动态网页制作及ASP技术应用

ASP作为目前一种比较成熟的服务器端脚本编写环境,在网页制作中得到广泛的应用。ASP结合ADO能快速地实现对数据库的访问。本文介绍了ASP同数据库建立连接的两种方法,一种是通过OLE DB连接ODBC驱动程序,在ODBC的系统DSN中指定数据源进行连接;另一种是通过快速的OLE DB Provider技术连接数据库;同时介绍了动态网页分页功能的实现方法,增强了页面的可视化效果,实现了页面间的快速跳转,方便查询。     

Corporate Name Change and the Market Valuation of Firms: Evidence from an Emerging Market

Investors’ responses to a firm’s name change and the determinants of their response are scantly explored areas in the field of behavioral finance. Based on a sample of 415 Indian firms from 2005 to 2014, this study suggests that investors respond positively to the announcement of firm name changes. Furthermore, the study indicates that when firms do not indicate geographical specificity in the name and have a specific rather than generic name, then the firm will experience greater abnormal returns. Also, when firm names are fluent and are associated with the owner’s family name, again, abnormal returns generated are positive. Nevertheless, as a firm ages and investors gain more information about it, then abnormal returns due to name change decrease.     

The competition and equilibrium analysis of LCD TV and PDP TV

This study has investigated the dynamic competitive relationship between PDP TVs and LCD TVs by means of their quarterly shipments. The renowned Lotka-Volterra competition diffusion model has been adopted to conduct the empirical analysis with the Lyapunov function to carry out equilibrium and stability analysis, and estimate the domain of attraction which describes the trend and phenomenon of TV shipments. The results illustrate that there is good fitting performance while adopting this model. The competitive relationship can be viewed from the perspective that the LCD TV is the prey while the PDP TV is the predator. The possibility, nevertheless, for dropping the price of LCD TVs is an advantage of the attractiveness of the product which can be noted in higher growth rate than PDP TVs. With respect to the equilibrium stability analysis and estimated domain of attraction, 40- to 49-inch PDP TVs will not disappear from the market, but will generate a stable equilibrium with LCD TVs and sales volume presents simultaneous increase or decrease. In the supply and demand analysis, LCD TVs present a surplus of supply from 2008; therefore, how to conduct appropriate inventory management will be an emerging issue.     

内部性及其治理机制:基于产权视角的分析

本文从产权的视角分析内部性的产生及其治理机制。内部性可以分为内部性Ⅰ和内部性Ⅱ。内部性Ⅰ是交易过程中,交易者自发攫取公共领域里的租金,没有引起争夺产权的冲突,达到产权博弈均衡时的内部性。内部性Ⅱ是契约执行过程中,因交易者对公共领域里财富的预期价值提高或对公共领域财富确立排他性产权的费用下降,产生了争夺产权的冲突,产权博弈非均衡时的内部性。内部性Ⅰ是无法避免的。内部性Ⅱ既可通过自由谈判和法庭裁决在事后治理,还可依赖政府社会性规制在事前或事中加以防范。这两种性质不同的治理机制可以起到一定的互补作用。但是政府社会性规制存在的缺陷也是显而易见。     

解非线性电路稳态响应的一种有效算法

本文提供一种计算非线性电路的稳态响应的有效算法,在多频信号激励的强迫振荡电路和耦合振荡电路都可使用。该方法可称为“代换算法”。因为,它每一步的变量都是用残留误差的各个频率分量解关联时不变电路,该电路是用“松弛法”将时变电路转换而来。此算法非常简单而有效,并且可应用于各种非线性电路。

社区管理域是影响社区管理的各种要素共同作用而形成的、对社区管理有着不可忽视作用的环境中介.城市社区管理主体的各要素,即地方政府、驻社区企业、社区居民、非政府组织等四个要素对社区管理的作用力和影响力的合力成为社区管理域的域动力.实现社区管理创新的目标必须明确各个主体的角色定位,充分发挥各个主体的作用.     

The trilemma between accuracy,timeliness and smoothness in real-time signal extraction

The evaluation of economic data and the monitoring of the economy is often concerned with an assessment of the mid- and long-term dynamics of time series (trend and/or cycle). Frequently, one is interested in the most recent estimate of a target signal, a so-called real-time estimate. Unfortunately, real-time signal extraction is a difficult estimation problem that involves linear combinations of possibly infinitely many multi-step ahead forecasts of a series. Here, we address the performances of real-time designs by proposing a generic direct filter approach. We decompose the ordinary mean squared error into accuracy, timeliness and smoothness error components, and we propose a new tradeoff between these competing terms, the so-called ATS-trilemma. This formalism enables us to derive a general class of optimization criteria that allow the user to address specific research priorities, in terms of the accuracy, timeliness and smoothness properties of the corresponding concurrent filter. We illustrate the new methods through simulations, and present an application to Indian industrial production data.     

后金融危机时代信用评级机构的改革出路

美国次贷危机再次暴露信用评级机构的法律监管困境,即现行信用评级机构发行人付费收入模式存在根深蒂固的利益冲突问题。信用评级机构以声誉机制辩解,但存在重大理论缺陷和失败的经验事实证据。现行评级机构法律监管体制没能从根本上解决收入模式利益冲突的矛盾。信用评级机构未来的改革出路亟需解决利益冲突之困,可能的方案包括设立公共评级机构、恢复订购人付费模式、评级机构承担法律责任、政府付费购买评级服务等。     

New perspectives on gray sheep behavior in E-commerce recommendations

With the exponential rise in the size of data being generated, personalization based on recommender systems has become an important aspect of digital marketing strategy of E-Commerce companies. Recommender systems also help these companies in cross-selling, up-selling and to increase the customer loyalty. However, presence of certain users, known as gray sheep users, with eccentric taste, minimizes the overall efficiency of the recommender systems. Hence, their identification and removal from the computation system is critical for more efficient recommendations. This work presents psychographic models-based approaches for gray sheep user identification with improved performance. It also studies gray sheep behavior across different domains and contexts, apart from introducing the idea of gray sheep items.
