ITS在解决目前全世界交通问题上正发辉着越来越重要的作用。本文介绍了它的应用领域、发展概况．并对我国ITS的发展提出了建议。

Beyond the boundaries: Challenges for business,policy and society

This editorial article introduces the papers presented at the ITS Seoul 2018 and seven papers selected for the special issue of ITS Seoul 2018. Specifically, this article provides the results of keyword networks, research agendas and coauthor networks of ITS Seoul 2018. A summary of the seven papers accepted for the special issue of ITS Seoul 2018 is also included. Finally, this article concludes by introducing another paper that empirically explores the value of special issues by analyzing the characteristics of special issues of Telecommunications Policy.

ITS智能交通管理系统是由智能收费系统、无线信息发布系统两个部分组成。本系统综合应用了ETC、无线传播、DSRC等技术。对ITS智能交通管理系统的系统架构、功能、实用性、高效性进行了详细的分析介绍。对提高交通系统的运行效率,减少交通事故,降低环境污染,从而建立一个高效、便捷、安全、环保、舒适的综合交通运输体系。

A comprehensive view of intelligent transport systems for urban smart mobility

ABSTRACT

Information accuracy and decision-making speed are of paramount importance in managing today’s mobility of goods and people inside the city. Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) can provide road users with updated information and forecasts on both traffic and weather conditions. The result is a higher efficiency in the use of resources and a better management of physical flows. The purpose of this paper is to conduct an in-depth review on the role of ITS supporting urban Smart Mobility, in order to identify the main gaps in the literature and propose future research streams. In total, 71 papers have been thoroughly analysed: they are mainly focused on technology, with limited attention to value creation. Even though some benefits have been examined, a general lack of quantitative models emerged. Eventually, there is a lack of contributions considering both people and freight transport, even if they are strongly related, especially in an urban environment.

我国发展智能交通系统（ITS）的分析

20世纪80年代以来,世界一些发达国家纷纷投入智能交通系统（ITS）的研究与开发,并已形成21世纪交通运输系统的发展方向。我国是一个发展中国家,随着经济的高速发展,城市化、汽车化急速发展,导致交通拥挤、事故增多、环境污染等问题日益恶化。文章针对我国城市交通系统的实际情况,对发展ITS的必要性、紧迫性进行分析,并对发展我国ITS的框架提出设想。     

时变信道下ADF协作车载通信误码率分析

智能车载协作系统中车辆快速移动使得无线通信信道具有时变特性，为有效评估系统的误码性能，给出了符合车载时变信道的一阶自回归（AR1）模型，提出了一种基于AR1模型的自适应解码转发（ADF）协作误码率分析方法。该方法通过AR1模型的多普勒频偏相关系数来刻画时变信道特性,根据中继译码结果自适应选择是否协作转发，提升了智能交通系统的可靠性。此外，利用矩生成函数（MGF）推导出ADF协作下多进制正交幅度调制（M-QAM）信号误码率封闭表达式，并分析了车载移动速度和信道状态信息(CSI)估计精度对误码性能的影响。数值仿真结果表明，车载系统能通过增加CSI估计精度，有效地减少车载快速移动引起的误码平顶值。该方法相对于放大转发（AF）协作通信方式，平均误码性能提高约8.7 dB。     

基于ITS的物流运输系统

智能物流运输系统是ITS与物流运输相结合的产物，通过物流信息资源处理系统、车辆定位控制、车辆识别控制和远程数据交换，有效地控制运输成本、时间及运输状态，提高物流运输效率。
