本土理论供给不足地域性建筑的发展——来自云南当代建筑创作的启示

本文首先对云南本土理论及地域建筑的发展历程进行叙述,同时对未来地域性建筑的发展趋势进行展望。描述了云南本土理论落后于地域建筑创作实践及大多本土理论未能有效指导和帮助地域创作实践的现状。在说明对本土理论思想形成的土壤营造的重要意义之后,阐明了本土理论与地域性建筑发展之间的理想关系。     

我国商业银行跨国经营的战略性机遇

研究表明,追随客户的全球经营是跨国银行形成的关键所在,在经济全球化浪潮中,各跨国银行已成长为资信卓著的全能型金融服务集团。相比之下,除中国银行能称为跨国银行外,我国其它商业银行的跨国经营业务正处于起步阶段,且受到产权制度等问题的困扰,跨国经营仍受到很大程度的制约。然而,在“走出去”战略推动下,我国对外直接投资持续增长,跨国公司不断成长,为我国商业银行的跨国经营提供了战略性机遇。     

基于实物期权的表外项目计量初探

表外项目由于本身的不确定性,未能形成会计计量意义上的自然形态,相应在财务信息中也就得不到准确披露,以致成为企业财务反映的真空.实物期权是金融期权理论对实物(非金融)资产期权的延伸.实物期权理论的出现为表外项目计量提供了有力工具.文章通过实物期权理论对通常表外项目计量的思路进行了说明.     

转让定价税制中的举证责任分析

本文比较了由纳税人或税务机关承担举证责任两种模式的差别,以及相应的举证责任的倒置,提出应当由税务机关承担转让定价调整的举证责任,并在纳税人未履行相应的资料提供义务时减轻税务机关的证明程度,以解决税务机关所面临的举证困难。     

Youth on the road: Reflections on the history of tramping

Tourism is conventionally traced to the eighteenth century Grand Tour of aristocratic youth which, it is then suggested, was gradually democratized and adopted in modified form by the middle classes. In such a perspective, the road culture of contemporary youth travelers would simply represent one form of this democratized elite tradition. This paper argues instead that contemporary road culture is better seen as an upwardly rather than downwardly mobile cultural form. Tramping originated as a well-institutionalized travel pattern of working class youth. Despite its instrumental functions, it always had touristic components, serving as the young workingman's Grand Tour. When, in the course of the nineteenth century, it declined as a labor institution, it was romanticized and adopted by middle class youth for exclusively tourist purposes.

Insights into the repeat vacation phenomenon

The study focused upon the repeat visitor. Data were collected with a structured questionnaire at two Texas Highway Visitor Centers and through indepth personal interviews with a small sample. A majority of the sample were returning to a destination that had been visited before. Compared to those visiting a destination for the first time, repeat visitors were more likely to be older individuals seeking relaxation and visiting a friend and/or relatives on their vacation. The qualitative component of the study uncovered five factors which contributed to people returning to a familiar destination. They were a reduced risk that an unsatisfactory experience would be forthcoming; an assurance that they would find “their kind of people” there; emotional childhood attachment; to experience some aspects of the destination which had been omitted on a previous occasion; and to expose others to an experience which had previously been satisfying to respondents.     

论电子商务环境下我国物流发展的障碍

关于真实票据融资与宏观经济运行顺循环关系的数学模型分析

票据市场理论认为,建立在真实交易基础上的票据,由于具有自偿性特点,其贴现融资与宏观经济运行周期之间具有所谓的顺循环关系,这种关系因其可以加剧经济周期效应而受到理论界的重视。近几年来我国票据市场快速发展,一方面对货币市场的发展起到了积极的促进作用,另一方面也因真实票据占比过高、真实票据融资累计发生额激增而面临顺循环问题,尽管其中的负面影响目前还没有非常明显的显现,但从长远看,对顺循环关系的分析研究是十分必要的。
