浅谈假日经济对中国经济的长期拉动效应

假日经济已成为国民经济的重要组成部分,并在国民经济中发挥着日益重要的作用。但在假日经济的发展过程中,也出现了一系列的负面效应,影响了假日经济的持续发展。文章就如何发挥假日经济的长期拉动效应,提出了相应的对策。

乡村度假国内外研究进展及启示

乡村度假是乡村旅游发展的更高阶段,是国际主流度假产品之一。国外对乡村度假的研究主要集中在乡村度假发展动因、发展的作用和度假者行为研究等几方面,而国内的研究集中在发展意义和前景、开发前提、发展模式这几方面。通过比较国内外乡村度假的研究进展可知,国内乡村度假研究多集中于基础理论,方法运用以定性为主,鲜有定量研究,因此与国外相比,差距较为明显。国内乡村度假研究有待拓宽研究领域和视野、重视研究方法定性与定量研究相结合,以及加强借鉴国外经验。     

中国商品期货市场的假日效应研究——基于收益和波动的视角

为研究中国商品期货市场假日效应的存在性及其特征,本文从收益和波动出发,在构建学生分布随机波动模型的基础上采用贝叶斯MCMC模拟技术对中国铜、铝、橡胶、大豆、豆粕和小麦期货市场的假日效应进行了实证分析,研究结果显示:假日前和假日后信息对商品期货交易收益及其波动均具有显著的影响,对不同交易品种而言,其影响方向及影响程度均存在一定差异;更具体地,对各类假日分别进行分析发现,元旦、春节、劳动节和国庆节的假日前和假日后信息对商品期货收益及其波动均具有显著的影响,且比分类之前假日前和假日后信息的影响能力明显增强,其个性特征也更加突出。

从分析武汉市对假日旅游客源市场的吸引力因素入手,指出了武汉市发展假日旅游的优势,进而利用“旅游者利益细分”的方法对武汉市假日旅游市场作了科学的细分,明确了目标市场的定位,最后提出了一系列具体可行的措施。

节假日旅游的兴起给酒店营销带来新的契机,从酒店的营销角度出发,对节假日的特点,酒店节假日营销的运作流程进行了分析,探讨了节假日营销中的目标市场选择,营销目的选择,营销主题选择和营销媒体选择,指出了节假日营销组织工作中应注意的诸多问题。     

Assessing holiday satisfaction of Australian travellers in Vietnam: An application of the HOLSAT model

The hotel business model has been diversified in response to the various needs of consumers. Many previous studies focused on the alteration factors of the hotel business model from the consumer's point of view. Although it is one of the factors that affect alteration of the hotel business model, the manager's perspective is also an important alteration factor. This article emphasizes that it is necessary to consider not only the consumer side, but also the management side based on two approaches of the strategy theory: the positioning approach and the resource-based approach.

Surveys were conducted by mail in order to gather information regarding what managers in Japan consider to be important components of a hotel. As a result, “location” was found to be the most important component, followed by “annex facilities” and “deployment system”. Once the components were ordered according to their relative importance, a strong relationship was found between the managers' preferences and the characteristics of “syukuhakusyutai-type” hotels, which are ‘direct management’ (DM) hotels located usually in the city. In Japan, the number of “syukuhakusyutai-type” hotels has recently increased, therefore capturing the spotlight in the hotel industry. However, the results of this research are not compared with those of much previous research conducted on hotel choice attributes, because the measured variables differed significantly.     

Building God's City: The Political Economy of Prayer Camps in Nigeria

The proliferation of religious spaces is a relatively recent development in Nigeria. Nowadays there are more than a hundred religious camps belonging to different religious groups in the country. The most popular of these camps, the Redemption Camp of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, is located 42 kilometres outside of Lagos and measures several thousand acres. Although initially not designed as such, developments in and around Lagos have compelled the managers of the Redemption Camp to present it as an urban alternative to the city of Lagos, which is generally deemed chaotic. The prestige of this camp and its activities have led to expansive urban development that involves the creation of numerous residential estates stretching from Lagos to beyond the Redemption Camp. Based on a recent ethnographic study of the Redemption Camp, this article argues that the process of urban expansion in and around Lagos is propelled by an aggressive form of religious revival that transcends the borders between economics, spirituality and territorial conquest. This article thus illustrates how church‐driven, religio‐urban developments follow a different logic of city making than often presumed by theorists of African cities, who generally neglect the religious forces that inform urban transformations in Africa.     

Personal perception and community speculation: A British resort in the 19th century

The paper presents a case history of the origin and early development of what later became a major UK seaside resort. Weston-super-Mare. Early developers were faced with considerable environmental difficulties, and by using a variety of contemporary documentary sources the paper considers how the problems were overcome within the context of both developers' and early visitors' perceptions, and of the regional market for tourism in the early nineteenth century. The reaction of the existing local community to development potential is also considered, and more general conclusions are reached on the nature of resort development in the nineteenth century.

“黄金周”长假期促进了假日经济的发展，开启了中国城镇居民休闲度假旅游的新时期，但“黄金周”“赶集式”的旅游也有不少负面影响。本文在分析“黄金周”旅游利弊的基础上，从自主式“个性化旅游方式的发展趋势、旅游的可持续发展、加快休闲制度与国际接轨等方面，论述了全面实行带薪休假制的必要性与可行性。
