传统跨国公司理论及其发展路径

二战后，特别是20世纪60年代以来，跨国公司进入了高速发展时期。不仅跨国公司的规模不断扩大，实力日益增强，而且其海外子公司数目迅速增加，海外生产经营比重也直线上升。跨国公司的发展引起了西方学者的极大关注，以此为研究对象发表了大量的论著，提出了一系列旨在阐明跨国公司对外扩张动因及其余件的理论和模型，已经形成了数十种跨国公司理论流派。本文对其中具有代表性的跨国公司理论作一个系统的回顾。     

The flypaper effect and political strength

Simple models of local government behavior predict equal effects of private income and unconditional federal grants on local government expenditures. Numerous empirical analyses, however, find that the effect of grants is larger than the income effect. We argue that this flypaper effect may be a result of weak political leaderships in multi–issue and multi–party decision–making environments. In multi–issue institutions, a strong political leadership may reduce inefficiency due to interest group influence and inter–party bargaining in the local council. Utilizing data for Norwegian local governments in the 1930s, we find that political strength reduces the size of the flypaper effect. When the local council consists of only one political party, we cannot reject absence of a flypaper effect, while the flypaper effect is large in fragmented local councils. 我国实行金融混业经营的分析

本文从国内金融业在此问题上的实践探索出发,借鉴外国的成熟经验,分析了引发金融混业经营潮流的宏观和微观两个方面的诱因。在此基础上从实现金融机构控制风险、稳健发展和拓宽利润来源、提高竞争实力等方面论证了我国目前探索金融混业经营的现实意义。并就管理模式、组织结构调整、加强内部风险控制能力等重点、难点问题进行了分析。     

我国电子信息产业国际竞争力现状评析

随着信息化时代的来临,信息产业已经成为国民经济中的关键产业和战略产业,一国信息产业国际竞争力将对该国综合国际竞争力有举足轻重的影响,本文借鉴了其他学者的基本评价体系,就我国电子信息产业的国际竞争力现状及成因进行了整体上的初步分析。     

Trade-off Model of Debt Maturity Structure

In this paper, we suggest the trade-off model to explain the choice of debt maturity. This model is based on balancing between risk and reward of using shorter-term loans. Shorter-term loans have cost advantage over, but incur higher refinancing and interest rate risk than longer-term loans. Using the Compustat data, we show that the principal components of financial attributes are financial flexibility and financial strength. Therefore, only firms with greater financial flexibility and financial strength can use proportionately more short-term loans. We also document that financially strong firms take advantage of lower interest rates of short-term debt. They use proportionately more short-term loans when the term premium is high. The results of our study also provide evidence supporting the agency cost hypothesis, which is strongly supported by current literature.     

铸铁的脆性分析

本文通过灰口铸铁的拉抻实验、压缩实验、扭转实验,用材料力学的分析方法,对灰口铸铁的极限应力,即拉伸极限应力σ_L,压缩极限应力σ_y 以及剪切极限应力τ的比较,得出脆性材料灰口铸铁的脆性特征为σ_L<τ<σ_y。     

油气管道完整性评价的数据支持系统

开发了管道完整性评价的数据库系统，介绍了该软件系统的结构、模块、特点、主要功能和操作界面。     

不同分子量聚氨酯的合成及对油墨性能的影响

聚氨酯用作油墨的连结料树脂,具有机械强度大、黏结强度大、柔韧性好、耐溶剂、易加工等优点,所以其在油墨中的应用日趋广泛。本实验通过调节异氰酸酯（IPD1）/聚酯多元醇的比例和扩链剂的用量,设计合成一系列分子量不同的聚氨酯树脂,并采用差示扫描量热仪和红外光谱仪对树脂结构进行表征,重点研究了聚氨酯分子量对油墨性能的影响。实验结果表明：聚氨酯树脂的分子量为70000Da时,此配方油墨的附着力、粘背性、复溶性和剥离强度等综合性能最佳。

最近几年贵州大力发展旅游产业,为了更好地了解贵州旅游产业发展的状况,合理的开发贵州旅游资源,把贵州的旅游资源和其周边几个地区相比较,找出优劣势以期对贵州旅游发展提出一些建议。     

筏基施工的质量检测方法及存在的问题分析

阐述了河南油田某3幢小高层筏基施工的质量检测方法及其标准与依据。指出了该建筑的筏基使用水泥、同条件养护砼试块等的主要检测内容及检测结果。在影响砼强度的诸多因素中,水灰比过大或过小是对混凝土强度降低的主要影响因素。并针对存在的问题探讨了有关的应对措施．
