应对国外反倾销：民间商会不能缺位

面对国外对中国出口商品愈演愈烈的反倾销之势,有效发挥民间商会组织的优势与职能,给企业以依托, 已是打赢反倾销战的关键。因此,应鼓励和加大民间商会的建设力度,利用其特点与优势,充分发挥其职能,以在应对国外反倾销中居于有利地位。

近年来,随着中国户外运动不断兴起,户外运动用品市场得到了长足发展。但由于其市场发展的不均衡、经营者的市场意识不成熟,以及经营模式存在问题等,导致市场经营策略狭隘,制约了户外运动用品市场的发展。应发挥中国国内商家的市场优势,打破国际品牌垄断,创建自己的户外运动用品品牌,带动整个户外运动用品产业向大众化发展,促使市场走向行业规范和有序竞争,以促进整个行业的持续与健康发展。     

Risk‐Coping Measures against Health Shocks during the Process of Penetration of Health Insurance in Vietnam

Does the recent introduction of public health insurance influence households' risk‐coping measures in developing countries? This study investigates risk‐coping measures for health shocks using a Living Standard Measurement Survey in Vietnam where universal health coverage is aimed to be achieved. The estimated results suggest that precautionary savings are the main form of assets in poor households. Health insurance seems to be used by people in poor health, which indicates that the problem of adverse selection exits. Importantly, get well gifts in the form of money play a significant role in helping households cope with health shocks. A traditional informal insurance system still exists in close Vietnamese communities.     

Consumer coping strategies: a study of consumers committed to eating local

This paper deals with consumer coping strategies when consumers experience difficulties in implementing an innovation. The particular setting for exploring this issue is a group of consumers in Michigan who are committed to eating local. The paper explores how these consumers cope or balance their commitment to eating local with the constraints they face on buying and preparing local food Following a literature review of coping strategy and consumer coping strategies in relation to innovations, the paper presents the results of three focus groups conducted with members of a Student Organic Farm, a food cooperative and a Slow Food Convivium. The consumers we interviewed mostly adopt problem‐centred, confrontative strategies: they change their food‐consumption habits including shopping, purchasing, cooking, storing and obviously, eating. None of these changes are easy to implement, and most require re‐allocations of time as well as trade‐offs to overcome time and cost barriers. In return, some of these consumers feel empowered. This study allows us to offer a working hypothesis that the process is dynamic: the more committed consumers are, the more they adopt problem‐centred, confrontative strategies and forget more fatalist emotion‐centred or avoidance strategies. These findings contribute to literature on consumers' coping strategies and suggest future research avenues.     

对银行的流动性风险管理问题的思考

一直以来,流动性风险被称为银行最致命的风险,在银行的经营管理中流动性风险管理更是占有极其重要的地位。可目前银行的流动性风险管理的现状实在令人担忧,因此,如何有效地管理流动性风险就成为当前银行风险管理的核心内容。本文从流动性风险入手,着重阐述了当前银行的流动性风险管理现状,并提出一些应对策略,力图提高银行抵御流动性风险的能力,以供参考。

Problem-focused or Emotion-focused: Which Coping Strategy has a Better Effect on Perceived Career Barriers and Choice Goals?

According to social cognitive career theory, barriers have an impact on an individual's career progress. Therefore, this study aims to explore the relationships between perceived career barriers (internal barriers, external barriers) and choice goals, and the moderating effect of coping strategies on the relationships. Data were collected from 309 tourism and hospitality college students in Taiwan. A structural equation modeling analysis showed that both internal and external barriers had direct negative effects on choice goals. However, internal and external barriers had a direct positive effect on coping strategies, and indirectly, through the coping strategies, had a positive effect on choice goals. Furthermore, problem-focused coping strategies could moderate the relationship between internal/external barriers and choice goals. The implications of these findings are discussed and suggestions are provided.     

Job stress and well-being of female employees in hospitality: The role of regulatory leisure coping styles

The job stress and coping behavior of female employees has become a key issue in the hospitality industry. This study investigates the moderating role of regulatory leisure coping styles on the effect of job stress on female employees’ well-being. Specifically, this study extends Patry et al.’s (2007) findings to further confirm the direct and moderating role of regulatory leisure coping styles in the relationship between job stress and well-being. Data were collected from the female employees of 22 tourist hotels in Taiwan. The results showed that the Planned-Breather Leisure Coping Style (PBLCS) was positively and significantly associated with well-being, whereas the Avoidant Leisure Coping Style (ALCS) had a negative and significant effect on it. In addition, the results also revealed that the PBLCS plays a buffering role, but that the ALCS plays an amplifying role. Based on these findings, the implications and research suggestions are then discussed.     

青藏高原及其周边地区的雪崩灾害及应对策略研究

雪崩灾害严重制约着青藏高原及其周边地区的社会及经济发展,并对这些地区的人民生命财产构成了现实威胁。其主要对交通运输业、旅游休闲、城镇及居民点以及采矿业产生危害。随着近年来人口增加、川藏铁路的修建以及旅游休闲活动的蓬勃发展,雪崩灾害的危害程度有上升趋势。为了更好地应对雪崩灾害,本文从雪崩灾害管理及工程防治方面提出建议：加强雪崩知识的普及,培养专业人才;开展雪崩监测,合理规划土地利用;加强预测预警,主动消除雪崩危险;因地制宜,修建雪崩防治工程。
