以富士康为案例,以重复博弈理论为依据,论证了劳动者之间的有效沟通是实现劳资双方重复博弈的必要条件。本文得出结论,只有通过劳动者之间的有效沟通,通过声誉效应或焦点效应等途径,实现劳资双方福利最大化的帕累托均衡,才能实现劳资博弈中劳资双方福利最大化的最优结局,从而从根本上解决劳资冲突问题。  相似文献

私营企业的劳动关系是指雇主与员工之间在实现劳动过程中建立的社会经济关系。现阶段,私营企业的劳动关系具有市场化、契约化、紧张化、事实化的特点。我国私营企业劳动关系目前存在的问题是:用工劳动合同签约率低、内容不规范;劳动保障覆盖率低,参加社会保险少;劳动安全保护系数低,工资低;工会作用效率低,徒有虚名等。对此,必须采取措施在私营企业积极构建和谐劳动关系,要加强政府的监管力度,加大规范管理的力度,重视员工重视心理需求的关怀力度,加大工会组织建设的力度。  相似文献

Psychological contract violation (PCV) is employee negative emotions aroused by employers not delivering their promises. Past studies have used Social Exchange Theory to explain the effects of PCV on employee responses specified in the EVLN (i.e., Exit, Voice, Loyalty and Neglect) model. The present study argues that Activation Theory may also be applied to explain employee responses to PCV for Chinese employees due to the specific role of emotions in Chinese culture. Both theories receive some supports in a Chinese employee sample (n = 439). Results and implications are discussed.  相似文献

以富士康为代表的出口加工制造企业,曾经为我国的经济增长和就业做出了积极贡献。但是,兼具制造和技术竞争优势的富士康却仍旧是低附加值代工企业。如今,富士康面临要素成本上升、定价能力缺失、盈利能力下降等挑战。富士康采取了生产基地迁移和商业模式转变等积极的应对策略,力图在保持成本优势的同时,实现向"服务的富士康"和"创新的富士康"的转变。此外,要解决代工企业竞争力下滑的难题,还需要社会各界的多方面支持。  相似文献

Apple's commercial triumph rests in part on the outsourcing of its consumer electronics production to Asia. Drawing on extensive fieldwork at China's leading exporter—the Taiwanese‐owned Foxconn—the power dynamics of the buyer‐driven supply chain are analysed in the context of the national terrains that mediate or even accentuate global pressures. Power asymmetries assure the dominance of Apple in price setting and the timing of product delivery, resulting in intense pressures and illegal overtime for workers. Responding to the high‐pressure production regime, the young generation of Chinese rural migrant workers engages in a crescendo of individual and collective struggles to define their rights and defend their dignity in the face of combined corporate and state power.  相似文献

In 2010, 18 employees working for Foxconn in China attempted suicide. These shocking events focused the world's attention on the manufacturing supply chains of China's export industry and the experience of working within them. What had driven these young, migrant, assembly line workers to commit such a desperate act? This article provides a first‐hand account of the experiences of one of those who survived a suicide attempt, 17‐year‐old Tian Yu. Her personal narrative is embedded within the broader context of labour process, work organisation and managerial practice at Foxconn, the Taiwanese‐owned multinational that provides products and components for Apple and others. The factory conditions are further shaped by the company trade union and Chinese government policies. The paper concludes with additional contextualisation indicating the emergence of an alliance of workers, students, scholars and transnational labour movement activists who are campaigning for Chinese workers' rights.  相似文献
