在国家政策的推动下,电动汽车已经初具规模,电动汽车分时租赁模式应运而生,然而目前分时租赁由于其面临来自各个方面阻力,如网点密度不足、充电设施不完善等问题,其推广的效果不佳。指出了目前分时租赁推广的现状,总结出网点密度较低、充电设施发展缓慢、租赁系统不完善、推广形式单一以及政策方面等分时租赁推广中存在的问题。最后,提出了通用推广策略和针对性推广策略。  相似文献

The timeshare industry's success has been limited by an unenthusiastic reception from consumers, governments, investors, and the media. The everincreasing world population, increasing GDP, and improved communications resulting from the technological revolution, all indicate an expanding tourism market. Although timeshare's market share is currently increasing more rapidly than most other tourism sectors, to achieve its full growth potential the industry must improve its imagemarketing and products must be tailored to the requirements of consumers. Timeshare must demonstrate a significant social and economic contribution in order to obtain publicsector support and government incentives made available to traditional tourism industry.  相似文献

This study examines differences among individual generations’ organizational commitment and intention to stay in the timeshare industry. The timeshare segment is worthy of study due to expected growth and increase in worldwide lodging brands’ presence. Responses from more than 1,000 survey respondents reveal generational differences that highlight the variations in employee commitment and intention to stay. In addition to the contributions to literature for contemporary study among generational attitudes and behaviors, the implications may provide Human Resources practitioners insight into employee retention drivers relating to organizational commitment. Finally, this study adds to literature and practice by further clarifying generational differences.  相似文献

This paper outlines the results of the most recent pan‐European survey of timeshare and its owners. The paper begins by placing timeshare in context of the European leisure sector and outlining previous research on timeshare. It then goes on to examine the results of a major survey of timeshare owners and the industry. The results unveil the profile of timeshare owners in Europe, their purchasing behaviour and their future intentions; it also looks into the satisfaction of the timeshare experience. The survey demonstrates that timeshare represents a significant sector of the European accommodation market a d that in general, consumers have a high satisfaction rate with their use of timeshare. 随着人们生活水平的提高和闲暇时间的增加,海滨休闲度假游越来越得到人们的青睐,随之而来的滨海分时度假开发也渐渐成为一种趋势。积极探索和开发滨海地区分时度假,不仅可以深入开发海洋旅游资源,而且可以为滨海地区的建设提供新的思路。文章通过对分时度假在我国滨海地区的开展状况及发展意义的分析,探讨了分时度假对滨海地区的积极影响及滨海地区发展分时度假的制约因素和存在问题,最后对我国滨海地区发展分时度假提出了建议,以期给相关开发者提供借鉴。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The vacation ownership (timeshare) industry is the fastest growing segment in the hospitality industry. With this growth is the need to attain qualified managers and hospitality programs must ascertain the skills that are necessary to meet the demands of this market. The purpose of this study was to discover if there were any significant differences between traditional lodging managers and timeshare managers based upon a manager's knowledge, ability, and attitude related to their job duties. The study did discover some areas that were deemed more important to timeshare managers. These results could be used to help potential employees in the lodging industry discover what type of environment would best match their skill set.  相似文献
