This research note examines claims relating to the originality of using a modified grey relationship combined with TOPSIS (technique for preference by similarity to the ideal solutions) with reference to improved airline service management. It is suggested that the antecedents of the approach date back originally to the early work of Yoon’s 1980 dissertation while the specific combination reported by [Liou et?al., 2011a] and [Liou et?al., 2011b] can be found in work published earlier in 2004.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Bike sharing is a sustainable mode of urban transportation. Assessing the perceived service quality is essential to improve the development of bike sharing. Most of the existing research evaluates the service quality of bike sharing only from the perspective of its users. This study assesses the perceived quality gap among four different stakeholders including government regulators, platform operators, bike association and users. First, an evaluation criteria system consisting of sixteen criteria obtained from the five dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy is constructed based on a revised service performance model. Thereafter, a hybrid multi-criteria decision-making model that combines Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) with VIsekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) is proposed. Then, the model is applied to evaluate the service quality of bike sharing in Xi’an City. Finally, some useful suggestions are given to improve the bike sharing service quality from the perspective of multi-stakeholders.  相似文献

本文基于BSC、FANP和扩展的VIKOR集成方法研究商业银行绩效测度问题。首先基于平衡计分卡(BSC)构建商业银行绩效测度指标体系,然后采用模糊网络层次法(FANP)确定指标的权重。考虑到测度过程中可能存在不完全信息和不确定信息,即属性值可能为模糊数,提出扩展的VIKOR方法,以解决银行绩效混合多属性(确定数、模糊数)测度问题。以5个银行为例进行绩效测度,发现本文提出的方法具有一定的稳定性。  相似文献

Recently, low-cost airline (LCA) companies have become more attractive. However, emerging digital technologies have transformed the passengers’ profiles. Digital competency has become a crucial matter to capture digital passenger expectations. Hence, the purpose of the study is to introduce a new digital competency evaluation (DCE) model. The proposed model comprises technology transformation & implementation, and also transformation & adaptation management dimensions, with ten criteria and thirty sub-criteria. Criteria weights are calculated using the IVIF AHP method. The results show that the most significant dimension is transformation and adaptation management. The most digitally competent airline is selected through the IVIF VIKOR method. A case study concerning the LCAs is conducted in Turkey to verify the validity of the proposed model.  相似文献

Industrial heritage tourism has become increasingly popular in recent years. However, strategies for improving the industrial heritage tourism development-related performances are still an underdeveloped research topic academically. Therefore, this study’s purpose is to explore the feasibility performance-improving strategies using a hybrid-modified multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) based on the DEMATEL technique in constructing the influential network relation map (INRM) and in determining the influential weights of DANP. Then, the modified VIKOR method is combined with the influential weights of DANP, performance gaps were identified, and then the most effective strategies for improving tourism development-related performance at industrial heritage sites can be generated using INRM. Finally, an empirical real case study of a rehabilitated gold-mining site of Taiwan is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the hybrid-modified MADM model. According to the results, the decision-makers should highly prioritize improving high-priority criteria such as ‘social usefulness’, ‘resource integration’, ‘destination policy and development’, ‘economic development’, ‘cultural links’, ‘cultural learning’, and ‘natural landscape resources’ in advance to successfully achieving the aspired performance levels. Additionally, this study suggests meaningful industrial heritage tourism performance improvement strategies that have been rehabilitated throughout the world.  相似文献

With the expansion of urbanization caused by the growth of population and industrial activities, the urban/city and suburban areas are facing a variety of environmental threats. Although more research and urban policy has advocated and practiced the development of green infrastructure (GI) to support urban sustainable environment, the evaluation framework for the development of GI for promoting environmental sustainability is still insufficient. Moreover, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) commonly applied in published literature, makes an unrealistic assumption of independent relationships among dimensions/criteria in decision making for satisfying the real-world problem. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to construct the evaluation framework, including four dimensions and related ten criteria, using a new hybrid-modified multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) model for developing and improving the GI for promoting environmental sustainability. This MADM model is combined with three different methodologies of MADM, including the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) for constructing the influential network relation map (INRM) to explore the complex influential inter-relationships and DEMATEL based on Analytic Network Process (DANP) for determining the influential weights with the VIse Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) for evaluating and presenting improvement strategies for six different GIs. The empirical study indicates that DEMATEL and DANP Results suggest that decision-makers should pay more attention to the improvement of Design (D4) and Materials (D2) in terms of dimensions when utilizing the GI to promote environmental sustainability. Because these dimensions are enhanced, Species (D1) and Energy (D3) will be improved in synchronization. From the perspective of criteria, five are key core criteria and need to be focused on first: increasing the green coverage rate (B9), utilizing sustainable materials (B4), using ecological engineering (B8), shaping species biodiversity (B1), and reducing energy consumption (B5). Modified VIKOR reveals that “grass swales” are a comparatively better choice among six GIs for promoting environmental sustainability toward achieving the aspiration level. Therefore, this MADM model is beneficial to provide a more convincing assessment framework and improvement strategies for the development of GI for promoting environmental sustainability. As a result, these modified MADM models can be shown more conveniently and reasonably than traditional methods such as traditional AHP or ANP method.  相似文献

VIKOR多属性方法能有效解决多指标冲突问题。可再生能源规划要综合权衡各类可再生能源技术对能源、经济、社会、环境等各方面跨越时空的影响,而对能源、经济、社会、环境影响的这些指标通常是互相冲突的,为此把VIKOR多属性方法引入到可再生能源规划领域。根据可再生能源技术评价的特点,建构了三层十个不同属性的指标体系,建立了基于VIKOR的可再生能源技术评价模型,指出了其方法和步骤。并利用该方法,对某省的海上风电、陆上风电、小水电、地热能、太阳能热水器、大中型沼气工程、户用沼气、生物质柴油、太阳能光伏发电、生物质发电、潮汐发电十一种可再生能源技术的协同效益进行了评价,从而为该省2020年的可再生能源规划发展战略提出政策参考。  相似文献

文章针对航空公司服务质量评价过程存在的不确定性和非可加性,在三角直觉模糊数、模糊测度和VIKOR等理论的基础上构建非可加直觉模糊VIKO多准则评价方法,从"保证性"、"服务人员"、"有形性"、"可靠性"四个方面建立评价指标体系。基于此对六家航空公司的服务质量的进行了评价。被评价航空公司的服务质量由高到低大致可以分为三等级:第一等级为中国国际航空公司和四川航空公司;第二等级为海南航空公司;第三等级为东方航空公司、南方航空公司和深圳航空公司。另外,与可加多准则评价方法对比研究的结果显示指标间的非可加性对评价结果有较明显的影响。  相似文献

以科技型中小企业自主创新能力内外部影响因素为依据,以VIKOR法作为评价方法对科技型中小企业自主创新能力进行综合评价。首先分析了包括政策环境、法律环境、社会服务环境、市场环境和金融环境的外部环境因素,以及包含自主创新研发能力、自主创新生产制造能力、自主创新管理能力、自主创新营销能力和自主创新风险防范能力的内部要素;然后根据科技型中小企业自主创新能力评价指标体系的设计原则,从企业内部和外部两个层面构建了科技型中小企业自主创新能力评价指标体系;最后运用VIKOR法对江苏省科技型中小企业自主创新能力进行了综合评价,并提出了提高科技型中小企业自主创新能力的对策建议。  相似文献
