雷达接收机数据采集平台及其FFT实现

介绍了小型化、通用化和实时信号处理要求下，雷达接收机的通用数据采集处理硬件平台。采用Xilinx公司最新平台级FPGA产品Spartan-3系列芯片构建平台，并实现其中的FFT于模块。试验表明，处理精度和速度都满足要求，为该方案的可行性和后续模块的实现提供了依据。

小波域抑制多音干扰的扩频接收机

利用小波包理论提出了一种快速、准确地识别并且抑制多音干扰的有效方法。该方法利用小波包理论将多音干扰的各条谱线逐个定位，然后通过功率谱分析的方法来识别多音干扰的存在区间，最后将被干扰污染的区间逐个切除并反向重构接收到的信号。实验证明该方法的误比特率性能在强干扰时要优于以前的FFT域切割法。     

自动干手器设计

自动干手器的电动机自动运转的电路组芯片往往比较多,管脚与管脚之间的焊接常常会出现虚焊和脱焊现象,从而造成电路无法实现其功能。文章主要介绍了用单片机设计控制电动机自动运转的电路组成、设计原理、设计思路及其功能。     

基于GPS驯服铷钟的频率校准系统设计

定期对GNSS接收机的外部频率源进行校准是保证定位精度的重要措施。介绍了GPS驯服铷 钟频率校准系统的工作原理和硬件组成,通过频率校准实验验证了该系统达到 了较好的长期频率准确度和短期频率准确度指标要求,保证了被校准频率源的精确度。     

一种新的基于互相关的同频同相调整方法

针对目前常用同频同相调 整方法的缺陷（如受限于调制信号类型）,提出了一种基于互相关的同频同相调整方法。对 新方法进行了严密的数学阐述,表明该方法不受信号调制类型的影响,并分别基于MATLAB仿 真平台和实际硬件测试平台验证了新方法的可行性和有效性。     

数字中频接收机的设计与实现

数字中频接收机(DIFR)是对中频信号直接采样，其信道化功能由数字正交下变频器和数字滤波器来实现。因此，DIFR适用于接收和处理多载波、多模式信号，可解决很多种信号之间的互通互连问题。本文基于DIFR对动态范围、带宽、自动增益控制和高速信号采集等技术需求，优化设计了一种大动态宽带DIFR，给出了该系统的实现方案、各部分的参数分配及系统设计指标；给出了一种新型的数字自动增益控制(DAGC)实现电路，并提出了其控制算法。     

Can Poverty be Alleviated in China?

The 2000s witnessed the third poverty alleviation wave in China. Compared with its predecessors, the third wave distinguished itself by new interventions and redefined standards for the National Poor Counties. This paper evaluates the effectiveness of the new program using a data set consisting of 1,411 of China's western and central counties from 2000 to 2010. It combines the propensity score matching method with the difference‐in‐differences approach, which helps to avoid selection bias and track the policy impact on variables of interest at each time point. It is found that the non‐western local governments tended to manipulate data on income and output growth to maintain the special transfer payments disbursed exclusively to the National Poor Counties. It is also shown that the program failed to improve the infrastructure and sanitary conditions in general.     

一种适用于TD-SCDMA系统的多用户检测算法

利用逐次干扰抵消多用户检测结构,结合空时RAKE接收机,提出一种空时逐次干扰抵消多用户检测算法.仿真结果表明,该算法相比传统空时RAKE接收机有近5 dB的增益,误码率有了相当的改进.     

Why evolution does not always lead to an optimal signaling system

This paper gives a complete characterization of neutrally stable strategies for sender–receiver games in the style of Lewis, or Nowak and Krakauer [Lewis, D., 1969. Convention: A Philosophical Study. Harvard Univ. Press, Cambridge, MA; Nowak, M., Krakauer, D., 1999. The evolution of language. Proc. Nat. Acad. Sci. USA 96, 8028–8033]. Due to the dynamic implications of neutral stability, the replicator dynamics of this model does not necessarily lead to the rise of an optimal signaling system, where every state of the world is bijectively linked to one signal and vice versa, but it can be trapped in suboptimum situations where two (or more) signals are used for the same event, or two (or more) events are associated with one and the same signal.
