Summary. We prove existence of a competitive equilibrium in a version of a Ramsey (one sector) model in which agents are heterogeneous and gross investment is constrained to be non negative. We do so by converting the infinite-dimensional fixed point problem stated in terms of prices and commodities into a finite-dimensional Negishi problem involving individual weights in a social value function. This method allows us to obtain detailed results concerning the properties of competitive equilibria. Because of the simplicity of the techniques utilized our approach is amenable to be adapted by practitioners in analogous problems often studied in macroeconomics. 鉴于负债的确认和核算是自然资源资产负债表编制的重点和难点,文章以国内外矿产资源资产负债的存在及其表现为线索进行分析与探讨,研究矿产资源开发产生负债运行机理和负债核算范围及内容等,揭示出矿产资源在其负外部性作用下形成负债的机理,并根据负外部性效应将矿产资源开发产生的负债划分为耗竭性负债、生态环境负债和安全负债,同时将耗竭性负债、生态环境负债和安全负债的核算范围与现有法律法规相衔接,提高负债核算的可操作性和可推广性,为自然资源资产负债表编制和维护国家所有者权益提供技术支撑。  相似文献

长期实践证明,以政府为中心的土地征收资源配置方式导致了日益严重的城乡二元结构经济社会问题。文章指出,目前,无论是在立法层面还是在政策层面,我国都有意无意地排斥市场决定性作用的发挥。土地财政之瘾、对上负责之道和身兼数职之状是导致上述问题的经济、政治和体制利益根源。文章认为,遵循市场规律、以市场为主导、使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用和更好地发挥政府的监管职能,是我国土地征收法律制度改革的正确路径。  相似文献

积极互惠与消极互惠是互惠行为中概念相对的重要组成,文章从集体主义人力资源管理出发,比较其对两种互惠行为的影响,并以组织认同、关系认同作为中介变量研究其中介差异。研究结果显示,集体主义人力资源管理可以提升员工的积极互惠,降低员工的消极互惠,而积极互惠与消极互惠也并非负相关。此外,尽管组织认同、关系认同分别发挥了中介作用,但当整体考虑时,在集体主义人力资源管理与积极互惠间,由组织认同发挥中介作用,为部分中介;而在集体主义人力资源管理与消极互惠间,由关系认同发挥中介作用,为完全中介。说明同属互惠行为,积极互惠、消极互惠存在不同的前因机制;同属认同,组织认同、关系认同存在不同的影响机制。本研究对于集体主义下的管理实践,尤其是对组织内互惠行为、认同现象的整体性思考有重要意义。  相似文献

Research on waiting in services focuses mainly on the role of companies in waiting situations. Much of the existing research envisages the consumer as a passive victim of the delays caused by companies. This article redresses the imbalance in research on waiting by exploring the role of consumers in waiting situations. A qualitative methodology is used, involving data collection through in‐depth interviews and personal diaries, to facilitate an in‐depth analysis of consumers’ waiting experiences. Additionally, a holistic approach is employed with a view to examining the ‘whole’ waiting experience rather than individual or isolated aspects of waiting. The main finding of the study is that consumers play an active and deliberate role in waiting situations. This is the first study to empirically identify the behaviours and initiatives undertaken by consumers when forced to wait for services. The results suggest that consumers play an active role in organising and reducing the real or perceived waiting time. They actively seek information on the length and causes of the wait. And, on occasions, the consumer may also be the cause of the wait or may even increase the delay by their actions. In contrast to most of the existing research on the topic of waiting, this study adopt a qualitative, in‐depth approach, with a multicultural sample, and a focus on the consumer whose role in waiting has previously been overlooked.  相似文献

There has been growing interest in both management and marketing regarding how individuals become identified with organizations and how organizations attempt to manage these identifications. The authors present a framework built on explicit and implicit points of convergence in research conducted in both these disciplines. In their review of the management and marketing literatures, the authors suggest three fundamental mechanisms, or “bases”, for managing organizational identification: relational, behavioral, and symbolic. Furthermore, the authors argue that how an individual is affiliated with an organization will impact the relative influence of these identification management bases. The authors conclude by suggesting how management and marketing scholars can create a theoretical space for future interdisciplinary work Such a change would involve moving away from “employees” versus “customers” as a prime division between the fields and moving toward a more fine-grained approach that emphasizes the unique characteristics of individual-organizational relationships. Her research explores issues related to workplace attachment and identification, work orientation, and the experience of employees who find work highly meaningful and engaging. Michael G. Pratt (mpratt@uiuc.edu) is a James F. Towey Fellow and an associate professor of management at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He earned his Ph.D. at the University of Michigan. His articles have appeared in leading management outlets, includingAdministrative Science Quarterly, theAcademy of Management Journal, theAcademy of Management Review, andResearch in Organizational Behavior. He recently coedited (with Anat Rafaeli) a book titledArtifacts and Organizations: Beyond Mere Symbolism (Lawrence Erlbaum, 2005). His current research examines issues of organizational attachment (e.g., identification and commitment), multiple identities and meaning, and intuition. This study examines how and why entrepreneurial passion for founding changes over time. In particular, we propose that in the founding phase of a venture's lifecycle entrepreneurs’ founding identity centrality will remain stable over time. We also propose, however, that in our sample and time period studied, entrepreneurs’ intense positive feelings for founding will decrease over time. On the basis of theories of positive illusion, self‐regulation and role theory, we further hypothesize that venture idea change, change in role ambiguity and entrepreneurs’ feedback‐seeking behaviour are factors that help explain the rate of change in entrepreneurs’ intense positive feelings for founding. Using a three‐wave longitudinal research design, we find that among a sample of 112 entrepreneurs’ identity centrality does not change over time, whereas intense positive feelings for founding decrease over time. Moreover, the more entrepreneurs change their venture ideas, the weaker their decrease in intense positive feelings. Further, we show that entrepreneurs who frequently seek feedback suffer less from reduced positive feelings in response to higher increases in role ambiguity as compared to entrepreneurs who seek less feedback.  相似文献

知识是竞争优势的来源。在近几年快速增长的中国企业对发达国家的FDI中,创造性资产寻求被公认为是重要的驱动力量。然而,创造性资产寻求目标的实现关键在于子公司向母公司的逆向知识转移,但现有文献尚未关注像中国这样的发展中国家的跨国逆向知识转移。本文首先建立了逆向知识转移的分析模型,并剖析了中国企业FDI逆向知识转移存在的先天劣势。在此基础上,提出了中国企业克服知识转移劣势的解决思路,并以联想为案例进行了实证。  相似文献
