透明颤菌血红蛋白基因克隆及在紫色非硫细菌中的表达

构建了含有透明颤菌血红蛋白基因的可转化大肠杆菌-紫色非硫细菌穿梭质粒(pHSG-MG-vgb),将其转化到紫色非硫细菌(Rhodopseudo palustns),获得了基因工程菌EPB01。经SDS-PAGE和CO示差分光光谱分析证明,重组菌株表达了有活性的透明颤菌血红蛋白,通过低溶解氧诱导后,基因工程菌EPB01的菌体密度较对照菌增加了24%~32%。     

双馈感应风力发电机直接转矩控制的研究

直接转矩控制技术已经广泛应用于感应发电机的调速控制领域,并已取得良好的控制效果,而双馈风力发电机的直接转矩控制主要工作在低频区域,并且它的低频特性是一个研究热点。本文对变速恒频双馈风力发电机直接转矩控制进行了理论分析,阐述了它的工作原理结构,推导出具体的控制方程,并对它进行仿真,结果证明双馈感应风力发电机直接转矩控制在风力发电系统中具有利用率高,并网冲击小,并网速度快的优点。     

关于高等医学院校新任教师入职培训的思考

教师队伍建设是高校发展的永恒主题。高等医学院校新任教师入职培训是使刚从医学院校毕业的医学生顺利向教师转变的重要环节。然而,当前医学院校新任教师入职培训还普遍存在很多问题,这需要我们从提高对入职培训的认识、改革入职培训模式、加强对入职培训的支持等方面进行思考和探索。     

Continuous time vs. backward induction a new approach to modelling reputation in the finite time horizon context

This paper suggests a new approach to modeling credible reputation in the finite time horizon context, using continuous time and interactions which arrive via a Poisson process. Behavior in the present model does not depend on small ad hoc irrationalities as the end of the horizon nears, and the model preserves the intuitive result that as the end of the horizon nears, the level of reputation declines towards zero. While the current paper considers the predatory pricing case, the approach should also apply whenever reputation and/or cooperation are important.

On Forward Induction and Evolutionary and Strategic Stability

We analyze which normal form solution concepts capture the notion of forward induction, as defined by E. van Damme (1989, J. Econ. Theory48, 476-496) in the class of generic two player normal form games preceded by an outside option. We find that none of the known strategic stability concepts (including Mertens stable sets and hyperstable sets) capture this form of forward induction. On the other hand, we show that the evolutionary concept of EES set (J. Swinkels, 1992, J. Econ. Theory57, 306-332) is always consistent with forward induction. GB 12497-1995与GB／T12497-2006三相异步电动机经济运行判别方法比较

三相异步电动机耗电量占全国总用电量的60％以上。我国早在1990年就发布了GB12497—1990《三相异步电动机经济运行》国家强制性标准,又分别在1995年和2006年进行了两次修订。1995版标准与2006版标准在三相异步电动机经济运行判别模型和电动机在偏离额定电压工作时对综合效率补偿方法有较大的不同。文章就上述两个问题进行了比较分析,并进行了实际测量。
