电子商务安全支付协议探究

在线安全支付是保证电子商务发展的关键环节。本文在分析目前主要使用的两种安全支付协议各自原理的基础上,对二者进行了详细的比较,并指出SET是未来的发展方向。

本文在分析SET协议体系结构的基础上,针对其应用于电子支付过程所存在的问题,提出了改进的方法和意见,以便SET协议能更加适合我国电子商务的支付过程。     

Local attendees' perceptions of festival impacts: A factor-cluster analysis approach to the Zanzibar International Film Festival

Appraising residents' perceptions of the impacts of festivals is imperative to festival success. Such residents can rightly claim ownership of the place where the festival is staged and the cultural aspects the festival showcases. This study aimed at elucidating local attendees' perceived festival impacts at the annual Zanzibar International Film Festival. Data for this study were collected using a structured questionnaire that yielded 263 responses conveniently drawn from festival-goers, which were then subjected to factor-cluster analysis. The results reveal the presence of three clusters (advocates, ambivalents, and cautious-advocates) that differ significantly on their perceived impacts of the festival with respect to its environmental, socio-cultural, and economic contributions. These results have both managerial and policy implications on the inclusion of the locals in planning and managing festivals.

电子商务是未来商务发展的趋势，网络银行又是电子商务顺利开展的必要条件，但是最让消费担心和网络银行头疼的是信用卡支付的安全问题，本通过阐述网络银行支付安全问题的解决方案即SET安全电子协议得出结论：网上支付可以做到安全可靠。     

基于SET数字证书的在线支付身份认证方案

文章对基于SET协议的电子商务系统中的身份认证进行了研究,将SET规范与RSA算法以及第三方证书认证相结合,提出了一种SET在线支付体系中对交易各方进行身份认证的方案,为电子商务的信息安全、支付安全的解决方案提供了充分的依据。     

基于SET交易过程的研究与增强加密的实现

安全问题一直是国内外发展电子商务的一大障碍，我国也尚未研制出具有自主产权的交易安全信息产品，正处于研究阶段。本文着重阐述了安全电子交易SET协议的交易过程以及在实际应用中发现的缺陷，并提出了如何采用叠套加密和协商加密等技术手段来增强SET协议在交易中的安全性、适应性。     

Impact of International Networks on Standardization Process in Banking Industry： Example of Secure Electronic Transaction （SET） Initiative

The purpose of this article is to present and interpret the case study of the secure electronic transaction （SET） scheme of Internet security, as an illustration of the necessary construction of interoperability solutions for financial services. The interpretation of case data with actor network theory （ANT） provides an illustration of power coalitions among banks to create a de facto standard for transnational electronic payment security on the Internet. After a step of protecting its political interests and well-known technological solutions, the coalition understands that its mission becomes a matter of life and death for its members： Brand-new currency has been invented on the Web and one could develop business and monetary transactions without the banks. This interpretative stage tells us much about the transnational mechanisms of regulation and standardization as well as the ＂translation＂ steps regarding these transnational organizations. However, an additional step has to be added to this interpretative step, a step of framework construction. The aim is to help managers of the transnational firms involved in regulations and standardization to anticipate the evolutions and make relevant decisions. The framework has three distinctive characteristics： the ability to help conception, the ability to help conceive problems ＂ex ante＂, and the ability to facilitate collective conception of strategic maneuvers.

SET协议是电子支付安全领域的一个重要工业标准,通过对SET协议的工作流程进行分析,指出了SET协议在商品原子性和确认发送原子性方面的缺陷,针对该缺陷给出了一种由支付网关充当可信第三方的改进的SET协议原子性方案。

阐述了网络安全技术这个综合性的课题，涉及到国际上流行的各种安全技术以及许多方面的应用，论证了实时地保证信息的完整性和确证性的技术实现，提出一种技术只能解决一方面的问题，而不是万能的的思想，从而为网络提供强大的安全服务。     

SET加密技术在电子商务中的应用

安全问题是企业应用电子商务最担心的问题,而如何保障电子商务活动的安全,将一直是电子商务的核心研究领域。SET是当前Internet上比较常用的加密方法,本文在SET协议的交易流程基础上,分析了其安全机制采用的技术和特点。
