建筑工程资格预审无论对业主还是对承包商都至关重要，根据建筑工程的特点，在目前普遍采用的资格预审评价方法的基础之上，总结了进行资格预审的评价指标体系，并提出了基于模糊数学意见集中排序法的建筑工程资格预审方法。     

语义单位关系理论及其作用

Hoey将语义单位关系定为人们根据相邻句子或句群选择语法、词汇和语调来生成句子或句群的认识过 程,并将它分为两大类:逻辑顺序关系和匹配关系。而实现这些关系最常见的途径是标识手段,最基本的语篇模式为 问题解决模式,匹配模式和一般具体模式。     

汇率决定理论的新近发展:文献综述

传统汇率决定理论对于现实经济中汇率实际变动情况的解释能力十分低下.20世纪80年代以来,学术界不断寻求突破,以期为汇率如何决定这一基本命题提供更为合理的解释.在这一过程中,不断有新的文献出现,从不同的方面对传统的汇率理论进行补充、发展和替代.鉴于此,本文试图对汇率决定理论的新近发展进行梳理和介绍,借以为国内经济学界研究汇率决定问题提供一个理论参考.     

How to control a chaotic economy?

An economic system which exhibits chaotic behaviour has been stabilized on various periodic orbits by use of the Ott-Grebogi-Yorke method. This procedure has been recently applied to controlling chaotic phenomena in physical, chemical and biological systems. We adopt this method successfully for Feichtinger's generic model of two competing firms with asymmetrical investment strategies. We show that the application of this control method to the particular economic process considered brings a substantial advantage: one can easily switch from a chaotic trajectory to a regular periodic orbit and simultaneously improve the system's economic properties. Numerical simulations are presented in order to illustrate the effectiveness of the whole procedure.The work was supported by the Alexander von Humboldt-Stiftung and by the Polish National Council (KBN) Grant No 2 P302 038 04.     

融资制度变革的内在逻辑和次序安排

本文主要目的在于探讨我国当前金融制度的问题,并尝试探讨融资制度变迁的内在逻辑和次序安排,希望以此作为政策制定之参考。本文认为,国有经济改革、非公有经济发展以及农村经济发展等使国家改革现行融资制度的动力很足,但与此对应,各有关主体对改革现行融资制度的动力明显不足,提高融资制度效率的关键在于所有制和竞争力上。文章还在国有商业银行股份制改造、农村金融制度、非正规金融、监管和利率等方面提出了相应的建议。     

Spread spectrum of knowledge network based on information integration environment

The concept and the characteristic of spread spectrum technology of knowledge network based on information integration environment are given at first. And the basic principle of the wireless network of knowledge and information is recommended. Then a project alternatives using the spread spectrum technology and wireless network is given to build a across-the abroad knowledge network system.     

Stock exchange mergers and market efficiency

The aim of this article is to examine the impact of stock exchange mergers on the degree of informational efficiency. For this purpose, we apply the generalized spectral shape test for the martingale difference hypothesis to the stock returns before and after the 31 domestic and cross-border mergers completed from 1997 to 2011. The test is conducted with moving subsample windows, allowing us to detect the periods of (in)efficiency, and thus to conduct a comparative analysis for pre-merger and post-merger periods. We find that higher levels of efficiency are less frequent than lower levels of efficiency after a stock exchange merger. We also find that the impact on the level of efficiency depends on a range of merger characteristics such as the level of development, size, geographical diversification and industrial diversification of stock exchange.     

Adoption of precision farming tools: A context-related analysis

This paper deals with precision farming tools (PFTs), a way of farming which relies on specialized equipment, software and information technologies services, whose importance is underlined in recent documents of the European Union. Precision farming is an integrated and sustainable farm management system making use of modern technologies to increase farm’s profitability, by reducing environmental impact. In this paper we explore the complex mechanisms that affect PFT’s adoption by Italian farmers. More precisely, we try to analyse the context-related factors affecting adoption of PFTs in the Italian farms.Little research has been carried out in Italy on this topic, therefore our paper tries to fill a gap in literature. In order to investigate the process of technology adoption related to precision agriculture, a questionnaire was submitted to a sample of Italian farms. The questionnaire has been structured in order to apply the AKAP (Awareness, Knowledge, Adoption, Product) sequence. Our analysis underlines that context-related factors are fundamental dimensions to be explored in order to specify uptake of PFTs. Therefore, the paper has relevant policy implications, within the context of a new participatory approach to agricultural innovation characterized by bottom-up processes boosted by farmers, which has informed the recent policies of agricultural innovation at the EU level.     

一种新型的适用于CDMA扩频系统的混沌序列

在各种混沌映射的基础上,为了改善混沌序列被截短带来的影响,提出了一种级联型的混沌映射。研究和仿真证明,该方法产生的混沌序列在伪随机性、相关性、平衡性、误码率方面的性能优良,很适合用于DS/CDMA扩频通信中。     

旅游形象认知的时间顺序对旅游目的地形象认知的影响研究--以银川沙湖与榆林红碱淖为例

旅游者对旅游目的地的形象认知是影响旅游活动的重要因素,对旅游目的地形象定位和市场营销策略的选择都具有重要的参考价值。许多因素对旅游目的地形象认知都产生影响,其中认知的时间特征对旅游目的地形象认知的影响是一个值得关注的新课题:旅游者对不同旅游目的地形象认知的先后顺序对旅游目的地形象认知是否产生影响以及这种影响的程度如何。文章以银川沙湖与榆林红碱淖为例,对旅游者对旅游目的地形象认知中的“先入为主”与“既成事实”效应进行了分析,初步证明旅游者对不同旅游目的地形象感知的先后顺序对旅游目的地形象认知产生影响,并针对案例景区的情况,强调了旅游形象定位与市场营销中的先发优势,提出了自己的观点。
