基于技术轨道的制造企业服务化机理研究

基于技术轨道理论与制造企业服务化间的关系，认为技术轨道对制造企业服务化的影响机理包括3类：驱动机理、拉动机理和差异化机理。制造企业服务化转型内在机理是技术轨道驱动下投入服务化、企业边界变化以及用户需求、产出、政策拉动下与技术轨道的协同演化过程，且通过技术轨道形成服务化转型差异。制造企业对自身技术轨道的识别有利于确定发展所需主要技术来源及技术演化轨迹，把握实现服务化的关键机理。     

金融组织强制性信息披露问题研究

由于规模经济的原因,作为信息劣势方——投资者公共利益代表者的政府必然成为强制性信忠披露的主体。政府按照参与约束原则和激励相容原则进行机制设计甄别金融组织,引导其确定合理的信忠披露边界,形成分离均衡,金融市场上的非对称信息转变为对称信息。但政府强制金融组织进行信息披露时,应尊重其利益追求和考虑金融市场发育程度等。     

有关台湾"大陆货品特殊防御机制"的法律思考

两岸入世后，台湾当局的大陆经贸政策与世界贸易组织的要求是有一定距离的，特别是台湾当局为大陆度身设置的“大陆货品特殊防御机制”，似乎是为了利用中国大陆在其《入世议定书》中对世贸组织成员的特别的承诺条款，但从法律角度而言，这是有违台湾在世贸组织《保障措施协议》项下的义务的，极易成为两岸之间有限的经贸互动中争端的导火绳。     

人民银行员工激励机制设计的进化博弈分析

博弈理论是当代主流经济学发展最迅速和影响最大的分支学科之一。其中,进化博弈理论由于引入了“进化稳定策略”（ESS）的概念,有效解决了博弈双方有限理性的现实问题,在解释经济管理现象时更具说服力和生命力。本文结合人民银行实际,通过构建进化博弈理论的复制动态模型,试述人民银行员工激励路径的选择及机制设计的有关问题。     

The market’s view on the probability of banking sector failure: cross-country comparisons

Hall and Miles (1990) suggest an approach of estimating default probabilities of banks using stock market information, and in this paper we apply an aggregated version of their approach to banking sectors around the world in both developed and emerging economies. We study the market’s assessment of the probability of systemic banking crises world wide over the last decade, including the Asian crisis 1997–1998. In addition, we investigate whether there is a relationship between the failure probability and institutional features of the actual banking sector. The quality of governance and the degree of law and order in a country is found to be significantly negatively related to the market based failure probabilities as is an explicit deposit insurance during periods of crisis.     

Nash implementation with an infinite-dimensional trade space

This paper deals with the problem of implementing the Walras correspondence via Nash equilibria, in exchange economies with infinitely many commodities and finitely many households with possibly non-ordered preferences. We explicitly construct a feasible mechanism enjoying some features, which have natural economic meanings. Under a fairly weak boundary condition, this game fully implements the Walras equilibria. If this condition is not fulfilled, our mechanism nevertheless implements the constrained Walras equilibria. Are UK technology-based small firms still finance constrained?

This paper examines funding issues for UK Technology-based Small Firms (TBSFs). TBSFs are the cry of today and UK government like other countries is trying to increase the mass of TBSFs by various means. However, it is reported that TBSFs face many impediments to their successful development. Finance is believed as the main barrier at the early stages of TBSFs development. This paper is attempting to follow up and report if the funding situation for UK TBSFs has improved. The findings reported in this paper suggest that nearly 80% sample firms were finance constrained at the early stages of business development.

反倾销预警机制具有一定的前瞻性和预防性，农业作为中国的一个重要产业，建立其反倾销预警机制势在必行。农产品反倾销预警机制的建立主要包括设定警素、对警素进行分析、对警素设限、灯区显示四个步骤，并提出了应由政府、行业、企业三方面主体来执行农产品反倾销预警系统。

高校教师是高校最重要的资源,伴随着高校人事制度的改革,高校人力资源管理工作正朝着制度化方向发展。人事制度的改革给高校注入了活力,促进了高校人才资源的开发,但仍面临着各种冲击和争议。从人力资本的视角研究高校教师的价值,分析高校教师作为一个特殊的群体,其人力资本的形成、特性以及在高校环境下的作用,以实现高校教师人力资本的积累,实现激励方式的多样化为目的,从新的角度探讨高校教师激励问题。
