马克思主义通过对西方近代人权观的法哲学批判,指出了人权的历史性;通过对资产阶级人权实质的政治经济学分析,揭示了人权的具体性。人权是普遍性与特殊性、应然性与实然性、社会性与个体性的统一。     

浅谈新时期加强翻译批评的重要性

我国的翻译事业在蓬勃发展的同时,也存在诸多不良现象。加强翻译批评,应进一步了解翻译批评的性质和功能;规范、完善翻译批评的标准和方法;提高批评者的素质。     

The Child as Learner, Critic, Inventor, and Technology Design Partner: An Analysis of Three Years of Swedish Student Journals

From Autumn 1998 to Spring 2001, 27 Swedish children (14, at age 5 and 13, at age 7) partnered with an interdisciplinary and international group of researchers supported by a grant from the European Union to create new storytelling technologies for children. After each of the many design activities, children were asked to reflect with drawings and/or writing in a bound paper journal. As the project concluded in the third year, the children's journals were analyzed and four constructs emerged from the data: learner, critic, inventor, and technology design partner. This study examines the motivation for such a research and learning experience, describes the changes in roles we saw represented in our child partners' journals, and suggests possible future directions for educators and technology developers. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

基于专利强度分析的区域中药材产业创新水平评价

中药材产业创新能力是中医药事业高质量传承发展的保障。以2009-2018年中国中药材产业已授权发明专利为研究对象。首先构建10个可量化的专利强度评价指标,用CRITIC赋权法对专利指标进行赋权,计算单个专利的专利强度。然后用正态分布函数划分专利强度等级,计算全国各省份的专利强度等级占比。最后以专利强度等级占比情况凸显产业创新发展水平,发现沿海以及围绕直辖市的省份的中药材产业创新发展水平良好,西部欠发达地区创新水平还有很大的发展空间,说明中药材产业创新发展能力与资源分配和经济发展有很大的关系。     

Generalised weakened fictitious play

A general class of adaptive processes in games is developed, which significantly generalises weakened fictitious play [Van der Genugten, B., 2000. A weakened form of fictitious play in two-person zero-sum games. Int. Game Theory Rev. 2, 307–328] and includes several interesting fictitious-play-like processes as special cases. The general model is rigorously analysed using the best response differential inclusion, and shown to converge in games with the fictitious play property. Furthermore, a new actor–critic process is introduced, in which the only information given to a player is the reward received as a result of selecting an action—a player need not even know they are playing a game. It is shown that this results in a generalised weakened fictitious play process, and can therefore be considered as a first step towards explaining how players might learn to play Nash equilibrium strategies without having any knowledge of the game, or even that they are playing a game.

小说的意识形态批评视角作为一种传统的批评方法,被内蒙古的文学评论者广泛采用。但由此带来的评论语言单一化的弊端,也促使一些评论者去努力去发现多角度的批评视点。基于这样的考虑,许多评论者与研究家对内蒙古当代文学史进行了较为折衷的“重写”。但把文学的意识形态性仅仅看作是“思想史”是不恰当的。
