帕罗西汀治疗强迫症患者的疗效观察

目的：探讨帕罗西汀治疗强迫症患者的临床疗效。方法选取2011年8月至2013年8月收治的符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版（CCMD-3）强迫症诊断标准患者100例,按随机数字表法将其分为A组和B两组,各50例。A组患者常规应用帕罗西汀治疗,B组患者应用盐酸氯米帕明治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗8周的Yale-Brow强迫量表评分均明显低于治疗前、治疗后4周,呈时间依赖性,差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）;A组患者的总有效率为96.0%,明显高于B组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;A组患者的不良反应发生率为10.0%,明显低于B组的28.0%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床对强迫症患者采用帕罗西汀治疗,效果明显,不良反应发生率低,同时还具有用药方便、剂量小等特点。     

Pricing practices in two industries

Although a critical part of marketing decision making, very little has been written about industrial pricing policy and strategy. This article has three objectives: First, to report the pricing practices of the chemical and construction industries; Second, to compare their pricing policies; and third, to develop a simple pricing framework for industrial marketers. The results of this study are interesting and somewhat unexpected. The buyer and his behavior only play a small part in pricing policy. A pricing framework or model is presented in a logical and systematic way.     

Inverted breakeven analysis for profitable marketing decisions

This article develops a modified model of breakeven analysis which provides a viable conceptual tool to the industrial marketing management to determine in actual industrial marketing situations whether a given product should be produced and marketed by the supplier firm.     

Sarantis Archigenes (Serandi Arşizen), Pellegrino Rossi and the spread of the classical approach in the Ottoman Empire

Abstract

Although he succeeded Say at the College de France as chair in 1833, Pellegrino Rossi is not considered a great economist nor has he been appreciated as an original one. However, his lectures in the College de France inspired a young Ottoman-Greek, Sarantis Archigenes, who wrote a political economy book which discussed the economic problems of the Ottoman Empire of the mid-nineteenth century. This article provides an account of the traces of Rossi's ideas in the formation of Archigenes' views, with an aim to present Rossi's role in the dissemination of Classical political economic ideas in the Ottoman lands.

The future of economics: A Delphi Study

In an attempt to forecast the shape of economics in the year 2001, a Delphi study was undertaken, involving over 200 professional economists from 18 different countries. The end result was a list of 28 breakthroughs thought likely to occur in the next 20 years. The paper describes each breakthrough in detail, the process by which consensus and dissent were communicated, and the method used to select the panel of experts surveyed. Although the overall outcome of the study can be interpreted from several perspectives, one inescapable impression that emerges is that the liberal tradition in economics is latent but not dead, or equivalently, that the present conservative drift in the discipline is likely to be shortlived.     

农村林业习惯法探析——以滇东坝村为例

农村的林权秩序主要由习惯法调控,林业习惯法的主要内容有山林习惯法、行道树林习惯法、果林习惯法、特种树习惯法和集体林权等。这些实体规范是习惯法第一规范。林权的惩戒、林权纠纷解决机制属于习惯法第二层次的规范。坝村的林业环境主要归功于习惯法。随着时代的变迁,坝村林业习惯将与官方法律融合,从而受到官方法的制约。
