On uniform convergence of undiscounted optimal programs in the Mitra–Wan forestry model: The strictly concave case

In this paper, we show that the 1986 Mitra–Wan result establishing asymptotic convergence of maximal programs to the unique golden-rule forest in the case of undiscounted, strictly concave felicity functions can be strengthened, in the same setting, to the  uniform  asymptotic convergence of  optimal  programs to the unique golden-rule forest. We work with a notationally reformulated version of the model that may have independent interest.

On the Structure of Measurements in Facet Theory

The mapping sentence in facet theory suggestsconstructing items according to a factorial design of facets. Analyzing the structure ofthe responses by multidimensional scaling, theorists usually expect the solution toreflect the constituting facets, so that it can be partitioned by levels of the facets. In the paperwe elucidate that each dimension relates to the response function of a specific subgroup, ratherthan to one or more separate facets. Partitioning by levels of a facet may lead toneglecting the real structure of the response function to be analyzed.     

Optimal balanced growth in a general multi-sector endogenous growth model with constant returns

I will study a multi-sector endogenous growth model with general constant returns to scale technologies and demonstrate the existence, uniqueness and the saddle-path stability of the balanced growth equilibrium. I will first demonstrate the existence of a balanced growth equilibrium, by showing that the balanced growth rate associated with the balanced growth equilibrium is solely determined by solving a Frobenius root problem of the price equations derived from the Euler equations and the property of the nonsubstitution theorem. Then I will show the saddle-path stability of the balanced growth equilibrium without any capital intensity conditions, which is a generalized property proved in the two-sector endogenous growth models by de Guevara et al. (J Econ Dyn Control 21, 115–143, 1997), Bond et al. (J Econ Theory 68, 149–173 1996) and Mino (Int Eco Rev 37, 227–251 1996). The theorem clearly implies that the balanced growth equilibrium has a transition path in the neighborhood of the balanced growth equilibrium. The paper was presented at the conferences “Irregular Growth: Beyond Balanced Growth” held on June 19–21, 2003 in Paris and “Economic Growth and Distribution: On the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations” held on June 16–18, 2004 in Lucca, Italy. From the discussion with Alain Venditti at CNRS-GREQAM, Gerhard Sorger at University of Vienna and the conference participants, I have been benefited much by writing this paper. Extending Facet Design to Such Complex Psychological Structures as Piaget's Theory

This study is aimed at exploring whether Guttman's facet design could be extended into a hierarchical facet model, designed to map hypothesized relationships within such a complicated structure of a hierarchical theory as that of Piaget. The basis of the hierarchical facet model was a thorough conceptual analysis by means of facet design of 12 Piagetian experiments resulting in a differentiated classification model in the form of a mapping sentence. This mapping sentence elucidated the complex structures of the developmental sequence of Piaget's theory into a unified structure of content facets and their elements by hypothesizing two content facets, Conceptual Instrumentalities and Cognitive Strategies, underlying the content domain, i.e., the internal structure of logical operational thinking as it is represented by the logical operational structures at three developmental levels, and by deducing a set of elements of these facets. In order to outline the interrelationships between the operational structures a hierarchical facet model was elaborated representing both the step-by-step acquisition of the structures within and between the three developmental levels and which structures are necessary prerequisites for arriving at the next step in the developmental sequence. The hierarchical facet model was presented in graphical form giving an overview of the fundamental structures and their positions in the developmental sequence.     

关系营销中顾企关系层面研究——兼论服务性企业个人关系对顾客承诺影响机理

作为关系营销的焦点,顾企关系可以出现在组织之间、个人与组织之间,也可以存在于人际之间,这构成了顾企关系的不同层面.明确各个层面关系的形成机理对于决定企业采取何种战略至关重要.文章根据建立关系的真实主体的不同时顾企关系的层面进行了划分.通过对研究架构的概括和对主要研究变量的梳理,总结和评析了顾企关系层面的相关研究.在此基础上提出服务性企业中顾客与企业关键员工的关系对顾客承诺影响机理的模型,以期指导企业利用这种关系更好地维系顾客,并有效降低关键人员离职给企业带来的风险.     

企业知识管理的层面分析范式:一种基于CAS视角的研究

首先构建了企业知识管理的递阶层面;然后,以复杂适应系统为理论基点,阐述了层面分析范式的概念模型。研究表明,该分析范式能够更好地分析与描述企业知识管理这一复杂系统运作、创新、学习和适应等行为的本质。
