基于复杂网络的山东汽车制造业集群实证研究

本文根据从《山东统计年鉴》中获取的山东省近十年来汽车制造产业相关企业的数据,应用复杂网络相关理论和Pajek软件,从其数学统计特征度分布、平均路径长和聚集系数出发,对山东省汽车产业进行了研究,在复杂网络的统计特征、结构模型以及体现在网络上的动力学行为三个逐次深入的层面,分析了在内外部环境的作用下汽车制造业向更高一级形态演进优化的规律,以期为山东省汽车产业的发展提供积极的理论支持。同时,通过网络调查和实地考察进行了实证性分析,得出的相关研究结果和实际情况基本相符,对山东省汽车产业链条发展趋势预测具有一定的实际参考价值。     

Three effective metaheuristics to solve the multi-depot multi-trip heterogeneous dial-a-ride problem

The Heterogeneous Dial-a-Ride Problem (HDARP) is an important problem in reduced mobility transportation. Recently, several extensions have been proposed towards more realistic applications of the problem. In this paper, a new variant called the Multi-Depot Multi-Trip Heterogeneous Dial-a-Ride Problem (MD-MT-HDARP) is considered. A mathematical programming formulation and three metaheuristics are proposed: an improved Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search (ALNS), Hybrid Bees Algorithm with Simulated Annealing (BA-SA), and Hybrid Bees Algorithm with Deterministic Annealing (BA-DA). Extensive experiments show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms for solving the underlying problem. In addition, they are competitive to the current state-of-the-art algorithm on the MD-HDARP.     

对经管类专业本科毕业论文选题的思考与分析

选题是本科毕业论文的基础环节,也是决定毕业论文后续环节能否顺利开展的关键,选题的质量对毕业论文质量影响很大。目前经管类本科毕业论文的选题普遍存在选题偏大、涉及面过于宏观、选题范围狭窄、选题价值太低、选题表述不规范等问题。因此,可以通过采取培养问题意识、提升选题能力、明确选题原则、改革选题模式、加强选题的监督和控制等措施,提高毕业论文选题的质量。     

SECI框架下的税务文化内生动态初探——基于基层税务机关文化建设实践的探索

目前,对于税务文化建设的研究大多从税务机关主观的角度出发,研究加强或创新税务文化建设的手段和方法,而对于作为客体的税务文化本身其形成、发展的动态规律,则研究甚少。本文拟借鉴企业知识管理的SECI模型,结合基层税务机关近几年来的实践,对税务文化的形成和发展规律进行探讨,并结合税务文化发展规律对SECI模型进行改进,以便找准着力点加强税务文化建设。     

Buyer/seller relationships in international industrial markets

This article examines the hypothesis that industrial purchasers' assessments of their suppliers are not based on views of suppliers' technical and commercial skills in isolation. Instead they are closely associated with their assessment of suppliers' skills in developing a relationship with them.     

An examination of the progressive effects of hotel frontline employees’ brand perceptions on desirable service outcomes

The present study scrutinizes how hospitality firms’ internal branding influences the service performance of frontline employees in a progressive way. More specifically, based on social influence and social exchange theories, this study examines if organizational commitment mediates the link between hospitality frontline employees’ perceptions of brand authenticity (BA) and brand-value fit (BVF) and their service-related behaviors such as generating ideas for service improvement (GISI) and service-oriented citizenship behavior. With a matched sample of 286 customer-contact frontline employees and 33 of their supervisors from five-star hotels in South Korea, this study found that the higher employees’ perceptions of BA and BVF, the more likely they were to generate ideas for service improvement and engage in service-oriented citizenship behavior, as they were more likely to be committed to the firm. Based on the findings, implications are discussed for hospitality practitioners and researchers alike in terms of internal branding with frontline employees.     

加强过程质量监控,提高高校英语专业本科毕业论文质量

当前普通高校的毕业论文质量普遍受到学者和研究者的关注,研究者对论文担忧多于积极乐观的看法和态度。本文重点针对的是高校英语专业本科论文质量问题研究,本文认为影响高校英语专业本科毕业论文质量的变量和诱因颇多,但是只要加强毕业论文过程和关键环节,高校英语专业的论文的质量是可以逐步提高和完善的。     

基于复杂网络的产业集群演化及其治理研究

产业集群是当前世界各国经济发展的主要方式,深入探讨产业集群的发展过程,有助于为集群的发展提供新的理论指导。本文根据复杂网络理论,运用扩展的BA网络模型来模拟产业集群的演化过程,对产业集群网络演化的特点进行分析,提出产业集群发展的初始、形成、成熟与平庸四阶段理论,并根据BA网络模型的仿真结果提出了针对产业集群各个发展阶段的治理对策建议。
