构建自然与社会相协调的生态经济城市

城市走经济生态化发展之路,是人类文明进步的标志,是其自身发展的方向。近年来,我国很多城市都提出了建设生态经济城市。本文在结合我国国情的基础上,提出了建设生态经济城市的对策和设想,以期推动我国城市生态化和生态经济城市建设工作的开展。     

宅基地整治对农村耐用消费品购买影响分析

研究目的：在宅基地整治内涵分析的基础上,以农村家庭为单位,分析了宅基地整治对农村耐用消费品购买的影响。研究方法：建立多元线性回归模型,测算宅基地整治对农村家庭耐用消费品的影响因素及其显著性关系。研究结果：新房面积、社保覆盖情况、人均纯收入和家庭生命周期对家庭耐用消费品购买具有正向影响,宅基地置换剩余金额对家庭耐用消费品购买具有负向影响;其中新房面积和家庭人均纯收入的影响最为显著。研究结论：宅基地整治对增加家庭耐用消费品投资、改变农村消费结构和扩大国内消费需求具有显著作用。     

Incentives to Reduce Crop Trait Durability

To reduce the competition from farmers who self-produce seed, an inbred line seed producer can switch to nondurable hybrid seed. In a two-period framework, we first investigate the impact of crop durability on self-production, pricing and switching decisions. Second, we study how the introduction of a fee paid by self-producing farmers affects those decisions. We find that the monopolist may produce technologically dominated hybrid seed in order to extract more surplus from farmers. Further, the introduction of a self-production fee improves efficiency.

Traditions of sustainability in tourism studies

As sustainability has become an important policy issue in tourism, it is arousing growing discussion and criticism, and an increasing need to understand the nature of the limits of growth. This paper analyzes how these limits are approached and evaluated in discussions on a local scale. The purpose is to recognize that behind the different understandings of them lie distinct traditions that are different in their focuses. These are referred to as resource-, activity-, and community-based traditions of sustainability. Further, the relationship between sustainable tourism and sustainable development is critically discussed.     

浅析上市公司消耗性林木资产的会计信息披露

消耗性林木资产是林业经营主体的重要资产,消耗性林木资产的会计信息披露对于提高会计信息的质量以及促进资本市场的持续健康发展具有重要的意义。文章在阐述了会计信息披露相关理论的基础上,重点分析了2010年中国上市公司消耗性林木资产信息披露中存在的主要问题,即缺乏对经营风险的必要提示、有关郁闭度方面的信息披露不充分、成本结转方法披露过于随意、公允价值的披露主观性强等,并有针对性地提出了相应的完善建议,即应在完善消耗性林木资产表内信息披露的同时,强化会计报表附注和财务情况说明书的披露。     

电气化建设对农村居民生活消费的影响分析——以浙江省为例

电气化作为新农村建设的动力,改善了农村的消费环境,在一定程度上促进了农村居民家庭设备、用品特别是主要耐用消费品的消费,但影响的持续性不高,因此要激活农村的消费市场,除加大农村生活基础设施投入力度,完善农村消费环境外,还应在提高农民收入等方面加大对农民的支持力度。     

贴现因子对耐用品垄断者选择的影响研究

传统的经济理论认为，耐用品垄断者在出租和出售之间进行选择时偏好于出租的方式，因为这样会带来更高的利润。通过引入消费者贴现因子，重新对垄断者的行为进行考察，发现垄断者的最终选择是由他与消费者的贴现因子共同决定的，模型更好地解释了现实经济运行中观察到的现象。     

Capacity Depreciation, Implicit Rental Price, and Investment Demand for Farm Tractors in Canada

Among the different factors pertaining to the demand for durable inputs in agriculture, the way the input depreciates over time is an important issue. This study investigates four alternative capacity depreciation patterns for farm tractors. While published estimates from government agencies implicitly assume convex capacity depreciation patterns, the results of this study demonstrate that the use of agricultural engineering data which depict a concave rather than convex pattern better reflect farmers' investment decisions. An implicit rental price measure is also proposed to account for the fact that the purchase price of a durable input is not an appropriate measure of the implicit rental cost of the asset.
Parmi les facteurs déterminants de la demande pour les biens durables en agriculture, la rapidité avec laquelle I'intrant se déprécie est certainement importante lors des décisions d'investissement. La présente etude analyse quatre différents scénarios de dépréciation pour les tracteurs agricoles au Canada. Bien que les données publiées par les agences gouver-nementales supposent implicitement que les biens durables se déprécient à un taux annuel constant, les résultats de cette etude montrent que I'utilisation de données basées sur la valeur productive de I'intrant telle que calculée sur une base expkrimentale donne de meil-leurs résultats statistiques dans I'estimation de la demande pour les tracteurs agricoles. De plus, une mesure du coût implicite de I'intrant est également proposée pour tenir compte du fait que le prix d'achat n'est pas une mesure appropriée dans I'analyse de la demande pour un bien durable.     

Selling Versus Leasing of Durable Goods: The Impact on Marketing Channels

While many durable products are sold through intermediaries, there is limited understanding of how channel performance is influenced by transactions involving durable goods in a competitive market. In particular, extant research shows that intermediaries can significantly impact the leasing versus selling policy of a monopolistic manufacturer. This article seeks to fill that gap by examining the selling versus leasing choice of duopolistic manufacturers in the context of decentralized channels. Our analysis demonstrates that in addition to the unique equilibrium of selling, a prisoner's dilemma may arise where both manufacturers are better off if they were to lease their products.
