旅游院校"双师型"师资队伍建设的思考--以桂林旅游高等专科学校为例

通过对我国旅游院校(高职高专专业)“双师型”师资队伍建设的基本情况分析和不同国家(地区)高职院校(专业)师资队伍建设的比较,在总结桂林旅专“双师型”师资队伍建设实践的基础上,提出了旅游院校“双师型”师资队伍建设的基本思路,并列出了可供参考的途径和措施。

假文凭现象已经引起社会的高度关注,其泛滥给社会造成极大的危害。本文从博弈论的角度分析与假文凭相关的利益主体的行为决策,并从中寻找根本解决假文凭问题的对策。     

强化新专业毕业论文指导培育未来工业工程师

首先,论述了工业工程师应具备的基本素质;分析了当前毕业论文中存在的一些问题。进而,提出了提高工业工程专业毕业论文质量的相关对策,在加强专业建设、增加经费投入完善实验条件、强化各环节指导、多种形式的指导等方面进行了详细论述。并对本校的工业工程专业学生的毕业论文进行实施,效果良好。     

Labour market consequences of a high school diploma

This article compares the labour market outcomes of high school dropouts to high school graduates who did not enrol into higher education, but immediately entered the labour market. Using parental educational background as an instrument on a rich administrative dataset in the Flemish Region of Belgium, we find no returns to a high school diploma on average. However, these results hide considerable heterogeneity by gender and educational track. While females and individuals in vocational education may benefit from a diploma, male graduates and students holding a general education diploma may even be worse off on the labour market than dropouts. We show that sectoral heterogeneity acts as an underlying mechanism in the returns to a high school diploma.     

Mobile Home Developments: Impact on Local Treasury

This paper critiques the multifarious ways whereby academic qualifications may be falsified in the international marketplace. The objectives are fourfold: (1) defining the main terms used such as fake degrees and diploma mills; (2) providing a brief history of fake degrees and identifying the factors that explain their recent development; (3) developing a theoretical framework to analyze fake degrees; and (4) exploring the costs and benefits of this activiry and its net impact on a given society. Degrees serve instrumental and ceremonial purposes. It is argued that degree holders may be considered as members of a club. They confer to their holders excludable but non-rival property rights such as abilities, signaling and status. The paper contends that holders of fake degrees can be considered as “free riders” on these property rights, especially the status tied to legitimate degrees.

通过文献计量统计分析方法,以刊文作者为统计分析对象,对《吉首大学学报（社会科学版）》2010年作者群的学缘结构、学位结构及职称结构等信息进行统计分析,探求学报作者群与学报质量之间的关系,力求为提高学报办刊质量提供一定的参考依据,为建设高素质的作者队伍以及提升高校学报质量提供依据。     

BTEC（HND）双语教学模式下学生语言障碍及对策分析

英国BTEC教学模式在中国已经走过了十年的历程。相对中国传统教育模式而言,这种全新的“以学生为中心,以学生通用能力的培养为重点”的西方职业教育模式,让中国高职教育者感到耳目一新,并纷纷效仿。然而在引入国外教学模式的同时,如何结合中国国情有效地本土化,一直以来是教育专家们研究的课题。其中,在英国BTEC（HND）教学模式下进行双语教学时,学生的英语障碍成为了这类教学模式在中国顺利推进的瓶颈。该文对这一瓶颈的成因进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。     

学历教育合训学员创新素质评价体系研究

文章基于层次分析法构建了学历教育合训学员创新素质评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评判法实现了对合训学员创新素质的定量评价,最后通过案例进行说明。
