Average Monotonic Cooperative Games

A subclass of monotonic transferable utility (T.U.) games is studied: average monotonic games. These games are totally balanced. We prove that the core coincides with both the bargaining set à la Davis and Maschler and the bargaining set à la Mas-Colell. To obtain this result a technique based on reduced games is used. Tourism and urban revitalization a case study of Pore , Yugoslavia

This article emphasizes the necessity of a multidisciplinary approach to revitalization of old urban areas through tourism. Historical urban values require special multidisciplinary care when transformed to suit the needs of both tourists and local population. The case study of the old urban area in Pore illustrates how this can be done. The study was aimed at identifying reasons for which tourists and local population visit Pore 's old urban core. It also intended to analyze the visitors' reactions to and expectations of old urban areas. The findings were to help make revitalization decisions and introduce new measures into the revitalization process itself, which in turn aimed at contributing to both future tourism developments and preservation of the area's historical and cultural heritage.

土木工程专业人才应该具备较强的科技文献查阅及写作能力。基于此,以《路基路面工程》的教学为例,阐述了教学中加强学生科技文献查阅及写作能力培养的重要性,分析了科技文献查阅及写作的要点和途径。在专业教学的同时,实施学生科技文献查阅及写作能力的培养可以划分为三个阶段,即起步阶段教师的悉心指导、中期学生自行科技论文选材及撰写,以及后期教师的质量点评。

图书馆文献信息资源要符合新建应用型本科院校的定位,应用型本科院校的办学定位应该立足自身特色,培养高素质应用型人才。新建应用型本科院校图书馆的文献要有自身特色,要把最能代表本校特色的文献作为资源建设重点,本校特色专业的文献要尽量全面收集,形成独特的馆藏优势。同时应广泛收集能提高学生素质的文献。     

新经济社会学视角的中小企业国际化绩效研究——基于社会资本、核心资源的中介效应

中小企业通过识别和积累社会资本获得参与国际竞争的核心资源,进而实现成功进入国际市场的发展目标。获得国际化绩效是企业国际化的目的,积累核心资源是企业国际化的基础,而运用社会资本是企业国际化的出发点。基于这一思路,文章将传统企业国际化理论中的资源基础观同新经济社会学中的社会资本理论相结合,通过实地调查中小企业并构建结构方程模型,采用跨学科的研究视角探讨了中小企业社会资本、国际化绩效及核心资源三者间的影响机制,从而进一步丰富和扩展了现有中小企业国际化研究的思路。

基于动态能力理论的企业知识创新研究

本文认为,核心能力决定企业的竞争优势,它来自于具有企业特性的、异质的、路径依赖的、不易为外界获取和模仿的知识体系。但由于核心能力存在“刚性”,如果不加以克服,企业就会失去原有的竞争优势。因此,企业必须具有重构内外部组织能力及资源以适应环境变化要求的动态能力。动态能力理论强调企业知识创新的重要性,面对复杂多变的环境,企业必须不断学习和创新,克服核心能力的“刚性”问题,获得持续的竞争优势。
