相当一部分工科院校学生缺乏人际交往的锻炼机会,表现出各种各样的人际关系方面的问题。应加强人文素质教育和心理健康教育,加强人际交流方向的指导和训练。     

Modeling society with statistical mechanics: an application to cultural contact and immigration

We introduce a general modeling framework to predict the outcomes, at the population level, of individual psychology and behavior. The framework prescribes that researchers build a cost function that embodies knowledge of what trait values (opinions, behaviors, etc.) are favored by individual interactions under given social conditions. Predictions at the population level are then drawn using methods from statistical mechanics, a branch of theoretical physics born to link the microscopic and macroscopic behavior of physical systems. We demonstrate our approach building a model of cultural contact between two cultures (e.g., immigration), showing that it is possible to make predictions about how contact changes the two cultures.     

绩效评估系统模式研究：组织公正视角

绩效评估中应该考虑的公正类型有四种：系统程序公正、评价者程序公正、互动公正和分配公正。典型的绩效评估系统包括系统方案设计、绩效计划制定、绩效沟通和辅导、绩效评价、绩效反馈面谈和评估结果运用。公正接触点发生在绩效评估的系统设计和流程的所有阶段，代表了员工对绩效评估系统中各要素的期望。本文结合绩效评估中的公正类型、评估流程以及公正接触点的概念构建了公正绩效评估系统模式。     

我国建造合同准则与国际准则的比较分析

会计准则的实质是一种规范，起着保证会计信息在国际间可比的重要作用。市场经济的发展要求我国加快会计准则国际化的进，以尽快与世界经济体系接轨。本对我国的《企业会计准则－建造合同》与国际上通行的《国际会计准则第11号－建造合同》在建造合同的定义、类型、分立和合并、收入、成本、收入和费用和确认、会计估计的变更、披露等八个方面进行了对比分析，认为我国建造合同在会计准则虽然大部分已经与国际接轨，但还存在一定的差异。     

Instrumental client relationship development among top-ranking service professionals

Informal client contact forms a crucial part of the daily routine of service professionals, in particular among top-ranking professionals working for consultancy and accountancy firms. In this paper, we investigate how 34 service professionals develop informal client contact, by studying their networking styles. Our study shows many similarities in informal client contact between two groups of service professionals grouped by gender, but we also found subtle differences in what we coin instrumental and expressive relations. Contrary to gender stereotypes, we found that female service professionals tended toward instrumental networking styles, using professionalism and distance and allowing the high quality of their work compensate for network deficits, contingent upon their clients’ gender. Male service professionals drew on expressive relations to develop emotional bonding with their male clients in particular, but nonetheless toward instrumental purposes. Our study contributes to service industries literature by theoretically and empirically establishing the different informal networking styles between top-ranking service professionals, and the role of emotional bonding in particular. In doing so, the paper helps to better understand the intricacies of informal client contact as a critical dimension of the professional services industry.     

基于Zigbee技术的高压开关触点温度在线监测技术

高压开关柜是电力系统中极为重要的组成结构,对于电力系统的运行起到了通断、控制、保护的作用,避免了系统受到各种故障的影响而出现损坏。为了保持高压开关柜性能的发挥,对其触点温度实施监测控制可及时观察到可能发生的故障,采取措施后把故障损失控制在最小。文章分析了ZigBee技术在高压开关柜触点温度监测中的运用。

根据高压开关的维修调查报告,高压开关的高故障率导致很多企业正常生产的过程中由于供电的不连续导致巨大的经济损失,通过对高压开关工作原理和状态检修理论的综合分析研究。     

农村受众大众媒介接触与利用研究——以井冈山区域为例

中国发展的关键在于农村的发展,"三农"问题业已成为社会焦点.信息化时代下媒介对社会生活的渗透涉及方方面面,媒介在完善自我、促进农村及整个社会的发展进程中起着助推器的作用.运用实证研究方法,选择井冈山区域农村作为研究对象,考察农村受众与媒介的接触行为、内容及其偏好,探讨大众传媒在农村的传播现状及其利用程度,以优化传播效果.     

气浮-水解酸化-接触氧化-活性炭吸附工艺处理针织行业废水

在毛衣加工生产过程中其废水排放存在水量不稳定、水中污染物浓度较高的问题,采用“气浮-水解酸化-接触氧化-活性炭吸附”组合工艺处理后, COD、硫化物、色度的去除率分别达到96．85％、97．3％、94％,经处理后出水水质可以达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》（ GB4287-2012）中的直接排放标准,该工艺可用于类似工业废水的治理。
