试论人文精神在2000版ISO9001质量标准中的蕴涵

近代管理科学的发展,经历了一个以"物"为中心的管理向以"人"为中心管理的转移过程。所谓 "管理的回归本色",其内涵是管理不是单纯的控制,而是一种如何使人的价值在组织的经营活动中得到实现 及如何尊重人的价值。这一理论视角的转换,在改版后的2000版ISO9001标准中得到了鲜明的体现和阐释。     

Auditor conservatism and voluntary disclosure: Evidence from the Year 2000 systems issue

This study further examines the phenomenon of conservative auditor behaviour by considering the level of voluntary disclosure of Year 2000 remediation information in company annual reports. Previous studies have provided evidence of conservative auditor behaviour by examining the link between Big 6 auditor choice and accruals (Francis and Krishnan 1999; Becker et al ., 1998; Defond and Subramanyam 1998). Protecting their reputation capital increases Big 6 auditor incentives to act conservatively to avoid litigation risk. We propose and find that Big 6 auditor clients disclose more Year 2000 remediation information than non–Big 6 auditor clients.     

Optimality conditions¶and bubbles in sequential economies¶and bounded relative risk-aversion

We provide specific qualifications in order that Kuhn–Tucker type Euler equations and transversality conditions at infinity hold in stochastic equilibrium models with heterogeneous agents and where assets are traded in sequential markets. It is not assumed that uncertainty is modeled as an event-tree structure or that preferences are necessarily bounded. We also describe an important class of preferences based on bounded relative risk aversion which yields relevant simplifications. Our results are used to establish conditions that rule out asset pricing bubbles. Specific examples of economies with bubbles are also discussed. 道路货运企业贯彻ISO9001:2000标准的有关问题研究

对我国道路货运企业贯彻ISO9001:2000标准存在的问题划为三种类型进行剖析,对其质量管理体系运作的机理和实施的方法进行阐述,针对我国道路货运企业质量管理体系建立过程的具体情况,依据ISO9000体系八项原则的要求,提出了一系列具体的对策,研究结论对运输型物流企业同样适用。

Mean-variance hedging for interest rate models¶with stochastic volatility

The mean-variance hedging approach for pricing and hedging claims in incomplete markets was originally introduced for risky assets. The aim of this paper is to apply this approach to interest rate models in the presence of stochastic volatility, seen as a consequence of incomplete information. We fix a finite number of bonds such that the volatility matrix is invertible and provide an explicit formula for the density of the variance-optimal measure which is independent of the chosen times of maturity. Finally, we compute the mean-variance hedging strategy for a caplet and compare it with the optimal stategy according to the local risk minimizing approach.
