外语教学法分析及其启示

本文通过对十种外语教学法的产生过程、原则及其优缺点的分析，从中得到有益的启示：外语教学法是依据不同的语言学、心理学、教育学、哲学等理论来建立自身的理论，所以它们自然会强调这些学科的不同的侧面。因此，我们要择善而从、博采众长，从实际出发，因材施教，灵活运用。     

Tackling an accounting coursework assignment - action research on the student perspective

The study focused upon first year undergraduates' experiences and perceptions of a major coursework assignment in accounting. The context was a modular programme with several hundred students from many different courses taking a common first year, first semester introductory accounting module. In the role of a reflective practitioner, the author adopted an action research approach, and gathered various forms of evidence including in-depth interviews with four students at key points during and after completion of their courseworks. The main issues highlighted were: (1) the effect which the university, as a new environment, has on learning in the early weeks of a course, and the fractured nature of learning in a semesterized course; (2) the personal strategies which students adopt for scheduling time on coursework, and the way in which this may differ from the expectations of staff; (3) the variety of learning approaches represented within the student group. These issues are reflected upon and implications for both the author's practice and for other practitioners are considered.

科技人员是企业知识员工中最具价值创造性的员工类型之一,提高其组织承诺度,能有效抑制离职并提高其价值贡献度。基于对157名企业科技人员的实证研究,探讨了激励因素对其组织承诺的影响作用,并进一步根据激励因素在不同控制变量下的表现,提出了具有实际操作性的企业科技人员激励方法。     

中国大城市政府管理创新的价值定位和路径选择

城市是人类制度文明的摇篮,流行于当今世界各大城市的许多公共治理理念及方式和人类的历史一样久远,在人们探索城市治理模式创新的时候,越来越多的迹象表明,这些发自远古而又经久不衰的城市理念、制度和治理方式已经全面渗透到我国一些发达的城市地区,它的存续和发展决定着这些城市甚至整个人类发展的未来。本文通过分析我国发达城市社会的特征,提出了“三元社会”结构及“三元治理”模式,并在此基础上提出了我国社会转型时期大城市政府管理创新的价值定位和目标模式。     

Comparing Lives

The construction of quality of life indicators seeks to transform a fundamentally subjective and experiential concept - the quality of lives as lived by actual people - into an objective and globally applicable measuring instrument. The article critiques some of the assumptions that are necessary to construct such a measure, and makes a plea for the use of a more appropriate and felicitous procedure for comparing variations in the quality of life.     

浅谈如何有效控制第二语言学习中学习者的焦虑感

情感因素对外语教学具有重大的影响,焦虑作为最重要的情感因素之一,对外语学习者的外语学习有很大的影响.过于焦虑会对学习者带来很大的压力从而影响外语学习过程及效果.文章阐述了焦虑产生的背景、定义,焦虑的分类,并从语言学习者、教师、教学过程这几个方面分析了焦虑产生的原因及焦虑对外语学习的影响,并提出了控制焦虑感的适当途径.     

基于CNKI数据库的我国管理创新方法研究知识图谱

近年来管理创新、创新方法等逐渐成为学术界关注的热点,众多研究分支方向凸显出跨学科、跨领域的特性。旨在理清管理创新、创新方法、管理方法等研究方向的交织、联系和区别,特别是管理创新方法与管理创新的关系,同时分析10年来我国学术界的研究现状、热点和未来方向。基于共词网络分析的基本思想,运用中心度等手段,利用Ucinet可视化工具绘制了知识图谱,清晰展现其研究现状与发展脉络,以及管理创新、创新方法与管理创新方法的知识联系。     

An investigation into student satisfaction,approaches to learning and the learning context in Auditing

Arguably, the audit course is one of the most challenging as it links prior accounting knowledge with new audit knowledge that students are generally not exposed to. A mini‐audit group project was implemented at a New Zealand university, and a learning approach and learning experience survey instrument was administered. Responses from 98 students suggest that they perceived the learning experience positively and were encouraged to adopt a deep approach to learning. The findings have implications for accounting educators in the design and development of learning and assessment strategies in an audit course.
