高技术企业业绩评价指标体系的五维度框架设计

业绩评价已成为政府、市场和企业普遍关注的现实问题，指标体系是业绩评价的基础，指标体系构建的好坏直接影响到业绩评价的效果。高技术企业业绩的评价应结合高技术企业的特点，构建财务、产品与技术创新、智力资本开发、价值链流程、可持续发展五个维度的评价指标体系。     

数字技术对老年人反向社会化的影响探讨

通过查阅文献,论文梳理有关当代老年人数字融入的相关理论,对老年人使用数字技术进行反向社会化的现状、影响因素和解决对策进行探讨。研究发现老年人学习使用数字技术已经成为这个时代的必然趋势。但是受制于老年人的学习能力、心理差异、数字技术的使用门槛,老年人在数字时代的反向社会化并不是一帆风顺。因此,论文从个体、社会、家庭等多元层面出发,对老年人学习数字技术提出参考意见,以期构建数字文明社会。     

高科技企业的合约特征与企业家性质

本文试图说明，从传统企业到高科技企业在契约性质上实现了从劳动合约到知识合约的转变，高科技企业的合约特征是通过知识合约实现企业家的创新精神，是一种创新行为的特定制度安排。

高科技企业经理的领导力水平直接影响着员工的积极性与创新性。作为员工直接主管的一线经理，其领导力对于激发员工的积极性和主动性、最大限度地发挥人力资源的潜能至关重要。通过对高科技企业一线经理领导情景的分析，提出了一线经理领导力的核心要素，并探讨了培育和提升领导力的具体措施。     

Microfoundations of companies' dynamic capabilities for environmentally sustainable innovation: Case study insights from high‐tech innovation in science‐based companies

To achieve sustainable development, companies are increasingly putting an emphasis on the creation and the promotion of environmentally sustainable innovations. Environmentally sustainable innovation often involves a significant shift in a new strategic direction. This paper studies this shift from a dynamic capabilities perspective and aims to identify the microfoundations of science‐based companies' dynamic capabilities for high‐tech environmentally sustainable innovations. It investigates the development of high‐tech environmentally sustainable innovations in two distinctive science‐based companies. To scholars, this study provides an in‐depth process analysis, over time, of how and why microfoundations of dynamic capabilities influence the development of a science‐based company's high‐tech environmentally sustainable innovations. To practitioners in science‐based firms, this process study can function as a frame of reference, enabling the tailoring of a strategy for high‐tech environmentally sustainable innovation.     

“新常态”下科技型中小企业财务风险管理新举措

在科学技术不断进步的今天,作为以科技竞争力支撑的科技型企业已经成为社会进步的原动力和衡量国家综合实力的重要指标。但随着我国经济发展进入新常态,企业之间的竞争更加激烈,科技型中小企业面临的财务风险将不断增加,如何应对这些财务风险迫在眉睫。本文从科技型中小企业面临的财务风险入手,提出科技型中小企业有效防范与控制财务风险的措施。     

The interplay of corporate entrepreneurship,environmental orientation,and performance in clean‐tech firms—A double‐edged sword

Clean‐tech innovations are an important driver in solving global issues such as climate change and for the sustainable development of economies around the world. Whereas a large part of the literature focuses on clean‐tech ventures, less is known on corporate entrepreneurship, that is, entrepreneurial behavior in established firms and its relation to sustainability. This paper extends the sustainable entrepreneurship debate to corporate entrepreneurship, which represents a fruitful avenue to further developing clean technologies. We focus particularly on clean‐tech firms' organizational preparedness for corporate entrepreneurship (OPCE), that is, how well a firm's structures and processes are set for entrepreneurial activities. On the basis of contingency theory, this study investigates how the level of OPCE influences the environmental and financial performance of clean‐tech firms and whether their environmental orientation affects these relationships. Building on data from 103 firms, we find support for a positive effect of OPCE on both environmental and financial performance. Both effects are stronger the higher the external environmental orientation. In contrast, the leverage of internal environmental orientation is not equally positive. Our study reveals that the effect of OPCE on financial performance diminishes for firms that are more strongly driven by an internal than an external environmental orientation.

在当今世界，能源已经成为各个国家最关注的问题之一。俄罗斯有着天然的能源优势，是能源供应大国，而中国是能源需求大国，因此，中俄两国开展能源合作拥有广阔的前景。本文在分析中俄能源合作的现状及战略意义的基础上，从理论的角度分析了两国进行能源合作的可行性，并从现实的角度分析了中俄能源合作的障碍，从而对如何进一步加深中俄能源合作提出了对策建议。
