relationships between PSI, well-being and word-of-mouth (WOM). A sample of 271 U.S. residents aged 50 and older were recruited through an online survey company. The conceptual model was developed and tested using the structural equation modeling (SEM) technique. The results found that psychological and physical age have positive effects on PSI, whereas social age has a negative one. Importantly, innovativeness had a negative impact on PSI regardless of the age identity. The psychological and social age induced PSI to a stronger extent when the children lived out of state. Finally, PSI was found to lead to well-being and WOM, whilst well-being itself had a positive effect on WOM. The managerial implications and future research directions are discussed.     

Enhancing the parasocial interaction relationship between consumers through similarity effects in the context of social commerce

With the combination of social media and e-commerce, consumers usually gather all kind of available information for making their final purchase decisions online. From the perspective of interpersonal interaction, we proposed similarity (including external similarity and internal similarity) is an important peripheral informational processing route for consumers to make decisions. Built on the theories of similarity extrapolation, trust transfer and parasocial interaction (PSI), we examined whether similarity could enhance PSI relationship between consumers and the intention to do the social shopping and social sharing. The findings of PLS analysis in this study demonstrated that both external similarity and internal similarity significantly affected consumers’ PSI relationship forming and trust transfer, which in turn exerted profound impacts on consumers’ social commerce behaviors.     

信用评级体系的定量验证研究

对信用评级体系的验证已成为银行风险管理面临的重要挑战之一。参照新巴塞尔资本协议的要求,除对信用评级体系进行了违约预测力和违约拟合度统计检验外,还突出了样本分布稳定性的定量验证分析。同时,基于我国上市公司资料建立信用评级体系进行了应用研究,结果显示,所建立的信用评级体系具有较高的违约预测力、违约拟合度和样本稳定性。     

Road safety performance rating through PSI-PRIDIT: A planning tool for designing policies and identifying best practices for EAS countries

Road traffic injuries are a leading cause of socio-economic loss in East Asia Summit (EAS) countries. A regular performance rating to monitor progress and calibrate interventions is crucial for road safety improvement, helping to save human lives and reducing economic losses. To this end, we propose a new and easy-to-adapt multi-criteria decision-making method for systematically rating the road safety performance of the EAS countries, the preference selection index with principal component analysis of RIDIT scores (PSI-PRIDIT) (scores of a distribution relative to an identified distribution integral transformation). Using the results from other classical methods as a reference, we rank the EAS countries robustly and place them into three groups over the last decade (2009–2019), based on the composite road safety development index. Our findings should be useful for EAS countries to detect underlying problems and identify best practices, as well as provide government officials, policymakers, and practitioners with meaningful guidelines on the adoption of successful road safety measures. Overall, the proposed rating framework should help to strengthen the institutional capacity for road safety management and addresses road safety issues.
